Hopefully and acting as MacKenzie friend - Sabine will manage to have Maurice freed from his latest unlawful incarceration. Good luck to Sabine in representing Maurice.

Are our Judiciary a most criminal organisation? Nick Cohen of the Observer - has hammered them on the subject today.

Ther's One - journo who appears to realise that it is the people who will not be oppressed by a few criminal wig-wearing crooks and all the lesser suborned fools who kow-tow to them. e.g. MP's and the Police to name but 2 lesser organisations. Freedom of Expression Article 19 Universal Declaration of Human Rights 1948. This blogger loves it.  

What ....? No updates on Maurice's appearance or anything else.

Sorry BWB, details have been a bit sketchy, Maurice was  due in court on Wednesday the 28th September , the court was informed that he was refusing to leave his cell and he was further remanded to appear yesterday but in fact they had him up today, without, as far as I can see, letting anyone know! I have since learned that no one told him he was due in court last week and then they told the court he had refused to attend. He did not appear today as he was not well enough to leave his cell and he was remanded in his abscence untill the 13th October.

It has taken him 10 days to get a letter out and he has been prevented from using the phone. Also he says he is being denied his prescription medication by the prison authorities which it would appear is contributing to his ongoing illness.

It is thoroughly outrageous to deny a man his medication and the more people who point this out to the prison authorities the better, the phone no for Cardiff prison is 02920 923100 and the medical officer would probably be the best person to discuss this violation of his human rights with! They need to know that people are watching what is going on in there and that they will be held to account if anything untoward happens.
