Am I reading this correctly?

Is this Mr Sissling actually defying two AMs and an MP?

There were two letters from the same AM, Guido.

So he is defying one AM and one PM.

Well it is outrageous, who do these people think they are? they incarcerate Maurice in a PUBLICLY FUNDED mental hospital with the sole intention of committing him for life on the most spurious evidence and then when the jury of the PUBLIC see staight through that, they then decide to ignore the elected representatives of the PUBLIC.

These people are out of control, they seem to think they are totally UNACCOUNTABLE

Yeah, it seems that anything 'public' means for 'private' advantage...

And anything 'private' actually means 'at the cost of the general public'...

They need a reminder that it is us, the taxpayers who pay for their overblown salaries and pensions and that we are ultimately their bosses,

All of them, police,phsyciatrists, judges, are ultimately accountable to the tax paying public,

charged with upholding THE LAW,

they forget that at theyre peril

these medical records, the ones they wrote about YOU, they wrote them on public time yeah?

all that they said was proved to be false, in a public court yeah?

in front of a jury of your peers as prescibed by LAW

so what gives them the right to treat these records as their own private property?

release the records Tegwyn williams

what are you afraid of man?

Are you afraid that you will be caught out as a LIAR??

Did you not write these reports in your professional capacity?

Are you afraid to stand by what you said?

This ‘Public vs Private’ so beloved by party politicians is a false dichotomy…first pointed out by George Bernard Shaw. ‘Personal’ and ‘Commons’ are the two basic categories…with the competent receiver for the ‘Commons’ being a key issue. ‘Private’ is a complete and utter can of worms.

It is clever too because by attacking ‘Public’ you boost the approval of ‘Private’ without ever having to define your terms and enter into meaningful debate about it.

It only needs a bit of music to it... and 'Pass the parcel' tactics, between these Ouslam birds, all pretending nothing happend on the 2nd December 09 in Cardiff Crown Court, could make a good West End Spectacular. The bad news, of course, is this sort of behaviour in the Welsh judiciary may be common place in a court near you?
