It was a very powerful thing that Maurice achieved when he was acquitted by the jury at the Crown Court Machine Gun Trial.

Please do not lose sight of the "significance" of his 'acquittal'.

The reason being, that the acquittal - meant that the Whole of the case (Machine Gun) and all of the charges and "accusations" (Dr Williams' assertions) levelled against Maurice - failed.

Thus and to repeat Dr Williams' - twisted logic reports failed.

In other words and in respect of the current 'harassment' charge by Dr Tegwyn Williams. Was his statement coached out of him as it appears to have been by SWP for some or other ulterior motive? [To close down Maurices Civil cases perhaps ..... you the reader can decide]

The current charge stems from having been put up by the SWP and then taken further presumably by a friendly CPS prosecutor; or could it have been a judge who decided that it go forward from the police .... umm indeed?

Just exactly who is; doing the bidding for who and whom else against Maurice? After all they (SWP, CPS et autres) do all have a vested interest in closing down his every Civil action.

In simplicity it's the risk management / liability thing; which of course in lay mans terms means the redress, the compo, the cost of it all and to who's professional detriment and indemnity?

The various police statements (inc Dr Williams') that have been offered up recently - need to be properly disected. The key is to look at them from the perspective of - how they all seem to have been 'coached' out of Maurices accusers!

Maurice's Acquittal - and that Dr Williams' two-faced duplicitous assertions in his previous reports (which ARE NOT of any factual standing at law - because of the Acquittal) damns and downs this latest pitiful and misguided trumped up 'harassment' charge.

That no judge appears so far in this cureent case to want to 'see' what is and has been published (public controversy) into the public domain of Maurices Acquittal is but an attempt to "pervert the course of justice" - and makes one wonder at just who is attempting to sit and rule in their own cause (with lots of bias) and with plenty of incontrovertible evidence before their eyes.

A Judge - "Have they taken it (this site) down yet". That's bias itself.

And still the Crowns Star Witness 'Foxy' for all of the She / Hes lying remains at large ...... and uncharged with attempting to pervert the course of justice .... well why's that M'lud?
