On November 30th, at 10.17, this 40-page judgement on preliminary issues was sent to Maurice to be "handed down" in his absence at 2pm.
He then was given 7 days to absorb it and to respond.
The case is adjourned until earliest March 14th, 2011.
"Go figure", is one way of responding. But Maurice sent this letter to Cardiff County Court.
