I awaited the South Wales Police 'machine gun ' equivalent' and it came in the shape of ACK Day (HM Comptroller), Nick Blackwell's past swindling advocate, falsifying, while the jury waited, the charge sheet

No one seemed to care but I had been originally charged the maximum fine of £200 as no statutory prison term existed in the law books

Months later, while kept in prison, as the partnership swindle was now publicly blown from the top of a crane it was decided to change my charge to a substantial one, changing it to 'contempt of court'.

But someone had forgotten to cook all the paperwork records when all I had done was simply standing up in court and speaking what they did not anticipate.

I had demanded 'Best evidence' Achbold 39th Edition , in those days, page 1001, sight of the original charge book

Day had oozed himself out of the Royal Court, in the special adjournment, to the nearby police station and to his horror had found the charge was only a possible fine!

So Day and de Vic Cary, set about sticking over a new charge that could carry a long prison sentance- Deja Vu?

Incidentally, the latter's grandfather as Bailiff, had identified the young Jewish girls to the N*z*s, in 1942 and had them sent to a concentration camp to be exterminated

ACK Day then took a photocopy of the charge sheet after a card with typed new was stuck over the , rather like I had done in Taunton, of a Chief Superintendent Hawkins borrowed personal note book and had produced it in court to cause the quashing of serios fire arms charges

[ The South Wales Police did something similar in order to try and fool my Cardiff jury by painting over this silver painted Lewis, originally bought from me, a year earlier, as painted 'all black'.

Not just this guy as the new owner, the police used as a prosecution witness but also the arms dealer who sold it, anything to try and get the mandatory 10 prison sentence to stop this three month trial nearly over.

The Lincolnshire air museum were told to keep quiet about the new 'paint job', carried out by South Wales Police or he could go to prison instead!]

In those days, in Guernsey too many lawyers and bankers were involved in day to day fraud or 'white collar crime' and as it is now, immune to prosecution.

I knew none of this culture, of course, it was a British island for Peter's sake!

In my complaint about Channel 4 promoting a religion(??) which has declared its intention to murder those of us who do not convert, I included the story of what happened to me:

In his reply (below) Ralph Lee says, "I am sorry to read of your concerns". NOTE: He does NOT express concern that, a WW2 veteran of 84 years of age, I was attacked, robbed & thrown to the ground by a young Muslim! .

He also says, "they forgo food, water, smoking and swearing � in an attempt to focus on what's important".

We might have more respect for them if they were to 'forego' & denounce 'honour'(??) killings, stoning to death etc. etc.!

reason why ALL these damages cases should have been removed from Wales, consolidated and heard in some higher court, if not a criminal one.

This last week’s needed visit to Guernsey, in the light of unlawfully withheld evidence by the Defendant, only now leaked out by way of cross examination, indicates that not just one foreign vehicle but at least six or more from Guernsey were being used, for many years by the Claimant, without any need of road fund tax.

What other explanation is there for this apparent benefit from someone else’s conspiracy and explaining:

a) why the 25th February 2009 Defendant Affidavit is a lie

b) why all the Claimant’s forensic psychiatrist’s signed reports are a lie

c) why no successful prosecutions were obtained over the Claimant’s motoring insurance

d) why no DVLA prosecutions were even revealed in these three months of giving evidence

e) why key witnesses of malfeasance were unlawfully withheld from giving evidence

f) why so many times was the production of Claimant’s driving documents ordered prior to the Defendant having his name removed from the veterinary register

g) why, since that date of 29th May2002, the Claimant has refused to produce eight times.

Too many covert police would be further identified, like ‘Foxy’ was in the 2010 machine gun trial, if this undercover exercise surfaced during a poorly prepared criminal case.

Again, as in the ‘machine gun’ trial, the CPS and police were not to ‘let slip’ about their almost daily contact with Guernsey during the 90s just as must not ‘let slip’ South Wales police had changed the colour of the machine gun, by painting her from silver back to black , in an attempt to fool the jury.

Also the reason why the Claimant was never appropriately questioned over his Guernsey vehicles was because he would become aware of the conspiracy to pervert as he did when not allowed to examine, get near, yet alone touch the WW1 decommissioned Lewis machine gun, for his intended quick nail scratch across the top of magazine, before the guards could stop him.

The above examples do not just speak volumes about Cardiff law courts they are not dissimilar to the Defendant’s deliberate decision not ‘investigate the Claimant’s reported crime complaints for fear of similar repercussions.

Having already had collapsed court cases, over these Guernsey vehicles because the DVLC refused to act on the Defendant’s tendered evidence, re who’s vehicles are they, anyway, were left with only one option.

So, quietly, the police had them stolen either to remove their identity or to have them destroyed.
