  • Do I Fly Again or Do I Not?

It is Monday evening at St Donats International Aerodrome, South Wales with my 600 ft 350 degree R runway almost 'fit for purpose'. Those damned horses have but one use, after assisting the depletion of fox numbers in the Vale, they eat down the runway. The CAA hit me with a flight test with their own examiner, recently, having suspended my licences, despite my having just passed the usual General Flight Test, GFT, at Swansea airport a few days before. The Federal Aviation Authority, FAA, told me personally my landing, 5 miles from President Bush's ranch,  was perfectly lawful but still the CAA had to act. Tomorrow or Wednesday the CAA will tell me if we go back to the Royal Courts of Justice again.

Meanwhile, my application for going back to Texas is smouldering somewhere for a Visa in the American Embassy but that is up to Mr President Bush and the Department of Homeland Security. If he refuses I plan for a flight to Cape town in my French WW2 Cub while Alvin slips my Texan cub across the Rio Grande river and the Mexican border for my flight to Argentina and and the Falklands, later.

The Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, incidentally, in their wisdom have again refused me the right to practice my vocation in life so that means much more time spent in 'noddy land', the Royal Courtrs of Justice

  • Statutory Demand for Home Secretary's Bankruptcy

Went up  to London on the motor bike yesterday to the Royal Courts of Justice in order to serve a  writ on  the HM Solicitor General for the Home Secretary and him conspiring try have me certified as a 'vexatious litigant' and refusing to pay the £15,360 [Claim no. 8CF02269] awarded to me by the Cardiff court for the 5th Action for false imprisonment, the previous 4 still smouldering in the bowels of Cardiff's judiciary for fear of the publicity. Either the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons [ RCVS] applied for a 'vexatious litigation' action or the South Wales Police? now I wonder which?......answers on a post card...

I also went to London to see the RCVS and find out why they are still delaying my 6th application to 'practice veterinary surgery' but I am not even allowed in the building!

I  also visited the CAA in Kinsway to hurry them along in re issuing my pilot's licence now I have passed the relevant flight ande ground tests they were minded to through at me.

Took the opportunity to see my Chaffinch aircraft in Winchester, only one in the world, Reg G-KIRC, to ask why that permit is also being delayed for so long?

Met the remaining boys on the double decker London 'Battle Bus' from their 'family court' march blocked by the police on the outskirts of London and disbanded following threats by the authorities of prosecution if they neared the Royal Courts of Justice.

(I think someone in central London is in for a shock later this year)

BUT now, tonite, the RCVS have sent me the transcript of the latest farsical Judicial Review Application in the Royal Courts of Justice with a judge clearly desperate to cover up lawyer FRAUD ...his name is on Downloads, at the bottom in the gutter but who asked for this transcript in the first place and guess who's paying?

  • Brittany Break from RCVS Debacle

A few days in Brittany while the RCVS appear to continue to delay my 6th application to be allowed to practice veterinary surgery. Having sorted out holiday makers in the cottages we are then off to the coast for a swim and collect oysters and boulot? off the beach. Then it was on to Lamballe to the spectacular horse show in the pouring rain. The resident comic was towed at speed in Cossack dress behind a very fast pony on his skis while the chariots of yester year sprayed us with mud in their flurry around the arena pulled by beatifully tacked out horses. The dancing horse on the piano and 5 Bretons on a string will never be forgotten.

Then, to incredible live music in the town square, the usual meal of local moule followed by wild boar, off the spit, washed down with Breton cider and a little Calva.

Next day, following a quiet word in the village auberge, while out on the ‘61 Enfield morcycle, we track down, deep in the country lanes, the ultimate transport for the district, a ‘61 Citroen Deux Cheveaux. She was all covered in dust in the barn with the chickens, she having not seen the road for at least a decade......all we need now is a name for her?

Tomorrow I fly with the CAA .....but that is another story
