NOW PROVED. Ten Cardiff Crown Court Judges knew, all along that Barbara Wilding had me MAPPA (level 3) using her powers, as Chief Constable, to attempt to have me sectioned under the 1983 Mental Health Act, by getting CPS barrister Thomolow with Dr Tegwyn Williams of Caswell Clinic and Professor Roger Wood of Swansea University, using their falsified medical evidence, before His Honour Judge Bidder QC, on 2nd December 07, tape well and truly switched off, desperately trying to stop my, now, 18 year running civil damages claim, for 10 years of police police harassment, malicious prosecutions and false imprisonments, ever reaching the 'evidence on oath' stage when well over one hundred of South Wales Police personnel will be, at length, cross examined on their previous evidence, used in courts, to have me struck off the veterinary register for life.

The NHS hierarchy clearly ignored my requests for help, last year, from that Caswell Forensic South Wales Police Experimental Prison, in Bridgend, just as the GMC have ignored me ever since......Alternative methods of retribution, available to me, in dealing with the culprits, are, with a little help from my friends, well into the final phase of development.
