  • Maurice Not Guilty Verdict

    News just in that Maurice has been freed by a majority not guilty verdict. The jury fully acquitted Maurice on all charges at Cardiff Crown Court today. He's currently being processed and will be released shortly. More information will be posted as soon as we hear more.

  • News From Prison

    Civil Court Judge has ordered the South Wales Police to produce the 52 files for Maurice but when they eventually arrived the Prison Authorities refused to give any to him. At last, with more delay, they have allowed him access to 6 files at a time (so no cross-referencing possible) and each batch available...

    Maurice Kirk rang at 3.15pm today (2 August 2009) from the Hospital Wing of Cardiff Prison, as he was transferred there on 29 July 2009.
