One bent and corrupt Old Bill was ex DS Frederick May who fabricated false interview notes whilst at Holloway Police Station in the 1980's.

The bent *** was subsequently convicted at the Old Bailey of theft and conspiracy had the temerity to seek leave to appeal, which I am pleased to say was unanimously rejected.

It is understood that he currently lives in Romford.

Regarding bad character evidence, this was brought in under section 101 of the Criminal Justice Act 2003 under the corrupt Blair regime.  

As is well known the shady Blair is a war criminal who should be extradited to the International Criminal Court in the Haig to stand trial for the unlawful invasion of Iraq and murder perpetrated against Iraq.

It has been contraversial and there is speculation that it may infringe the presumption of innocence under article 6(2) ECHR.  It would be open for any defendant to seek to argue that during his trial and take the issue up on appeal.  

However, prosecutors have been taking wide advantage of the provision to adduce evidence of so called bad character and previous convictions before juries to obviously prejudice the case, and it is open to argument that this is contrary to the requirements for a fair trial under article 6(1) ECHR.

I am however not aware of any challenges in Strasbourg on the point.

In order to adduce bad character evidence, the CPS have to serve notice of their intention to adduce the evidence, and the Defendant may of course object.

In that case, the CPS have to satisfy the so called "gateway" test which sets out a number of criteria or grounds under which so called bad character evidence may be adduced, and the trial judge has to rule on the matter before the evidence may be omitted.

However, even if the CPS manage to satisfy the so called "gateway" test, if they relate to incidents or convictions which are old and have been the subject of a long period of time in the past, then the court has a discretion nevertheless not to allow the evidence.

The provision was the brain child of bent and corrupt Fatty New Labour stooge Lord Falconer.

The reasons he gave at the time were that he didn't agree with the trial judge's decision in the Sarah Payne trial to dissallow evidence relating to Whiting's previous attempts to kidnap girls in his van.

The trial judge at Lewes Crown Court had ruled that such evidence was inadmissible, and at that time, this was the case.

However, as is to be recalled, Whitting was convicted of Sara Payne's murder on overwhelming other fibre evidence, and although the defence sought to throw doubt on one of the fibres, there did appear to be rather a lot of them, and no doubt this was also what the jury also concluded at the time.

Therefore, Whiting was convicted on proper admissible evidence that was put before the jury, but of course Lord Falconer conveniently forgot that matter.

In fact what he did was cynically exploit the Sarah Payne case and taking advantage of the public's rightful horror of the case, to pursue his own hidden agenda to make it easier for the prosecution to get convictions all along the board.

You must remember that this bad character evidence can be used not only to convict people like peodos and the like, but other defendants like Maurice.  It makes no distinction regarding the type of charge that the defendant is charged with, so that is worth remembering.

In my view, Maurice must oppose this application and challenge it under article 6(2) ECHR and take the matter to Strasbourg after having of course exhausted all of his domestice remedies.

There was a clandestine hearing that took place surreptitiously on Thursday which was an ad hoc do with no advertising on the court lists.

We don't in fact know the outcome as yet until Maurice tells us.

This is of course typical, and shows how running scared the cabal have become.

I have also received information that there are vacancies in the Bristol area probation hostels, but the Cardiff probation are refusing to make any enquiries without a court order.

It would appear that when Judge Bidder made his directions the other week to the probation service to find Maurice a place, no formal order was ever drawn up by the court.

The Probation Service are therefore using this as an excuse not to do anything on orders from the Sth Wales Bill, so as to screw up his chances of getting out on bail, as they want to keep him and torture him in there for as long as possible as we all know.  

This is what the bastards are all about.  As one vivacious supporter has stated, "This is Cardiff law mate".

what you have to remember is that this whole show, police, cps, judges, probation service, prison service, is all being run from the shadows by the masons, any orders issued by the judge on a Tuesday can be countermanded that same day by unelected, unaccountable and invisible black hands.

Very entertaining reading that 35 page transcript. The whole judicial process and proper administration of the law seems to have flown out the window. Clue - Cognitive Dissonance as referred to previously.

Bidder is now known publicly to be 'reserving' the matters for himself.

He cannot be said to be a fair and impartial judge in any further of these matters - he sits and rules in his own cause and the common cause of others who have erred in law and the proper administration of it.

Who of all the lesser and lower legals has the backbone to call the shot on Bidder QC? None ... not one of them, I dare say. As for those outside of the 'magic circles' they are a disgrace by their spinelessness and their craven subordination.

The Probation Service did make enquiries to see if Maurice could be given a local place, but surprise! surprise! they couldn't find him a place.

Therefore, my understanding is that without a further direction from the court,they are going to do SFA.

As can be seen from the transcript supplied, the judges have no intention of properly applying their minds to the legal issues and this will be supported by the bent and corrupt counsel instructed by the CPS who is as bent has they come.

Something that far too many people do not think about as being relevant.

It would be 'only proper' if HHJ Bidder QC were to have 'signed off' in his own hand as to the transcripts that have been produced.

Some (rarely though) Judges do sign / countersign to Orders / judgments etc ... some do not ... suprise! suprise!

Jack Robin - I do not require any insults or naming with the following - There are very few in the UK who have forced, politely Judges to recuse themselves for numerous reasons. IMHO the last thing Maurice needs is to be "RE Presented" by a Lawyer / Barrister or any representative from the Law Society or Bar Counsel who are endemically beholden to them respectively and their indemnifying insurers - because of the fear ('risk) of a payout.

The 'Restraining Order' is a 'false instrument' and it will be a 'false instrument' forever - Mr Bidder knows it only too well.  

Whistgblower, I fully agree with you of the dangers of being represented by what a well known campaigner in Cornwall as well as the late Geoffrey Scriven called the "bewigged mafia".

The problem with the last transcript is the way Judge Bidder just dismissed some of the legal arguments put forward in the Defence Statements without so much of a wisper.

For instance, look at the way he dismissed the threats arguments, and just accepted that what Maurice is alleged to have said amounted to a direct threat to damage property belonging to another.  

We don't know if this is correct and there was as was stated on the statement, an important Court of Appeal ruling about the ingredients of this charge and how it should be interpreted relating to the London eye.

None of that mentioned here, which just shows how bent and corrupt he is, or just really as thick as two short planks, which most of these bent judges are.

However, Maurice didn't make any constructive comments, and I fear that at any of these trials and appeals he will fail again to give evidence in order to show his defences as he has in past cases.

I don't know what the solution is here, as without any legal representation, he seems down in the water, unless they allow a LIP to represent him.

unfortunately Maurice is still being unlawfully detained, the Cardiff court are apparently denying that he was put on a video link hearing at short notice on the 16th and apparently they forgot to turn on the tape recorder so we can't get a transcript!

He has now been listed for mention at 9.30 am tomorrow, 23rd Jan. at NEWPORT Crown court.

A hearing has been listed for 9.30 tomorrow at Newport Crown Court before a different judge.  Would appear that Judge Bidder appears to have scuttled off into the night so to speak.

Indeed Jack Robin and all that talk about reserving the matter for himself! Come to think of it that was on the 7th which is the last hearing that the court are 'fessing up to, so how come he is listed before a different judge if they didn't have a hearing on the 16th for judge Bidder to "unreserve" the matter?

Maurice might need the help of a lay legal adviser - with a proven track record and unarguable rights of audience in the highest courts of the land on appeal; but there are 'those' who still don't dare admit that their supposed knowledge of the judicial system is scant of the true darker arts employed in the judicial system.

What is the news on the hearing this morning?

The hearing took place in art deco elegance in the Newport Crown Court before Judge Rowland.

The dates of the two trials have been switched due to the non availability of one of the police witnesses.

No mention of Bail.  Maurice has been put on warning and moved wings as a Prison Officer has alleged that he has been giving other inmates smokes to get them to support a demo outside the prison on Monday seeking his release.

Looks like the bail has been pushed into the long grass.

Therefore Maurice has been served with 'their' usual 'due prosess'. They do have more than a lot of form when it comes to Maurice - and of course they have 'nothing to hide whatsoever' - but then Cognitive Dissonance explains why the rule of law and the due process and administration of the law - has flown out the window. It should not be that I have to repost the last four paragraphs of the Cog Dis article. Meanwhile the politicals across the coloured spectrum are having a spot of bother with their own cognitive dissonance along with the MET and CPS.

As for Kier Starmer (former DPP) of I will be looking into it (The collapse of the £30 million fee earner trial at Swansea 8 ex-bent coppers) he's kicked that one into the long grass and parachuted out - how predictable.

The question still of course hasn't been answered as to why Judge Bidder has scurried off with not so much as a "bye your leave sir".

This especially when he stated he was going to reserve the trials to himself.  

The question must therefore arise is as to whether any judge in Wales is capable of dealing with Maurice, or whether they will have to parachute in a judge from outside the jurisdiction.

Already they have changed the venue to outside Cardiff.  Does Bristol now beckon, despite Judge Bidder refusing Maurice's request for transfer outside Wales on 7 Jan.

Its becoming clear that the Cardiff cabal and mafia are rapidly in near collapse over the farce of Maurice and the bogus prosecutions that have been brought against him.

If the pressure is kept up, all of these cases will collapse like a pack of cards as all being based on corrupt and false and bogus evidence.

The cases have only been brought to cover up the malicious persecution of Maurice by the Sth Wales police and judiciary for the last 20 years.

Surely, Maurice isn't thinking of pleading guilty to some of the charges.  He needs to get proper legal advice.

Mr Bidder has fallen off of his perch - the answers are in the transcripts - for those who know how the "procedures and prosesses" ought to have be carried out.

The Wanted D or A trial was not a proper trial it was a kangaroo court with a judge (Charles) sitting and misruling in his and others's common causes on multiple occasions. A lawyer attended 'appointed' by the judge .... oh yeah that was procedurally fair, right and even legal - not. And then there was that barrister who 'didn't dare call the shot on Charles' for his criminal activity throughout the kangaroo trial conducted contrary to the laws of the land and the proper administration of the procedures and processes. Some (not all) on this site really ought to brush up on when the legals and judicials - bring themselves into disrepute with the proper administration of the laws.

I am more than happy to offer Maurice a bail location here in East Anglia where he is far removed from threats that he has intimidated witnesses.

There is no law against being eccentric and Maurice has not had a fair hearing. There have been suggestions he is 'brain damaged' so how come he has been allowed to try and represent himself? Surely he has a right to good and proper legal representation under the circumstances.

To be locked up without conviction in the UK in the 21st century is a nightmare.

We will address the issue of posting order to try and make it more easily read as new information becomes available.

The court was more than happy to accept the suggestion that Maurice was brain damaged when it suited them, That was under the judge Bidder incidentally, the same judge who was not interested at all in the proof that he wasn't!

Maurice is "allowed" to represent himself as and when it suits the purposes of the criminals running the show but as soon as there is a likelyhood that he will expose their misdeeds "they" remove that right on a whim.

As demonstrated when after years of struggle Maurice finally had his accuser, the rogue psychiatrist on the witness stand in front of him and judge Charles decided to force legal counsel upon him to ask a few ineffectual questions on his behalf.

Maurice is also allowed to have legal representation when it suits them but the trouble here is that all of them are beholden to the Bar association or the law society at the very least and most are also masons. He has learned from experience that legal counsel do not follow his instructions!

It is encouraging to note that the views on this site seem to be increasing and that more people are commenting and asking questions. Maurice keeps saying that the only way he will get out of gaol is through publicity and more people becoming aware of what is going on in our courts, which after all are supposed to be run for the benefit of the people who pay for them.

Having copied the transcripts and having read through them carefully - there are many more admissions of wrongdoing in them that first appear to the eye. Many people glance past the actual words to the next words - but in between they unfortunately miss - where the judge has openly and wilfully brought his own conduct into disrepute with the fair administration of justice and the law. Many people fail to pick up on the tricks where the transcripts adequtely show that the legal process has fallen off of its perch. Lawyers and Barristers are not of a want to say excuse me judge but didn't you just make a mistake and show absolute and extreme bias toward the defendant?

Justice delayed (or a defendant being cut off) is justice denied.

Strangely enough Maurice was not hampered, constrained, silenced or interrupted during the last hearing in his civil case ...
