As a staunch, if not an over the top loyal subject all my life, my last two years of education, only achieved by the power of cyber space, has been a rude awakening. Naive little Maurice now understands who and why so much harassment and double dealing in HM establishments such as the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons. Our two hour meeting with Dr Vincent Cable MP, followed immediately with his questions in the House, has given us all a a shot in the arm.
