hi everyone, sorry for delay in posting this but work got in the way and then i couldnt sign on for the last two days for some reason . the following is what maurace posted to me and asked me to type up for all to read, it took me a little while to make out some of his writing but i think ive got it now so here goes.   23/07/09 day 7 of hunger srike.

         big brother and crown immunity

  stamps arrived just in time to go straight on to my waiting bail application for the court of appeal in the royal courts of justice, having been refused even the right to apply for bail here at the local court in wales.

i have applied to be transfered to a english prison and ofcourse to be tried in a english court.

i even had the prison governor visit me today while the shrinks scurried round trying to work out what to put in their report.

not one goverment organization is trying to have me  put me away without trial for a.r.l.

1) first the h.m attorney general battled for five years with a hugeley expensive team of whitehall lawyers to have me certified as a vexatious litigant and failed.

2)then the "scary" multi agency public protection agency (mappa) had a meeting again and instructed h.m psychiatrist gaynor jones  to consider sectioning me under 47/48 of the mental health act.

3) then his honour judge cook ordered a psychiatric report relying upon h.m crown prosecution " information"( i was never notified of the 16th july cardiff hearing only being told i was to speak to my "lawyer". i had instructed no lawyer)

another blackmail attempt to cover up what really goes on in our law courts, paid for by you with no accountability what so ever. due to "h.m partnership" and the royal "prerogative"

4) while the prison governor is in my dingy cell, im refused extra bedding or a phone call to a local lawyer( i was due in court at 10,30 this morning

kirk ¬ police re civil damages) guess what- h.m prison medical team arrive to take blood pressure, weigh me and test urine for break down of body fat , only to announce that in the after noon i was to see a third psychiatrist relating to the hunger striker refusing food just because he is refused the right to apply for bail!!

i never was allowed to ring that lawyer about the court hearing , my arrest was purely to block my appeal to the court of appeal re kirk-attorney general, royal collage of veterinary surgeons and yes you can guess, the third defendant being the chief constable with her false afifdavit denying her police ever broke into my veterinary surgery with crowbars and sledghamers to put a police inspectors daughter into my flat. best reagrds maurace.

i hope  that someone with the sense and authority does something soon to help maurace , even just to get him out on bail and able to get access to the legal help he is entilted to, like we have said before he is not a terrorist, and he should be free to speak and defend himself. this is 2009 not the bloody dark ages. since when was a 64 yearold man who likes to fly and earn a living and care for his family a danger to the crown and country.
