Perhaps now is the time to demand a Public Enquiry / Investigation into South Wales HM Partnership's waste of £millions of taxpayers money to cover up Police and White Collar Crime not only in South Wales but right across the UK.

There are people dying in our hospitals due to lack of funds whilst £millions are being wasted in HM Partnership playgrounds. Lawers such as Spencer Powell Solicitors London and Adrian Oliver of Dolmans Cardiff are leeching the public purse to protect the brotherhood and criminals within the HM Partnership "at whatever consequence to others"????

The Prosecutor yesterday reminded Judge Charles of his "fellow Brother Judge". This reference to Brother Judges and reminders to "protect fellow professional bretheren" is now wildly used phrases in Cardiff's Courts. Even by rookie prosecuters.

£millions wasted as ACPO and MAPPA leaders determined to "break" Veterinary Surgeon Maurice Kirk at whatever cost to the taxpayers to prevent the truth coming out.

Demonstrating that telling the truth is a crime in itself.

It was blatant, that comment by the prosecutor Gareth Evans,

"on the charges of racially aggravated assault and failing to surrender to bail, Mr Kirk was found guilty by the district judge, your brother district judge" !

Right there, in our faces, in a public court. Do they think we do not know what they are saying, that they can still ply the old ways in secret, or has their contempt for the public that pays their wages reached such heights and their arrogance such raging extremes that they just do not care anymore?

Well we do know, that simple phrase tells us that the prosecutor and the judge and his brother judge are all masons and that the lodge had decided the outcome beforehand. You should be more wary, you of the synagogue of satan, not to reveal such secrets,"  lest your throat be cut across and your tongue torn out by the root " as they say down at the lodge whilst they pass the chickens around.

Not allowed to cross examine the witnesses!

A COURT APPOINTED solicitor to fritter away Maurices chance to expose and discredit his accusor AS IS HIS RIGHT UNDER THE LAW OF THE LAND.

No access to the evidence contained in his files that would have cleared his name and proved his case.

Alowing the Witnesses to read from the script, whilst in the witness box, UNDER OATH, when they fluffed their lines! (outright collusion between the judge and the prosecutor)

Constantly telling Maurice to shut up when he objected to these flagrant breaches of THE LAW,

For GODs sake, the man was on trial for his liberty and HE WAS NOT ALLOWED TO SPEAK IN HIS DEFENCE.

How much more basic does it get? That has been the right of all men since time immemorial.

But no, not under admiralty regulations, " all hands on deck to witness punishment"!

DENIED BAIL, even when the CPS offered no objection, so no chance to prepare his defence. That is UNLAWFUL DETENTION

The judge said it all when he summed up the trial," Mr Kirk was kept in a secure dock (read bullet proof fishtank) so he could be controlled."

So they could stop the truth coming out is what he really meant. The most truthful thing Tegwyn Williams said was that he felt uncomfortable and unsafe, you bet he did, he was visibly trembling at the thought of his misdeeds coming to light.

Well the light is shining on you, all you cockroaches of society and it is getting brighter. Soon you will not be able to stand the glare of the truth and when you try to scuttle back into the darkest  corners of the chicken shed floor whence you came, then we shall shine that light there too!

It seems as though the 'intelligence' (?) Officer of SWP only wants to take "screenshots" of 'certain' portions of this site which 'suit her and her superiors'' agendas & purposes ....

As for 'intelligence' and SWP - No ....the two do not go to'get'her.

There are meatheads and there is the Officer in charge of the the case - also a meathead - who along with his mates - are the proverbial bunch of lesser suborned meatheads who would like the turkeys that they are ...."vote for Christmas" just to please their turkey masters.

one also has to wonder exactly how many others are still locked up/ tortured unlawfully/ on fiction/ or no given reason....(I used to be one of them)
