Vexatious and without Merit

HM Home Secretary sued for False Imprisonment
Mr Justice Andrew Collins blocked this civil action as 'Vexatious and without merit' using his two year Extended Civil Restaint Order [ECRO] starting on 27th January 2006 and only handed down to protect the RCVS from further litigation on their refused DISCLOSURE of favourable evidence.
Once his Order expired I put the action back into court and await his next ECRO, later this year. See Downloads: Treasury Solicitor 'internal memo'
