The position statement from Maurice contains many serious allegations. Has Maurice formally instructed a solicitor or counsel with respect to the cases he has listed? If so has the lawyer notified the court that he / she is "acting" ? The prison should be able to check that.

If that is the case its impossible to see how the prison is stopping Maurice seeing his lawyer - unless they are using anti-terrorism laws...

If the "lawyer" or "counsel" are not formally qualified and registered then that leaves the prison (according to their published procedures) lots of reasons to refuse a "legal" visit to such a person, are the prison using that line? If so, is that against Human rights?

With respect to Maurice not being allowed phone calls out from prison, I can understand that to a degree - Maurice does appear sometimes his own worst enemy. Until two days ago Maurice's comment that "it only takes one phone call" re the doctors house was on this blog, that could not do him any favors.

Perhaps publication of a letter from a refused visitor to the prison would help Maurice's case. As would publication on any reply from the prison.

A lawyer should be able to get Maurice's car key released - failing that, what about a locksmith to gain entry to his car? If the contents are important to Maurice then there are ways he can get them irrespective of the prisons refusal.

It's hard to understand why Maurice can not get his legal papers (unless they are locked in his car, and the prison refusing the release of the key is the reason...),.again a letter to the prison would seem sensible from the person who is trying to send the papers to Maurice.

HOPEFULLY this information will help Maurice get some SOCIAL visits. He is a rmand prisoner and therefore entitled to 3 visits per week by SOCIAL visitors, legal visits are in addition to this.

Any newly convicted prisoner will have a reception visit automatically placed onto the visitor bio-metrics system. Thereafter, the number of visits applicable to any prisoner (through the IEP scheme) is automatically created.

The prisoner does not send out Visiting Orders. If you wish to visit you should either telephone or email and if the prisoner has a visit available this will be booked. Visits are booked on a first come first served basis.

You can book for a maximum of 3 adults and a reasonable number of children (under 14).

There is a telephone in the Visitors' Centre which goes directly to the Visit Booking Clerk where you can book your next visit.

You can get refreshments, rest and freshen up in the Visitors' Centre before moving to your visit.

It is a good idea to arrive as early as possible at the Visitors' Centre (opens 12:30) to get a low number to move earlier to the Visit Room. If you arrive after 14:20 you will be refused admission.

Thank you for posting the info on visiting proceedures Cat Lady, hopefully it will encourage some independent visitors to witness just what is going on here. Unfortunately there are a myriad ways they can interfere with this process, one of the simplest being not to tell him he has visitors!

There are developments afoot this week, for reasons that cannot be disclosed just yet they desperately need to find that he has a paranoid delusional disorder and they need to do this and have the report in their hands before he appears in court on Friday.

To this end it has been arranged for Maurice to be examined by the prison psychiatrist on Tuesday 12th November 2013.

This was decided at an INREACH meeting that was held on the 16th October 2013 at Whitchurch ( mental ) hospital in Cardiff, where it was arranged for him to be examined by Dr David Sealy.

Maurice was previously examined by this same doctor and another Dr Gaynor Jones in July 2009 just days before the other doctor from the caswell clinic ( previously known as Glanrhyd Mental hospital) was instructed by the court to write his false and misleading report in order to have Maurice sectioned.

On that occasion the first two doctors could find nothing wrong with Maurice but who knows what pressures have been brought to bear in the intervening four years?

If they can find that he is paranoid and delusional then they can send him to Ashworth high security mental hospital/lunatic assylum and no more will be heard of him and the corrupt cabal of judges, lawyers and cops will be free to carry on with their satanic worship and pervertion of OUR justice system.

Unfortunately for them he is not paranoid, they really are out to get him and this is common knowledge in South Wales, he is not delusional either, they really are perverting the course of justice for their own ends and to cover up their criminal deeds. Which means that in order to section him they will have to make up more lies on top of those they have already passed off as facts.

Except that this time a lot of people are watching very closely and there will be witnesses in the Cardiff Magistrates court on Friday 15th November listening to exactly what is said and by whom!

I think the negative attitude to Maurice is evidenced by how the Police handled the bailiff incident at his daughters flat. At least on that occasion it was not Maurice's word in isolation - it was evidenced by the bailiff statement, which Maurice previously posted on his blog.

This online campaigning is an ongoing 'shock therapy' of one disillusionment after another, i.e. realising that what was 'faith' in the Rule of Law turns out to be illusion.

Denying and lying is standard practice just as is committing more crimes to cover up initial crimes.

Is Maurice a Litigant in Person? and therefore representing him self as you say or is he represented? therefore entitled without question to legal visits?

Regarding your question about Maurices Legal defence status Cat Lady, he has so many cases running ( some 17 at the last count) that he cannot attend to them all personally, so he runs some of them himself and has lawyers work on other cases (when he can find a straight one that hasn't been nobbled) he will also use lawyers for parts of some cases and then take over himself when the need arises.

I have also seen his LIP. status rescinded by a judge who forced a lawyer upon him in open court and against his expressed wishes, in order to prevent him cross examining cruicial witnesses, ie. the doctor who accused him of harassment, (under the guise of protecting the witness from harassment).The court appointed lawyer was an obvious stooge and asked no meaningfull questions thus ensuring the doctor could not perjure himself and Maurice was subsequently found guilty and gaoled.

Even as a litgant in person he is still entitled to receive legal advice and relevant paperwork via visits from his lawyer the same as any other unconvicted inmate on remand. (in theory at least, as we have seen this entitlement under the law can be circumvented)

As for the question of female masons, whilst it is true that women are not allowed in regular male lodges, it is a generally spread myth in order to increase their effectiveness in operation that there are no women masons at all.

They do in fact have their own Grand lodges.There are also many female only orders associated with  Freemasonry, such as the Order of Ancient, free and accepted masonry for women, the Order of the Amaranth, the Order of the Eastern Star, the Social Order of Beauceant and the Daughters of the Nile.

Additionally there are lodges which admit both sexes but these tend to be even more secret than the regular ones and the really dangerous ones you would hardly ever hear of, their business being conducted almost entirely in the "dark" (in the satanic sense of the word)

I tend to agree with what is on paper with regards Maurice being obstructed. The first clear evidence I saw on this website was the bailiffs statement, it does not get clearer than that.

May I suggest that publication of more HARD evidence rather than just speculative claims as have often been published by Maurice himself would help his cause. Evidence such as scans of letters of refusal from officials would go a long way to supporting him.

I don't want to "knock" any of what is claimed, It has great merit, but I guess they have to be played at their own game and the only way is indisputable evidence being published. Otherwise it seems easy for them to just shoot it down as rumor and speculation.

For example a copy of a letter from a solicitor or counsel blocked access to Maurice in prison published here would greatly support him - even if the lawyers details were redacted on the blog. A letter demonstrating a request for his bank card from a trusted supporter and a supporting letter from Maurice authorising its release to that person (sent by Maurice to that person for attachment to a letter to the prison - prior the external request to the prison of his card), - all sent to the prison by recorded delivery, then publication of what response is given (if any at all) would again support him.

Sabine - I have spent a lot of time reading the links that you have posted on Maurice's blog. I am sorry but I fail to see how they directly help Maurice? They show and draw attention to other things that you are promoting, but distract people from the issues faced by Maurice. Whilst they bring you promotion and publicity they don't seem to directly help Maurice.

So what do you want Sabine? Is it publicity for Maurice or is it publicity for you? I can't see much on the blog from you that seemingly helps Maurice - that is published by you. Sabine you are obviously an articulate and intelligent person - so why make such a claim? especially considering the fact that should Maurice be convicted of such a charge then he could face years in prison. Did Maurice really threaten to burn the doctors house down as you allege or is that a play on words on your part? If it is its potentially very damaging to Maurice in the context you have published.

What Maurice himself published on this blog was no such threat, he simply said that it takes one phone call for someone to arrange, rather than that was what he was intending to do.

No replies have been received [or expected] to previous letters sent since 1 Nov. to the Crown Court, Magistrates court, T. Davies, HHJ B. + others explaining about visits denied for MK + other rights denied to MK, therefore will now expand 10-fold recipients via rec. del. Royal Mail + email to details re: MKs communications, eg, to authority figures and agencies [MoJ], and every MP + numerous "Lords".  A suggestion has been made by  a supporter that a duplicate key is got for MK's vehicle so as his legal papers can be got and forwarded to him. Exposer, I must admit I did read the comments which you previously posted. They seemed very detailed so presumably you have first hand knowledge of Maurice. If so how many years have you known him and why are you so adament that he is so awful?

What has he done to you that is so terrible that you feel an old man almost deserves to be in prison? That was the inference that I felt from what you said before.

On another point you previously said that Maurice had in some way lied about his former house valuation. Maurice has posted that there was a conspiracy to devalue it, that is something that has been mentioned in Weslsh news about other people with unrelated problems (other than the valuation issue) pray tell more?

This blogger just happens to have some 'time-locked' email documents (printed and copied - just in case) which Sabine has also; because someone elderly whom she has also 'used' decided to copy her into the initial emails.

Many people tried to warn Kirk and were up in arms about his using of the Wanted Posters - the two people in question vociferously told Kirk not to use them - but Sabine did not even attempt to discourage him - in fact she encouraged him to use them. She was not at risk. The trail of who started of the Wanted Poster stuff has already been logged. Guess who's hand lies behind it all?

Sorry if you feel that you are under-fire Sabine, but the post of Maurice's referring to arson has been reinstated, why is that? Is it to maximise the damage to Maurice?

Maurice telephoned me immediately after making the phone call to Barry Police station and stated that he had told the police, what would be the situation if he burnt down Tegwin Williams's house.

I mention the doctor's name as I am not subject to Maurice's restraint order.  He also asked me whether he should attend a doctor in Bristol when he had a court hearing at Cardiff on the Wednesday and kept pressing me for advice.

The initial advice wasn't to his liking, and it was only in the end that I agreed with Maurice's statement that he then stated that he would be going to Bristol and not appearing in Court.

I was of course somewhat apprehensive as to what Maurice had told me, as I realised that any threat of arson could be very serious indeed.

I suspected that he would in fact be likely to be arrested quite shortly afterwards, and indeed this is what happened.

Therefore, I cannot see what Sabine has done to prejudice the situation at all.

I will publish further relevations at the end of the week after we know what is happening with the doctors who are seeing Maurice this week, one yesterday and another on Thursday so I am advised.

I have my views on all of this, including the future conduct of the criminal cases and the judgment that Seyss LLewellyn proposes to deliver in Maurice's civil action at Cardiff County Court.

Maurice survived the encounter with the prison psychiatrist yesterday apparently, at least he has not been carted off to Ashworth yet. A witness went along at Maurices request to sit in and observe proceedings but was refused admission by the examining doctor. ( they do like to do things in the dark)

He has another appointment with a doctor from Bristol today but I have scant information about that at the moment.

I have also heard that there is another appointment awaiting him on Thursday, again I do not have much info on this doctor but it should be noted that it takes two doctors to section him and they will both have to agree that he is mad.

Maurice's phone logs would be available to the Police and thus they would be able to start to track down the number he spoke to. You may have been clever and had a PAYG mobile that was not registered - they would still have a log of its location at the time of the call. That in a town will locate it to an area of about 200sq m. Google "cell location mobile phone"

You may still feel safe, but you have put your post up on this blog, that leaves a trace of your location. The Police can get that (if they want). If they put the two together then based on the comment you posted I would be surprised if you did not get a knock on your door.

It would make sense as to why Maurice's mental health is being questioned. If the claims are true, why would someone of sound mind want to do such a thing?

Jack Robin- you make the claim that Maurice called you " after making the phone call to Barry Police station" Maurice said he called 101 - surely that's a call center, rather than Barry Police Station?

The final question in my mind is WHY would two people (SABINE and JACK ROBIN) who would seemingly be potential witnesses against Maurice post on here?

I am reaching the conclusion that there are a number of people - who Maurice at face value trusts who would seemingly (in a very covert manner) want to see Maurice locked up.

All I can say is what Maurice told me after making the phone call.  Maurice informed me that he had made a phone call in which he had stated that he had told the police (I think it was Barry) that "what would be the consequences of me burning down Tegwin Williams's house down.  I certainly didn't condone it and was concerned that a serious offence may have been committed.  It isn't for me to judge this.

Regarding not turning up, I actually advised Maurice that he should turn up, but he informed me that attendign the doctor in Bristol was much more important and involved his health.

After much argument I agreed,  However, in the interim, Maurice was arrested so he never got to see the doctor in Bristol at all, so the issue of whether or not he would have had a lawful excuse for not surrendering to bail at Cardiff Crown Court never in fact arose.

I cannot see any conspiracy here.  I would suggest that you go back and consult Archbold etc.

Archbold is an interesting book - but it can only be considered in the context of what evidence there is. If you read what you posted at 1.07am then you will understand how it read.

Your latest post does indeed paint you in a better light. But, ask yourself the question - if you want to help Maurice did either of your posts actually help or hinder him? If anything your posts actually (assuming the Police use you as a witness) hinder Maurice and aid the Police / CPS in getting a conviction.

A witness cannot be compelled to give evidence against his will, or even give a section 9 witness statement.

A witness even if subject to a Witness Order can decline to testify.

Maurice likes contraversy and it is doubtful whether Cat Lady's contributions have assisted Maurice at all.  As for Exposure, it isn't clear what his motives are either.

The issue will be whether all of the current charges are made out in law, although it is noted that Maurice doesn't have a lawyer, but if he did, he would probably sack him.

Maurice is also very proud of his various actions in exposing Tegwin Williams and rightly so in my view.

We will see what tricks the current two doctors come up with, but they could be guilty of attempting to pervert the course of justice if they fabricate false reports.

Maurice doubtless knows this.

cat lady I have known Maurice for many years and seen with my own eyes and heard things that do beg belief,but due to a sense of loyalty chosen to turn a blind eye . Jack Robin,Interesting thoughts of yours. I understand the comments about section 9 witness statement, but can only see two defences for not being a comparable witness (by means of a witness summons. From my reading it would appear not being of sound mind, the other being the spouse or partner of the accused. It seems failure to give evidence can result in the witness going to prison. Which of the two defences would you feel fits you? Its a dangerous game to play, making claims as to what Maurice is alleged to have said on a public blog and then hoping to hide. At the very least it would not seem fair to Maurice and if you support him surely going along as a witness to what you claim he said and then telling the Court in what context you felt it was said would at least help Maurice. If you are not prepared to do that for him then why even publish it on here?

Exposer, as I have said on here before my only knowledge of Maurice is through this blog, I am rapidly feeling that there is quite an agenda here, some are trying to help, others attack him and others covertly destroying him.

My question remains - WHY?

My bottom line is that Maurice may be no angel, but no person deserves to spend the later part of his life in jail - unless they have done something seriously wrong. If Maurice's principle crime is a distrust of the system and how its applied then he needs help  to change the system, not to fight it and get himself ever deeper in trouble through seemingly misguided efforts to "beat" the system.

I don't actually believe anything you say "Exposer".

If you really have known of MK for "years" as you put it  you must be a pretty cold and heartless person, by your own statements, as surely you would know of the chronic and appalling targetting MK has had to endure - something a person such as yourself could not handle in any shape or form.
