3rd October 2008 in Cardiff court is where I heard the judge say that the 4th Action against the welsh police cannot be joined with the first 3 Actions, covering the same years od intense harassment, going to trial in May, apparently, which year is somewhat doubtful, because the judge, to be brought in from another circuit because here they all refuse it be heard in England, "will not be able to manage a trial of 200+ incidents" required to prove a conspiracy to pervert the course of justice.. What a farce going to litigation in any UK court!
