It is more than apparent 'publicly' that the Judges are

                      "On the run".

The Main Stream Media (suborned gits) are being 'directed' to place stories across the press of 'concerns' that the club of Judges have about Jury Trials ........

They're concerned that they can no longer conceal their collective wrongdoing of over the past 7

decades.

For example LJ Judge was quoted in the Telegraph (20/11/10 pg 12) about his concerns:

"Twitter 'threatens' trial by jury" ...........

It was a "story" put there to dupe the public

Then LJ Moses in the Mail (24/11/10 pg 4) spouts froth about "Curb the power of juries, senior judge demands"

Moses went on about financial costs and expenses - i.e. his excuse to curb "jury trials" ...

Perhaps it is because the Judges in their Ancien old cosy world; don't want the public to know:

       "The truth, the whole truth

       and nothing but the truth"?    

The GOOD news is: The Judiciary along with their legal subordinates and the Press & Media cohorts: DARE NOT, CANNOT and WILL NOT mention the most "Precedent setting" Crown Court Jury Trial of 2010 which is known of worldwide ....Yes ....

The Acquittal of Maurice Kirk by twelve men good and true who saw through all the theatrical drama (acting) and who were NOT MISLED by the legal dramatists or the supposed impartial referee / wolf in his sheephair guise implying, asserting and attempting to sell a story that the world is flat.

Archbold makes numerous references to Conspiracy, acting in concert, conspiracies by more than one person ....

The only unresolved conspiracy with plenty of "mens rea" / "malice a forethought" etc has been by "them" and their agents provocateurs - before, during and ever since Mr Kirk's Acquittal.

Oh ... musn't forget their protection racketeering governing body the (F)Law Society - and The Lieabilities the all evade.

As for LJ's Judge, Moses and the rest of their tyrannical mob - one wonders when any of them were last if ever psychiatrically examined by the nutters who took over the asylum at Tavistock?

Why won't they mention the Kirk Criminal case?

They CANNOT - because were they to do so ... they would be ADMITTING that their whole "Criminal" Justice system is just that and has been for decades ...

(Casting as in actors who have miserably failed to dupe their audience - with an abominable "performance" !!!!!!!!)

The whole scam is coming apart at the seams, more attempts to incarcerate Maurice, as if it were not bad enough that they blatantly stole 8 months of the mans life already.

More attempts to cover up their own evil misdeeds,

to cover up the fact that they, the "guardians" of law and order in this country do not follow the rules they are supposed to be enforcing, they do not follow the rules that they persistently ram down our throats.

Well here is the news, WE KNOW you are lying to us, more people become aware of it with each hour that passes and the people, from whom you get your mandate to occupy your public positions of trust are fed up of your lies, the people are fed up of your whitewashes masquerading as public inquiries, from Dr Kelly, Murdered by the government to BLIAR sniveling his way through a blatantly rigged investigation designed to cover up his genocidal war crimes and the Government "scientists" who LIED in order to perpetrate the great global warming hoax on the population of this country and the world. The people can see through your lies.
