Can you make sure vmjmurphy gets copies of reports asap, and bear in mind that his office has a spam filter whick can block emails with attachments or links. So maybe check with small emails or whatever whether the important email got through.

My guess is that it may be Caswell do not allow confidential reports that have not gone before the Court to be made public by circulating them to friends or lawyers who are not instructed to act in this case.

But if Maurice instructs vmjmurphy, (who is willing to act) then Caswell should agree to immediately send copies direct to vmjmurphy. And if Caswell do not wish to help the lawyer acting for Maurice get copies, that can be used at Court to help Maurice by showing he is being treated unfairly by Dr Tegwyn Williams and to cast doubt on the reliablity of Dr Williams' opinion.  

It is important that Maurice instructs vmjmurphy to act in this criminal case.

"The conclusion of the report is that Maurice has an untreatable brain injury and that no more can be done for him."

If that is a true belief from the author of the report, then, in Gods Holy Name, why not simply release Maurice?

After all, he's done nothing wrong has he?

Considering the amount of time that it has taken to reach an assessment, in itself, goes some way in showing that there cannot be all that much wrong with him.

In all the times that I have been in his genial company, I have never ever detected anything amiss in his behaviour in any shape or form.--- Unless protesting about injustice is wrong!!!

Just a minute. Have I read that right?

If nothing more can be done for Maurice, then why is the author inviting the court to get a second opinion?

Does he not have sufficient confidence in his own findings?

Let's hope that Maurice goes before a judge who will put and end to this insanity and see fit to release to release him.

The Caswell cannot release Maurice because of a Section 35 which is a one month Section from prison, as opposed to a Section 2 'off the street' and released back on to the street.

The Judge cannot help Maurice unless the Judge is given the correct answers and arrangements from Maurice. So in short, Maurce needs a lawyer to put these points to a Judge on Monday.

Inviting other opinion from a High Security Hospital is potentially quite a problem, as it can be relying on Maurice to be 'again' unclear at next Monday's hearing. If Maurice is again unclear a good Judge may feel there is no option but to seek opinion from a High Security Hospital, which may mean transfering Maurice to a High Secure Hospital possibly Ashworth, soon after Monday.

All of these potentials can be avoided if Maurice instructs vmjmurphy who is willing to help.

Fred Bloggs, (or whoever you might be), you state that the judge needs 'correct answers' in order to help Maurice.

Are you saying that the judge is a bit thick and that he cannot understand or discern the points that Maurice, in his own way, as a reasonably competant layman, is making when he responds to questioning?

The judge is an ordinary human being, well paid out of public funds to use his common sense and, - dare I say it - wisdom, to render justice to all those who come before him/her.

Does he/she really need another lawyer, a solicitor, of supposedly inferior rank and ability, to take his hand and explain to him exactly what Maurice is saying in his own way?

Is it possible that Maurice is not responding to your advice to appoint a lawyer when, like myself and many more who I know,  he has had his fill of being sold down the stream by lawyers.

The facts remain that Maurice has done nothing at all wrong, - and if he has,- why just him and not all those before and after him who have been in possession of this deadly ornament?

What intent did Maurice have in buying, possessing, and disposing of this pile of junk?

How many people have been hurt by his actions?

In the threads, downloads and Court transcripts the main issue now is that Mauriuce is not giving clear and helpful answers to the Court.  And Maurice needs vmjmurphy to represent him.  

Dear Maurice, I have made an application to the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourgh on your behalf ten days ago.  I have all the documents at home and pleaded with Norman Enscarth to give me a fax number for you so that you can help yourself.  Norman refused to give me the fax number and I tried to find your family and the Creswell Clinic and could not.  You need to go on the internet and go onto the ECoHR Website, and download the requette.  Then you simply need to fill in that the UK Government is subjecting you to arbitrary arrest and wrongful imprisonment.  I have officially already charged them with arbitrary arrest and unlawful imprisonment in proper legal format.  You can fax the papers to them or send them in the post recorded delivery. I am arguing on your behalf that you are not insame.  Sadly, doing this has now got me arrested under the Mental Health Act and I am now detained under S2 and getting constant forced injections.  Not good as I was just discharged from hospital up here in West Yorkshire after a blodd transfusion.  Unlike you I have nobody who cares for me, so I am stuck in this prison whole until I am dead.  So, I have made the application claiming that you are not of unsound mind, if you get the requette off the net and fax it back you are on your way out of there.  I also run my own case against the UK Government in the ECoHR, but I keep getting arrested and forcefully injected and my heart is not up to it anymore.  Suffered Angino Pectoris and they left me on the floor all night with no doctor.  Never seen a doctor or spoken to a doctor since the police dragged me in.  Only have the clothes I stood up in nothing else.  Norman Enscarth would not help me when I tried to get the ECoHR application to you by the way.  Kindest regards Susanne Kellner-Johnson, Dissident, Human Rights and Mental Health law student.  

WILLIAMS LETS THE CAT OUT OF THE BAG!

Just one sentence in Paragraph 35 of the Report by Dr. Tegwyn Williams lets the cat out of ths bag completely!  He says,"The risk of Maurice Kirk continuinh his (court) action against South Wales Police ... is high".  There you have it!  Williams is admitting, as plain as plain can be, that the reason for incercerating Maurice is NOT because Wiiliams thinks he is a violent man, but to prevent him 'Continuing his actions in the courts', which is  - SUPPOSEDLY - the right of everyone in the land.  What more proof does anyone need that we have NO rights whatsover in Police State Britain?

I can not believe all this nonsence, the court is worried that Maurice will fly away if given bail, they clearly have no idea regarding light aircraft. We have 5 of Maurice's aircraft all in various states of repair, Taylorcraft completely stripped and looking for a new owner Piper Cub G-Kurk needing a strip inspection on engine before we can fit it Piper Cub G-KERK a very sad looking aeroplane with no wings and in need of a complete re-build and last but by no means least a pretty little red aeroplane in need of a few modifications to make her ready for flight. As anyone can see from the forgoing tails of woe that if Maurice wanted to fly any of his aircraft at this moment in time he would need a miracle.
