A Four year
campaign, instigated by then Chief Constable Barbara Wilding to get me lawfully
shot as a MAPPA level 3 victim, was because Dolmans solicitors had drafted her
Feb 09 sworn affidavit following His Honour Nicholas Chambers QC ordering she
sign it.
Without the
police first blackmailing Dr TW Williams, to say I was so dangerous, Operations
'Chalice' and 'Orchid' could not of hatched the 'WW1machine gun'/'Edwardian
shooting walking stick' imprisonments and attempt to snatch, using armed police,
our then ten year old daughter, Genevieve, which instigated immediate divorce proceedings I
have never wanted.
Recent Tottenham police sectioning me, also under 1983 Mental Health Act, coupled with this month's lucky escape from a French asylum, also
using Dr Williams' 2009 caswell Clinic psychiatric reports, means the South Wales Police continue in
their attempts to serve and get to stick this time, their 'Gulag Card' for my being incarcerated in Ashworth
High Security Psychiatric prison.

I have just
obtained, after four years of complaining, not just to get the Cardiff police
to write down my complaint on modern parchment, about the South Wales Police HQ
having delayed this Monday's three month trial from starting for over 15 years,
by failed disclosure falsified Chief Constable Affidavit(s), fabricating
'phantom served restraining orders', locking me up for having a 'prohibited WW1
machine gun', harassing Drs, at their home last summer, but also to record the
fact that the blackmailed psychiatrist, in cahoots with Professor Rodger Wood
from Swansea University cooked up what appears to be irreversible evidence that
I am 'so dangerous', with 'significant brain damage', being possibly, cancer,
that I may be still registered MAAPA level 3 !!!
Fairwater Police Station, after my taking 20 minutes to find a way of getting into it, took some tails , which I signed for on their MG11criminal witness statement my refusing to finish it un less I was given a ciopy.

Health Secretary Jeremy
Hunt has written to all English NHS trusts to urge them not to use gagging
clauses to stop staff raising concerns over care.
He says a culture of openness is vital if the NHS is to avoid mistakes
seen at Stafford Hospital, where abuse and neglect led to hundreds of deaths.
It comes after Gary Walker, a former NHS boss in Lincolnshire, broke
such an order by talking to the BBC.
Mr Walker said he had been gagged from raising concerns over patient
safety.
The former chief executive of United Lincolnshire Hospitals Trust (ULHT)
said he had no choice but to sign an agreement linked to a confidentiality
clause in April 2011.
He was sacked in 2010 for gross professional misconduct for allegedly
swearing in a meeting.
Mr Walker said he was gagged by the NHS from speaking out about his
dismissal and his concerns over care at the trust.
After breaking the order, lawyers for the trust then warned him he would
have to repay £500,000.
Test case
The health secretary said on Friday he did not want to make a judgement
about Mr Walker's claims but there were "a lot of very serious allegations
that we need to get to the bottom of".
He said this could become a test case for other "gagged" NHS
employees, but said he did not know how many of these orders were in place.
Mr Hunt said the trust should have been concentrating on the concerns
raised, rather than instructing their lawyers .
ULHT has said the allegations that they had tried to stifle debate about
patient safety issues were "incorrect".
The trust is one of 14 in England currently being investigated for high
death rates, in the wake of the Staffordhospital scandal, where hundreds are
believed to have died after receiving poor care.
