A quote from Mark Twain (1835-1910):
"The mere title of lawyer is enough to deprive a man of public confidence."
Question - do all the legal snakes on the judicial ladders think and believe that they are going to win this war .... of "their" collective of duplicity, terror, fearmongering and oppression against the masses?
They will not - especially as the lower ranks and tiers of the 'used at arms length' wake up to judicial tyranny.
Let's hope they won't win!
The NHS have just roped one of those lawyers in, too! The lawyer has to argue why Maurice can't have access to his medical records and why he has to suffer instead...
And the NHS has a budget for such legal costs...
What a world of inhumanity!
With many thanks for your excellent quote,
Sabine
How can they argue that a man should not be able to see what a doctor has written about him?
Who else does it concern but the man and the doctor?
Well, it now occupies a whole "industry" of lawyers! What Maurice calls the 'public gravy train'.
The whole drama is so unuusal and extreme that only wise judges could put an end to it.
Will we see the day, I wonder???
