    This document contains Dr. Tegwyn Williams psychiatric report dated the 3rd August 2009. It forms the basis of the judge's decision of the 7th August to section Maurice under the Mental Health Act. This doctor did not even examine the 'patient' before faxing this document to the court.

    Maurice Kirk rang at 3.15pm today (2 August 2009) from the Hospital Wing of Cardiff Prison, as he was transferred there on 29 July 2009.
