I have now seen the Doctors MG11, Sabine has published the document on the wordpress website she said she set up for Maurice.

It does not make good reading. Sadly it looks as if this is Maurice's second breach of the Harassment order against him and its a serious one - threat to arson is a very serious allegation.

It is not surprising that Maurice's use of the phone in prison is restricted due to what is claimed that he said re phone call. I can only think the comment has been taken out of the context intended by Maurice at the time

If you read the statement it says that Kirk has made a "potentially threatening" phone call to the police, it was the police that informed the doctor about this as he had relocated and presumably kirk did not know where he lived.

Seeing as we have been considering legal positions my question is this:

Assuming that the phone call was deemed to be threatening and not simply an enquiry as seems to be the case, did the police in passing on to Williams the message in the call ,aid and abet in the alleged harassment .

After all without their intervention then Williams wouldn't have known about it and therefore couldn't have been harassed. Could he?

What is the point of putting tiny pics like that above that cant be read?

Today 14 Nov.  at 1122hrs a Dr.  M, resident Cardiff Prison doctor, told Maurice that she was going to refer him to a neurologist. When Maurice asked why she had not done this in Jan 2010 (when he had first heard that the Clinical Director of Caswell Clinic had told Judge B at a bail hearing on 2nd Dec 2009 that he had brain cancer or possible brain tumour) nor in the subsequent years he had seen her and asked for a brain scan, she had no answer. He reminded her that at each asking the Prison Staff would peremptorily pull him out of the medical room. "

And from the 13 Nov:

" Dear All,

I received a very optimistic phone call from m today. Yesterday Dr. S, psychiatrist from CC? visited for 11 minutes. He recorded the interview where M behaved well. He denied having met M before (despite writing a  report about him for court originally!) He told M that he didn't need a psychiatrist but a neurologist! (Brilliant!)

Although he had not raised his voice 5 heavies came into the cell and took m away but not before the Dr said on tape that M had not raised his voice or threatened him in anyway. (THEY are rattled)

After 'lock up' that evening a Senior Manager (custody supervisor) came to see him. M is sure that it is to do with letter to MP Cairns.

More amazing still, before 0700hrs this morning a member of the IMB came to speak with him..........GREAT PROGRESS.

It has taken M 4 years to get anyone (honest MPs and Judges)to listen to his plight.

The recorded delivery docs. had clearly been released by the police (under pressure?)

He was expecting to see the Bristol doctor today. (His secretary reported that he was not happy to receive unsolicited contacts from MJK's friends so I ask that you desist)"

We are still trying to get this car business sorted out so MK can have his papers. We try.

Some facts:

This blo*dy "Order" that so many speak of and continue to cite as having been "breached" is not a legally nor lawfully obtained Order. It is false, false, false.

The "false Instrument" (and it will remain so forever) which is banided about as an "Order" is not worth the price of the piece of paper it has been written upon.

All that has flowed and followed from the 'creation' of the false Instrument is but an abomination of the truth and particularly in respect of the 'charade' that was 'conducted' by the imposter Judge John Charles 'sitting dictating [thus beyond fair and impartial] and ruling in his own cause' [and others'] on Tuesady 29th November 2011 at Cardiff Magistrates' court. On that day the Doctor gave coached evidence to ultimately protect the f'ckud up judiciary above all else.

The criminal John Charles placed Kirk into a catch 22 position. Of course Kirk was technically kidnapped and restrained unlawfully in the dock at John Charles' whim - nevertheless Kirk called the shot of "Blackmail" when Charles [not acting in any fair or impartial manner whatsoever] made his pitch. And the pigs of course recognised the shot which was called elsewhere in the court after Charles had departed from his acting charade.

The whole world of the 'trade in evil' that is psychiatry is a royally busted flush especially in the family court arena. Many of the pitiful and hitherto promote themselves experts of the quack industry have been 'lambasted from here - this site to kingdom come' - yet not one of them has dared to issue any proceedings - other than the contrived ones against Kirk - Isn't that interesting and doesn't it explain a 'vendetta' by so many against one individual?

John Charles - you are a discredited fink, a liar, a fraud and a criminal and isn't Brian Leveson - who also recently did a tidy up job on Kirk as discredited out there in the public domain as you are?

It is good to hear that Maurice is now able to make telephone calls. Perhaps things are moving forward at last.

Perhaps it would help people understand what is happening to him in prison if his CURRENT CHARGES, that is the ones that they are using to remand him in prison are published.

A note to all the agencies and organisations (That's the pigs and the wigs and the quacks) - collectively trying to smear Kirk.

UNDERSTAND this: Kirk has brought his Civil cases and Claims to the courts legally and lawfully - they have all been accepted by those courts ...

So Isn't it just and logical to look at all of those who 'still' continue to connive and conspire to silence him - as the biggest set of fork-tongued snakes around?  

Two days after my last post and no one has posted anything with regards Maurice's CURRENT charges - has he not sent anyone a copy of what they are?

Surely we would publish it if we had it!

Meanwhile somebody found enough reason to put him among 'lifers' who regularly burgle his cell as one of the 'constraints' or 'privileges' of being locked up...

Maurice has clearly written to several people, yourself included. Would it not be best for someone to ask him to send it or even a copy of it to the people he is in communication with?

Surely publishing what he is charged with helps him?

Not publishing it would seem to hint to Maurice not wanting people to know.

There are games afoot.

I reitterate - John Charles - was acting unlawfully and illegally as a single sitting judge - He was sitting, acting and directing all the suborned scaredy cat legal types - (yes you the gutless and spineless Mr Evans) in his and others' own 'personal' causes. He as a single sitter was way out of his jurisdictional depth.

The SOAB - and the false conviction with the added false 'restraining order' is under considerable pressure at present - because he and his henchpersons within the SWPigstabulary are 'scraping the barrel' - they are 'Hoisted by their own Petard' - evil duplicitous bastards.
