7th Application to Practice Veterinary Surgery

Dear Madam,

So that there can be no doubt amongst others, as to just who is culpable, I enclose for the committee's deliberation, should it be so minded, my 19th May 2009 dated schedule, prepared for both my current Member of Parliament and private criminal prosecution against Dolmans, solicitors.

Why was my 16th August 2000 jail sentence not before either the 2001 Preliminary Investigation Committee or even the 2002 Disciplinary Committee that had me struck off, following a complaint from the South Wales Police?

Why were my convictions, instead of delivering my valid motoring insurance to the ‘wrong police station' and ‘crossing a single white line at 4mph', before the committees, each conviction, to quote the 6th January 2005 Committee Chairman, ‘rendering Mr Kirk unfit to practice veterinary medicine'?

Would the current committee like a copy of the 16th August 2000 Crown Court transcript as to ‘The nature and circumstances' surrounding this apparently overlooked conviction?

Yours faithfully,

Maurice J Kirk BVSc
