This police document reflects on that horrific but permanent mind damaging experience, in a Welsh psychiatric prison, while South Wales Police senior officers, at MAPPA Bridgend HQ were planning in the alternative to getting me shot.

These or their close colleagues, are now sitting, reading this same Police Profession Standards Department letter, in their cosy 'All Welsh' Independant Police Complaints Committee (IPCC) office, based in St Mellons, Cardiff ! They  will go through the 'motions' before flushing it down the loo.......passing a motion, no doubt, bearing an aroma a doctor 'on strike' may better understand.
