Those in the shadows that are trying to understand "Cardiff Law" and the great Cardiff Chess Game must stay in the shadows.

Trouble with these recorded calls there is name dropping.

Maurice must understand as he keeps being reminded of it, under "Cardiff Law" he cannot get access to his witnesses.

Under "Cardiff Law" he cannot be given evidence to support his case.

Under "Cardiff Law" he cannot get  to see any paperwork nor witnesses in Court Cells.

Under "Cardiff Law" Rules 36 -39 do not apply.

Maurice 'only' ever had to state that he "relies upon his Crown Court Machine Gun Trial Acquittal" ...... It damns and downs every lesser pitiful District Judge and his cohorts - inc Gareth Evans - young gun spineless Barrister - just another snake on the judicial ladder.

As for the intelligence of South Wales Police - what intelligence? They're as corrupted as the MET Police, Strathclyde Police, Devon & Cornwall Police, Dorset Police, Nottinghamshire Police - in fact every Police force in the UK.

Mr. Cairns has written in reply to my concerns ive written to him about regarding the gross and appalling irregularities befalling Maurice Kirk only for Mr. Cairns to reply that hes been in correspondance with the prison and is monitoring Maurices situation. Below is his reply to me.Mr. Cairns may be in correspondance with Cardiff prison, but this "monitoring" I believe is for entirely the wrong reasons. That is, any monitoring thats being done is purely to see that any irregularities and breaches of human rights etc. befalling Maurice Kirk are kept entirely at arms length and away from any kind of exposure publicly to those who matter. It is a disgrace what is happening to Maurice Kirk in the courts, viz. the blatant ignoring of the brain scan ordered by the court in order to settle once and for all whether Maurice actually has one, and surely this is paramount to find out considering M Kirk has already done 8 months incarcerated on the strength of the fact that he definatly has one and is a danger to the public by so having this brain tumour. Indeed, how can one be sectioned on a report stating a person has a brain tumour and is a danger to himself and the public, which is what ths report by this fraudulant doctor alleges, if no brain scan has ever been done to ascertain the existence in the 1st place of the thing? Also, why is Kirk not allowed to make bail applications? This is an outrage of the most abhorrent kind reminiscent of nazi Germany 80 years ago and a blatant breach of his human right. Many other irregularities exist - so many in fact there is not space to list them here.

HUNGER STRIKE AND BRAIN SCAN

As you very well know I have been a party member since I came to live in South Wales and I am only too well aware of the current appalling state of our local community.

You have chosen to ignore my letters to you, during my six months in Cardiff prison where i have been refused the right to apply for bail, cross examine witnesses, call ones of my own or have access in the Crown court building of the legal papers relating to a NHS {Wales} rogue psychiatrist.

You know South Wales Police have controlled my already very restricted phone calls. I am now not allowed to telephone anyone {NB this message was written on the 2 April, and I am transcribing it on the 9th April, so circumstances may have changed for the better, or may easily revert to the unacceptable system M. Kirk relates, which is very much against his Human Rights whilst being held as a “remand prisoner” whilst at Cardiff prison – JG.} The prison refuses me the clarification of my mental state following my arrest via a remand warrant, stating I suffer from “mental health issues”. The prison refuses me access to my own money to pay court fees or family. John Smith, your predecessor, asked of the South Wales police “searching” questions, on my behalf, something for which I will be eternally grateful. Walter Sweeney and wife Nuaca has helped me during my incarceration in Caswell Psychiatric Prison, Brigend, to obtain medical evidence that my being sectioned under the 1988 Mental Health Act with the full support of Cardiff judges was FRAUDULENT.

Are you going to stand by and allow your constituents in the Vale of Glamorgan    lose their protection from H.M. Ministry of Justice?

Thank you very much for your further email.  As I stated in my recent response to you I am very much aware of Maurice’s continuing difficulties.  I have written to the prison on several occasion to enquire over Maurice’s well being and the Prison have always allayed any concerns I have had about his health and well being.  The situation Maurice is in is very much in the legal domain and as such I am unable to intervene with the Judicial Process.

I have been contacted by other supporters and have this week written to the Prison Governor and I await his response.

The suit and society tie has replaced the gun and the mask.

The police carry the gun. If the bullet does not get you; then the Psychologists will.

Whilst the men in suits and society ties gather the money.

The totally unacceptable targetting of Maurice Kirk continues –

WHY is he not allowed a brain scan?

WHY is he not allowed to make bail applications?

WHY is he not allowed to prepare for his court cases by not being given his legal papers etc?

WHY is he not even told which court cases hes being taken to beforehand when they come and take him to court?

WHY will his MP Alun Cairns not lift a finger to help M Kirk even though hes been informed of the outrageous irregularities not only by Maurice himself, who he totally ignores, but by other people?

Elias and Co - have been working in the UK's courts - It ain't just a 'Cardiff Law' problem - it's a UK problem.

Welsh Judges are just trying to portray themselves as 'hard' as The Scottish bent judiciary [e.g. Lady Dorian] and thus one or two of them might make it into the Supreme Court ....

Remember this - The Attorney General is the AG who has in the past [Goldsmith] sent English, Welsh and Scottish soldiers to the deaths in foreign lands.

It's a whole Judicial problem - wake up to it please.

It is Maurice that keeps reminding us of "Cardiff Law"; the man that is being persecuted by its core that malke up their own laws in Cardiff.

Therefore, are you suggesting that a professional man that has suffered at the hands of such vile people in South Wales and having studied law for over twenty years is wrong.

When you bring experienced Volunteer Caseworkers together that have witnessed the unique way Cardiff Courts make up their own laws.

Then it is very safe indeed to refer to "Cardiff Law".

"Cardiff Law" is more than an opinion it is a recognised fact.

Perhaps you should spend more time in Cardiff Law Courts and look at the fruits of their looms.

The Attorney General who has in the past sent children to die and be abused inSocial Srvices care on home soil. And, cover it up by 30 year rulings.
