  • Are You a Man or a Mouse, Doctor? Cardiff Magistrates 22nd Feb 10am

After a particularly bad night as each time I roll over, my hip wakes me up with the pain, I tried yet again for my Barry GP to obtain clarification from Dr Tegwyn Williams. But it is obvious the 'taffia' are at work, even in a GP's surgery.

    Dear Doctor,

ARE YOU A MAN OR A MOUSE?

    1. My hip operation has still not been done, meaning I am prescribed yet more morphine sulphate for analgesia and with 'bone on bone', putting at risk post-op complications.

    2. Clarification for, first the Welsh anaesthetist last June and now, the French anaesthetist, in Brittany, remains EXACTLY THE SAME, both refusing in the elected surgery until you, as my GP, obtain clarification from the Welsh NHS, as to whether it is safe for me to have a general anaesthetic?

    3. Cowbridge Health Centre banned me from their surgery once it was realised there was a HM/police conspiracy to get me locked away for life.

    4. Is your apparent refusal to just update your 2nd December 2010 medical report, faxed to the Cardiff Magistrates, because you have also been nobbled?

    5. Until the bloody Welsh NHS, Welsh HM Crown Prosecution Service, Welsh HM Court Service or Welsh HM Cardiff prison give clarification to police run Caswell Clinic's Dr Tegwyn Williams 2009 dubious medical reports, I run the real risk of not obtaining a 'set aside' for re-hearing, by the Cardiff same district judge, on 22nd February 2011.

    6. The case was originally heard in my absence because, Jo confirmed, your medical report arrived at the Magistrates after the hearing had started. Please, at least send me a copy, by return for my solicitor, as I am too ill to conduct the case.

    7. Dr Tegwyn Williams, wash your mouth out, Maurice, informed the Cardiff Crown Court and MAPPA meetings, I have 'significant and irreversable brain damage' with Crown prosecutor, Me Richard Thomlow, saying ,'possible brain tumour', asking for a Section 45,  under the 1983 Mental Health Act, to send me to Broadmoor for life.

I have the phone by my bedside and computer to receive your response.

    Yours sincerely,

At the 11th hour my GP has just rung me, in France and agreed to send me, within 24 hours, an updated medical certificate addressed to 21st Feb court hearing, similar to his original, in June 2009 to HHJ Cooke QC, when the Welsh aneasthetist had refused by a party for elected surgery without Dr Tegwyn Williams clarifying his 2nd December 2009 evidence to HHJ Bidder QC that I had significant brain damage and the CPS stated, a possible tumour.

The Dr has also kindly agreed to send the old December 2010 medical report, that arrived just too late at magistrates, on the 2nd December 2010, causing the case to to heard in my absence.

Is this a light at the end of the tunnel ? Will NHS managers now make Dr Tegwyn Williams come clean?

              17th February 2011

              Re:      Mr Maurice Kirk

             12/03/1945

I would like to state that I have not seen Mr Kirk since September 2010, as I believe he is currently living in France.  He has led me to understand that he is still awaiting surgery and is therefore still using strong analgesia to control the pain, which is being supplied to him in France.

I would therefore be grateful if you would consider a further adjournment, as Mr Kirk is not able to defend himself whilst using such strong analgesia.

    Yours faithfully

  • Maurice's El Alamein? In Search of Protection by Alun Cairns MP - from Welsh Courts, Police and NHS

Today, in Barry Magistrates,  Maurice escapes further imprisonment

An effective remedy before national authorities, that is Article 13 of the Human Rights Act of the European Convention for Human Rights. It was omitted from the UK Human Rights Act 1998.

I've seen it over and over again:

Maurice has seen it as well. After over 20 fraudulent imprisonments and 12 weeks in a psychiatric clinic, a Warrant for Arrest is hardly an invitation to present himself to court, given that his hip operation is overdue since June 22nd, when it was last scheduled.

Today, following our direct complaint to the headquarters of HM Crown Prosecution Service in London, there appears to be a light at the end of the tunnel.....MUCH more later.

So I sent this email to the solicitors of the NHS who were supposed to have contacted Maurice since November 19th.

In our online petition we spell out four other parties that could release those records. Do you think Christmas might bring an end to this "paid barbarism"???

While seeking asylum on the Channel Islands, Maurice produced this medical record. His request for asylum is here

But for now, we're working on the reply to this remarkable document: a supposed Executive Summary of MAPPA meetings. It was produced on 24 August 2010 - to cover meetings between June and December 2009... Maurice received it after the judge ordered the release. But Maurice had asked for the minutes of the meetings, that he is entitled to...

South Wales National Health Service Falsified Medical Records

    Dear Sir,

Graham Miles of Morgan Cole, solicitors, Cardiff, is hindering my communication with NHS personnel in order that my medical records may be released from Dr Tegwyn Williams and Professor Roger Wood.

Their joint records were presented to Cardiff Crown Court, last year, to obtain a section 41 under the 1983 Mental Health Act. Why does HM Court Service not release the court transcript or court log?

Why have numerous people, including you, received no replies from the South Wales area NHS manager, Mr Sissling, delegated to obtain that information for my anaesthetist, for my much overdue hip operation. Why do both doctors state I have ‘significant brain damage' and ‘possible brain tumour'? Why does the NHS refuse me another brain scan or examination now I am released from Cardiff prison?

Why does Edwina Hart AM continue to refuse to intervene? Why does Wales GMC appear to be sitting on their hands taking the whole thing as a big joke?

Are you  prepared to intervene further or are we to resort to less orthodox methods of retribution?

    Yours faithfully,

    Dear Sir,

'Racially aggravated Public Order' Hearing, carrying 6 month prison sentence, Thrown Out

    1. The Barry magistrates hearing today indicated illegal immigrants involved as I predicted to both CPS and police. Are you going to send me the disclosure on the list of issues asked for in my August letter? If not why not? Your 29th November 10 letter is a falsification of the facts.

    2. Are you going to now release the medical records in the possession of the CPS, used by your department in the 2nd Dec 09 Crown Court hearing, returned to you by barrister richard Twomlow but urgently needed for my outstanding hip operation?

    3. Are you now going to pay my costs of today's latest scandal?

    4. Are you still agreeing the 2nd November 10 Cardiff Magistrates 'assault' conviction and issued warrant for my arrest, is to be reheard as indicated in your yesterday's. letter?

    yours faithfully

  • Maurice on video in Jersey - Dec 2010

A 12-minute interview that clarifies Maurice's dilemma and how he keeps going because he represents lots of people whose human rights have also been violated in the HM Court Service...

  • Maurice, a Drug Smuggler?

Any ordinary observer, recently passing through Merdrignac, a small town in Brittany, may well have been mistaken on seeing two 'out of town' gentlemen seated facing a clearly tired, unshaven and worried old man on sticks. Was this Maurice, clearly under intense interrogation? Yes. Was he in trouble again, ‘Code Napoleon’ style? No.

Their persistent questioning was to establish just why this clearly extreme and never ending oppression by three British police forces, one after the other, had gone on now for nearly 40 years.

'Authority', it seemed, was intent in blocking Maurice's 'ease of travel', especially when there appeared a history of crossing country borders by less conventional methods, other than public transport.

Maurice believed it came from an edict handed down, 'in a fit pique', following an unfortunate incident in Taunton Police Station, far back in 70's. A high official, from within that dubious cabal called freemasonry, having first mislaid his Chief Superintendant's pocket note book, his day job. He may well have been the one who made that simple telephone call to trigger so much trouble for Maurice and his family.

Maurice’s way of life was soon ransacked by a particularly vindictive man from Cardiff, a Mr M R Jones of HM Customs and Excise Drug Squad. He led a search team through his home, garden, hangars and aircraft. He took away papers from the safe, one a letter from the Civil Aviation Authority, addressed to the Taunton police, rebuking them for their part in interfering with an Englishman simply going about his lawful business even if it was in some WW2 tired Auster aircaft, tied up with binder twine, flying between his farmer clients.

Then HM Customs and Excise Drug Squad really spent the money, in force, sending agents all over Western Europe interrogating anyone with whom he had done business with, importing derelict or ‘just about flying’ old aeroplanes. Jones had Maurice on remand in a number of UK HM prisons before all allegations, of suspected drug smuggling, were dropped.

Following his Breton interrogation, Maurice reluctantly concluded that, maybe, it was his history and general way of life that had first attracted authority’s attention, as it left an unusual pattern on the Police National Computer, PNC, for others to read years later. What the police call, a ‘modus operandi’ of a known villain. This, coupled together with the fact his high percentage of 'wins' in police courts and the way dubious charges were so often ridiculed, meant any unscrupulous police officer, of any rank, might well have been tempted to act incorrectly for his or her own personal gain.

People in ‘positions of authority’ are too easily angered, these days, if they perceive a ‘loss of control’ over someone within their own remit of work. Was it as simple as that?

What was plainly obvious to Maurice’s interrogators and confirmed recently, upon the conclusions of a medical examination by a doctor specialising in such matters, Maurice’s past history, of using unconventional transport to go about his veterinary business, was most likely, the key.

Resorting to such methods as flying old aeroplanes, when banned from driving, riding very fast motor bikes on foreign number plates, battling with seas in a sophisticated rigid inflatable for commuting, between both Guernsey and Alderney, in the Channel Islands, all year, sometimes in extreme weather conditions, are some examples but it was already ‘pouring fat on a roaring fire’.

"His disrespect for authority", came back the reply from the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeon’s Queen’s Counsel, in 2004, at the HM Privy Council Downing Street court hearing, following Lord Hoffman’s query as to, "why such apparent ‘trivial’ motoring offences" had been relied upon, in the lower court, to have Maurice’s name being removed from the veterinary register, for life?.

A chronology of events is to indicate, perhaps, just why the three police forces, Avon and Somerset, Guernsey and now South Wales, have all acted in such an extreme manner but it does not excuse any one of them from acting outside the rule of law.

1963. Maurice, after a brief visit to Czechoslovakia, very wet and worried, was seen by Austrian police clambering out of the water and running for his life up and over their river bank ,to hide behind a tree, as a Khrushchev controlled gun boat came charging down on him. He had just been washed into the full view of a machine gun post perched high up on top of a tower, on the other side. He had to swim back, in daylight but not at the pre-arranged ‘blind spot’ he had planned, along the hundreds of miles of the Iron Curtain. After his negotiating a heavily mined and recently dug up river bank, to detect foot prints, much barbed wire and live ammunition his hostile reception committee was but ‘small bear’.

He had, that week, paddled from Innsbruck, Austria, in his WW2 fragile, now, £6 folding canoe, to Passau, Germany, forgetting the finer points of crossing border etiquette. If it had not been for the night before, in some ancient Austrian police cell, down river, 'after casing the joint'', the brandishing gunned Austrian police would, no doubt, have taken a little longer view before finally releasing him.

1964. Maurice standing beside his home made wood and canvas canoe, pulled up on a Dover beach, was seen trying to persuade two, not so believing, bemused HM Customs Officers, that he had just paddled in from Calais, France, again forgetting French Customs rig marrolle, before his departure across the English Channel with only a crumpled brown 10 shilling note to his name.

That same summer he had already hitch hiked from New York to LA to Vancouver, Canada to Quebec and back for two nights, under a tree, in Central Park, on just £5. Ten Coca Cola bottles, picked up on the road side, bought food even if was a thoroughly tasteless loaf of soda bread.

1967. Maurice hitched over 5000 miles in Australia, living on Mount Kosciusko in his built igloo, around both North and South Islands of New Zealand before hiking the jungles of New Guinea from way North of Goroka down to Lae. A one-way half price student ticket, bought in Alice Springs for Ayers Rock, in another old Auster, to then walk on out,  bound for Tasmania, was a ‘first’ he was told.

1969 to date. Maurice would never dream of landing at an airfield if he could possibly avoid it. As his father and oldest brother, Michael, always agreed, it was the most anti-social place for a private owner ever to find himself.

    It usually meant:

    1. First one had to get permission, with interminable delay and carry a licence and even a map.
    2. No damned good, if your aircraft had no radio or there was more than one cloud in the sky.
    3. Wearing one’s expensive tyres out on tarmac and then made to taxi miles to park, far from ones waiting friends at the airport bar.
    4. Walking in the rain, so often, just to pay a fine at some way off control tower with an outside ladder!
    5. Then have to get permission to leave and wait and wait, engine running, for other aircraft to land and take off.
    6. But to cap it all, if she  needed ‘go juice’, ‘motion lotion’, again one  had to wait for it and have the ready currency, only to be charged  ‘through the nose’ for it.

1969. Maurice, in a rented French Rallye Club ‘span can’, remembers taking a girlfriend and flat mate to Ireland, via South Wales, only to have argument over the multiple damaging ‘bird strike’ with an unyielding Swansea Air Traffic controller as to who was responsible for obstructions on the active runway!

1970. Maurice is hitch hiking, only in his wet suit and red bobble cap with a large whole leg of ham slung over his shoulder. His fastest single-sailer of its day, a Unicorn catamaran, left becalmed in Lyme Regis harbour, meant he had some sixteen miles to walk back to his job, in Bridport. He takes a lift but an austere black brief case on the back seat, bearing a gold portcullis insignia with ‘HM’ on top, dampened his enjoyment of his day. He is offered, by the smartly suited gentleman, his business card as he was investigating a ‘sighting’ of someone in the locality hawking, out of plastic black bags , around the pubs, export only King Size No 6 cigarettes and one litre bottles of Stand Fast Whisky, they do not roll around and break, for half UK prices. Maurice did not see him again.

1970. Maurice, with precious spare time on a week end off, would often fly, in the depths of winter, in his 50s wooden aeroplane, a French Sipa 901, fully aerobatic rumour had it, to Southern Ireland.

Flights to Donegal, Eire, for a week end’s duck shooting, meant it was inconvenient to fly in the wrong direction to Bristol or Exeter, just too clear Customs. Nor did landing at Dublin exactly guarantee a quick turn round to reach his brother, before dark, on a deserted beach near Burton Port.

Maurice seriously went wrong, on one occasion, during one of his hunting trips, 8 bore ,12 bore shot guns, rifle and faithful gun dog by his side, all stuffed in with a spare fuel can. Talbenny Airfield, West Wales, a WW2 derelict fighter base, had been chosen to ‘top up’.  A pot hole on the runway, on his return from Eire, with passenger, meant Police and Customs and tracker dogs later found a deserted Sipa tied to a gate post. Sightings of a couple, with a large suitcase, hitching their way towards Somerset only caused more trouble. The fifteen pound fine that followed gave no indication of what was yet to come, where authorities were concerned.

Maurice did try Cardiff, almost on route to Dublin, later, in the mid 70s but that was a right catastrophe with South Wales Police arresting him on some trumped up ‘public order’ offence, only for him to win it in a newly built magistrates building in town nearby, called Barry. The clear hatred in the prosecutor’s eye, as he left the court room, caused Maurice to try and avoid Cardiff airport in the future.

1973. As day light was short, in order to get to the Ennislkillen Harriers Hunt Ball, Northern Ireland, in his AOP 6 WW2 Auster and flight duck at five on the following morning, landing at believed deserted Haverford West aerodrome, to ‘top up’ from a jerry can, in the back, proved yet another welsh mistake.  South Wales Police demanded Customs clearance to Northern Ireland.  Maurice waits for no Customs, he bluntly reminded them, IRA villains will never beat us. They refused to remove their police vehicle from his proposed flight path. The rumours of his crushing the police car roof in with his port strut, on takeoff, only to be then buzzed, at very low level in semi darkness, twenty minutes later, by a hurriedly scrambled Hawker Hunter jet, out RAF Brawdy, nearby, may not have enhanced Maurice’s future prospects in the Principality.

1977. Maurice then flew to the Isle of Man for the motor bike races. On the way back he cleared Customs at Swansea, another big mistake. South Wales police set about, in the teaming rain, to make him unload seven big boxes of Manx kippers and the island’s other delicacy, ‘Queenies’, only to start putting screw drivers to his engine and fuselage covers. Threats and the language that followed with Maurice demanding production of their aircraft engineer certification was also, possibly, not helpful.

Taunton Chief Superintendant’s note book now goes ‘missing’, seventy-two charges soon accumulate with violent arrests and police losing fifty-six ignominiously, in a string of both sick and hilarious magistrate and Crown Court hearings, primarily to stop Maurice either driving his car or flying his aircraft.

At around this time Maurice was approached to do one flight from the Continent for a mere £100,000. Having the experience to first pilot and then leave a perfectly serviceable aircraft at two thousand feet, in the dead of night, to delivery whatever appeared not a problem. Maurice reported the incident where others would have found it more prudent to have not.

Whilst sewing mail bags in Dorchester prison, he was again approached to do a drug-run, for similar money. Maurice was now wising up to the real world and so told no-one.

Whilst in Guernsey, Maurice was again approached, wined and dined, to no avail, as Maurice had the measure of the Guernsey police by now.

1979. Maurice was about to sit both his Air Transport Pilot’s and Flying Instructors exams but the authorities had other ideas. He is jailed for six months for flying an aircraft whilst drunk, when he was neither drunk nor the pilot. The latter, in the left hand seat and logging the hours, was  visited at 10 at night by two burly ex-Metropolitan Police, for the CAA Investigation Branch, who threatened his licence if he does not turn ‘Queen’s evidence’.

What travesty then followed in Bournemouth Crown Court Maurice refuses to leave alone. Being unable to brief his barrister, whilst ‘on the hoof’, on the relevant aspects of flight safety, as prosecution evidence went seriously adrift, due to ignorance, Maurice being the only commercial pilot in the room but locked in dock could not communicate. A far different account, therefore, emerged on what really went on during that wet and windy night across the Channel from Brittany, in the depths of winter. Maurice never used a barrister again.

1981. The Guernsey ‘experience’ of over ten years with their total disregard for basic human rights, as a tax haven, is far too long to recount just now, but Maurice’s twenty-one times in jail, for example, with some fifteen or sixteen cases then dropped, a few days later each time, knowing Maurice’s team of lawyers in Taunton had no ‘right of audience’ to claim compensation, might indicate to the reader the malice generated.

Enough of storytelling, just to explain the reasons as to why three British police forces have colluded to pervert the course of justice.

Maurice and his helpers may never see the day, but the rule of law will finally prevail and ‘truth will out’.

  • Why Maurice is in Court since 7th Sept and Tomorrow's Firework Party

Summary of Trial: Kirk v South Wales Police

Maurice suffered countless time consuming and expensive incidents instigated by the police, in the early 90s, until, in 2002, when police complaint achieved his name being removed from the veterinary register. Very little harassment has taken place, since that date, until the current 10 week trial date was fixed in early 2009 when 'all hell let loose'.

Maurice lays claim that his high rate of success, approximately 90%, in the criminal courts and apparent unheeded complaints, for the police to investigate properly an excessive number of crimes committed against him, his family and his veterinary practice, during that same period, are all down to police 'special treatment' reliant on 'targeted malice' and numerous 'false imprisonments' all condoned by the most senior of police officers, in his locality, the Vale of Glamorgan.

Maurice has now started the trial with substantial unequivocal evidence, before the Cardiff County Court, for appropriate damages but  with the outstanding problems from the scandalous 'machine gun trial', earlier this year and years of MAPPA covert police surveillance and falsified medical evidence before ten Crown Court judges, to oppose his bail. Police failure in stopping that criminal trial means, there is now a vast quantity of 'failed disclosure' of evidence remaining under the control of the current Chief Constable.

Maurice has been deemed 'medically unfit' by his local GP and several England based doctors, accepted by the court, to proceed with the trial, to no fault of his own because 'authority' continues to refuse to 'put its hand up' over falsified medical evidence, tendered by the police and Crown Prosecution Service, at the 2nd December 09 Crown Court hearing, in their last ditch attempt to send Maurice to a High Security Psychiatric Prison, IPP, 'Imprisonment for Public Protection'. Or should it have read 'Police Protection?

But Maurice was to continue attending the 9th Day of the trial, on Wednesday, 22nd September 2010, whilst on Morphine Sulphate and numerous other medication, due to the delayed 'total hip replacement' operation, urgently needed, as he has been warned the case will continue without him.

Rough Notes from 20th September 2010 Trial on 'Law'

(from Maurice's son during his absence)

Police QC, "misfeasance in a public office is a path Mr Kirk could/should have pursued"

    Strasbourg case law - osman

    "deliberate failure & wilful neglect"

Birmingham 6 - you must be joking. Using one of UK's most famous micscarriages of justice as an argument to wilfully repeat it, I'm sorry is that even an argument. It was even quite extraordinary to hear the Police QC actually call the men "murderers" in court in 2010 when they were cleared 19 years earlier. He continually referred to the now discredited proceedings of 1981, in front of Lord/Judge Diploc (he of such fame in Ulster), citing how these were paragons of good process to which this judge should emulate now. I thought it was bad enough when he kept citing Lord Bingham whilst in the same breath stating how his opinion was the minority one, the one to which he was overuled/out voted by his Law Lord peers but this is in a different league..

Police QC "Our argument is Mr Kirk has no case because when 6 men were tortured into confessing to a crime they didn't commit 30 yrs ago, it was all good practice for their trial judge to disregard these claims and declare the confessions sound evidence, in the spirit of administering a coherent system of justice and protecting it from potential disrepute being the dominant imperative" [ Josef Stalin could construct a better argument than that].

So after all the nonsense of many hours monotone diatribe spread over 2 weeks the judge only had one question.

Trial Judge, "But are there no indications as to what might constitute a truly exceptional case?"

to which the Police QC responds " No Your Honour"

which begs question (or what we hope the judge is thinking)..... then why did you impose this lengthy, irrelevant onslaught of verbal diarrhoea upon us all if none of it addresses the central tenet of contention as highlighted by a single utterence form the Judge. Who pays for all that wasted time?

Not sure what all the nonsense about the US Federal Tax Commisison case was about, kinda wrong jurisdiction. Jim listened to that, I was dozing.

    Caspar

    Day 9 22nd September 2010

On a taxing day when no one else could come and give moral support, the QC worked his way through the incidents, considered carrying 'no cause of action' and adjourning in the afternoon for 11am Friday 24th. Maurice had no files or paper to write and appeared only armed with a pair of NHS issued crutches, somewhat reminiscent of James Fox in 'The Day of the Jackal'.

From what Maurice heard from those who did attend, on his behalf, on Monday (Jim, Caspar, Meirion and Guy) all the law being argued reflected little on a case of years of malicious prosecution, failed criminal trials, obvious inactivity over 40 odd incidents of theft, arson, burglary and assaults suffered by Maurice or that his incapacity to attend and comprehend. At least it gave him some rest.

Maurice attended with the hope MAPPA executive summaries, hurriedly written, two weeks ago by Dolmans solicitors, would be released to Judge Phillips dealing with the £50,000 judgment against the HM Prison to show MAPPA surveillance was not only clandestine, but also contrary to Articles 1, 5, 6, 8 etc of the ECHR 1948 Convention. He failed.

Maurice was only there in order to try, again, to get custody videos showing assault by police, ordered on numerous Crown Court judges, over the years since 2000! He failed.
Maurice was only there in order to apply, yet again, that the police disclose Crime reference numbers for all his police incidents in his seven Actions lodged in court against the police. He was refused.

Maurice was only there to obtain the promised judgment of Monday against the Chief Constable, for delaying the renewal of Maurice's gun license and, later, fire arms certificate, both having been denied having ever existed, by South Wales Police, when on oath before the 'machine gun' jury, earlier this year.

Maurice was only there to obtain the Crime Reference number for this Friday's coming argument on the 19th September 2001 theft of cheques from his then Veterinary Hostal, Barry, by Adam Baker and Christian Harrison, still at large, living in Barry. Despite positive identification by Mr Shaft of Cash Generators, Holton Road, Barry, caught on CTV and with both culprits with 'form', having cashed, already £1500, neither have even been interviewed, let alone arrested.

Maurice has the £20,000 reward running for their whereabouts, with terms of the deal having been used by 10 Cardiff Crown Court judges, in 2009, to ensure Maurice remains locked up.

The history of Maurice trying to obtain crime reference numbers was to identify and call, as witnesses, in rebuttal to the clear lies in certain, not all, Dolmans prepared police statements. Barry Police Station received a list of crime ref numbers in his 4th October 08 letter requesting progress report, primarily for his 4th |action. Maurice received no information leading to Judge Nicholas Chambers QC ordering Barbara Wilding to write an unequivocal sworn affidavit that Maurice had received full disclosure on the matter. She refused.

So, on Tuesday evening, Maurice visited Barry police station to lodge a statement of complaint, as he had seen both thieves in the centre of Barry. Police sergeant John refused to release a MG11 form, police statement for court, but accepted Maurice's hurried alternative, written in the foyer whilst being kept waiting for over an hour in his futile belief the crime would now be investigated!

Ah, but Dolmans were five steps ahead, not like the twenty five, back in the 90s.
Sgt John then and three more police officers, during another hour wasted for Maurice, on three different computers and four methods of preservation of evidence, failed to find any record AT ALL, of the incident the QC will be attempting to have removed on Friday, in 3.2 of 3rd Action as having 'no duty of care, 'no cause of action' with 'malice' kicked well into touch!

Maurice's hour in the police foyer was not all wasted. He was able to read MAPPA regulations and how Barbara Wilding and now, Peter Vaughan, current Chief Constable had driven a 'coach and four' through, not just the Human Rights Act but section 6 etc of the MAPPA regulations, instigated only to interfere with these civil proceedings.

Maurice's previous attempts to obtain the full disclosure of each of the 100 odd police incidents , now cited in the Seven Actions for damages, by first obtaining identification to cross reference 3rd party interests, eg CPS, Borough Council, Probation and Caswell Psychiatric Prison etc, have always been blocked, because MAPPA had caused the 'most sensitive' incidents, in Particulars of Claims for court room deliberation, having been ring fenced for only the most senior of police officers and removed from all files in normal use for the routine detection and prevention of crime, to apprehend and prosecute the villains or to preserve evidence.

Friday morning could be interesting with Dr Tegwyn Williams facing Maurice's damages claim, for falsifying medical records on the 2nd floor, while his past mistress and now, current master carry on their defence for criminal conduct, on the 4th floor.

You will not remember me....I had ditched in the Carribean in WW2 Cub just before I dropped into good music in New Orleans. I talked to your old black Lab as all old veterinarians do. When I left you the President's men put me in Austin State Psychiatric Hospital and later deported me for some reason. Just out of jail winning the case ...I had a WW1 machine gun, apparently.

Need you for a party when next in Europe...see www.kirkflyingvet.com

  • Word from Maurice

    Wednesday (23rd)

Yet another day in the prison, denied my papers, laptop and privacy to interview some 50 odd witnesses.

The witness has to have 2 staff escorts, the latter to record ‘selective memory' appropriate for the physic jargon in their little world of apparent make believe.

It is 6am and I want to have a cup of tea and start work.

No tea until 7.30 - the ‘rules' and we have run out of milk!

I am due to have a visit from two of the kids today.  Belinda and Alex.

Belinda goes off to some remote part of the world to set up some future TV documentary in the deepest jungle or half way up some mountain.

Alex is chasing his tail preparing for university at Kingston on Thames.  ‘Now just how am I going to load all my books and ‘stuff' on my Honda 125?'

Better have a shave and impress. Cut my fingernails, iron a short and wear a tie. The rigmarole of signing in and out just for a safety razor, under constant surveillance is a small price to pay. I am not allowed nail clippers.

Even the telephone calls are monitored, my being denied any privacy even with my wife that has made me so annoyed.

‘Don't let them provoke you' Norman Scarth's sound words rang in my ear. If you argue you have a mental disorder - if you smile too much and joke you are definitely doomed!

Norman, an old campaigner of injustice under the ‘British Judicial system' had been in the Royal WW2 arctic convoys, beaten the enemy at Strasbourg and a regular face at our protests around the Country. What did Churchill say "when found halfway through hell, keep going" - or something like that.

I am in a ward of seven, sometimes eight, prisoners in the HM regulated establishment, simply an extension of Cardiff prison.  The vast number running the place, just for sixty four beds, desperately attempt to fool me otherwise, saying I am a ‘patient' under their ‘care'.

No one seems to have experienced a section 35 "who caused my arrest in the first place?"   I ask the lady ‘shrink'.  Her answer reflected the need to know basis obviously in this section of scary medicine.

"Who asked for section 35" I ask.  The original judge just wanted to protect his own back with the ‘perfunctory episode' of a ‘professional' to make my imprisonment, without trial, look acceptable in the eyes of the ill informed general public.  If only they stopped believing the rubbish printed by some newspapers and actually witnessed what really goes on in our courts - Dream On, Maurice.

Why can I not have my legal papers? No one seems to know but hurry off to write down my ‘mood change', pages and pages of it.

I sneak back to my little cell and slide out from under a corner the twelve page nursing report dated 27 and 31 August. What an insight into so serious a subject.

My attempt to post a letter at Highgrove, to mimic all I was doing at the US President's ranch last year, had the very effect I most feared.

The ‘Mets' involvement led to a Princess of Wales Hospital's psychiatrist to write, in March, "initial conclusions were that he demonstrated paranoid personality traits and longstanding delusional beliefs". I was clearly quite mad in believing our Law Courts would finally nail the buggers.

This was from a psychiatric report, never completed as I realised just in time just what their ‘end game' was.

Now to be, just days after the Chief Constable had signed her false affidavit on failed disclosure.

Alex and Belinda arrive loaded with reading material, French CD's, a decent newspaper, bars of chocolate!  My birthday all over again.

Then the serious stuff - in the presence of prison guards - warning my kids of the quickening pace of pervasion of evil, following Barbara's' signature.

    To be continued....

  • D-Day Minus Four

Yet more lawyers, yesterday, have refused to get even simple disclosure for my Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons and Barbara Wilding civil actions, which are currently before Privy Council and HM Cardiff courts.

That makes over twenty now since I have been locked up.

This place won't even supply a telephone directory to trawl for more lawyers.

I am still refused my legal papers, which are still locked up in HM Cardiff Prison and denied access to my laptop. Other prisoners here have access to internet and laptops.

The same Welsh Assembly members and Cardiff MP who helped to instigate my being struck off are no doubt now rushing legislation through for Mental Health Courts to block my Appeal against HM Attorney General, Baroness Scotland, in the Royal Courts of Justice.

They are still refusing to release my medical records to me, for Crown Court on Thursday.

    M

PS I have put on 16kilos that no doubt Baldrick will complain about.

  • Visiting Dad

Belinda and I visited Dad (Maurice) on Thursday, we were not allowed any privacy and all conversation was reported. HM Prison has continued to refuse the release of all his legal papers. Caswell Clinic, likewise, refuses to allow access to his documents and computerised records on his laptop, delivered to the clinic by Kirsty.

For months, the courts in London and Wales continue to refuse to reply to his communications. The clinic continues to refuse to disclose just who instigated him being there. Police, Court, Prisons and the Clinic refuse to disclose just who instigated his original arrest, despite the court order of disclosure on 28th July.

7 Law firms so far, have refused to act for Dad, relating to the Barbara Wilding Chief Constable's false Affidavit, and his private prosecution (for fraud) due to be heard in Barry Magistrates, no. 8.

The clinic has attained, without Dad's consent his medical records from Texas State Psychiatric Hospital in Austin, and refuses to allow him sight of/copy of whatever they have attained. Dad obtained the ‘deported US medical records' in May 2008, only by him taking the Psychiatric Hospital to court, to release him and his records. Therefore, allowing him to go back to Crawford, near G.W. Bush's ranch, to pick up his aircraft with his friends.

5 courts so far have refused his right to apply for bail in South Wales.

I believe Dad hoped to acquire some sort of statistics when he told me, "no one will tell me how often a Section 35 prisoner is incarcerated in this secure clinic".

Dad was left reading a Russia's Political Hospitals, a book by Sidney Bloch and Peter Redaway, concerning the abuse of psychiatric psychiatry in the Soviet Union.
