This is a remarkable account on a very impressive website - of Maurice's struggles for human rights, justice and fairness in HM courts.In EU terms, it's Article 47 of the European Fundamental Rights Charter: the right to an "effective remedy and a fair trial". 

BUT: there are two articles that are in the European Convention on Human Rights 1953 that have been omitted from the UK Human Rights Act 1998:

Now this may seem innocuous to the uninitiated onlooker, but in reality it means that public authorities in the UK can continue to act "beyond the law", unless, somehow, especially through the magic of networking, we can stop them - against ALL odds...
