RN27 XR ANKLE RT ~No previous ankle x-rays for comparison. Evidence of previous surgery with surgical screws noted. There is flattening and sclerosis of the peri-articular surfaces of both the distal tibia and the dome of the talus. There is a linear
lucency at the posteromedial margin of the distal tibia. This could represent an acute fracture at this site. Bilateral ankle soft tissue swelling noted. Further imaging is recommended for further assessment

I WENT TO THE COURT OFFICE AND ATTEMPTED TO SERVE AN A 4 DOCUMENT (‘Grounds' for ‘contempt of Court ‘ appeal lodged at the Criminal Court of Appeal, London, in order to beat a dead line, that very day ) BUT WAS ADVISED THAT I SHOULD SEE THE COURT MANAGER
A LADY CLERK ESCORTED ME ALONG A CORRIDOR DOWN 3 STEPS AND UP ANOTHER WHERE I MET A COURT OFFICIAL OF MIDDLE EASTERN APPEARANCE WHERE I WAS MADE, AGAIN, TO STAND IN A CORRIDOR AS HE REFUSED ACCEPTANCE OF THE DOCUMENT
AT THIS STAGE MR KIRK APPEARED, APPEARING TO HAVE DIFFICULTY CLIMBING THE STAIRS ON A WALKING STICK. I HANDED THE DOCUMENT TO HIM AND IN TURN HE TRIED TO SERVE IT ON THE MALE OFFICIAL, AGAIN, WHO REFUSED IT AND CRUMPLED THE DOCUMENT WHEN MR KIRK ATTEMPTED TO TUCK IT IN THE MANAGER'S SHIRT POCKET
THE MALE OFFICIAL IMMEDIATELY PUSHED MR KIRK DOWN A FLIGHT OF STAIRS [5 TREDS] WHERE HE FELL AND BADLY TWISTED HIS ANKLE - HE LATER WENT TO CASUALTY AND THE RECORDS SUPPPORT THIS.
I WITNESSED A DR MOORE TELEPHONE MR KIRK, YESTERDAY, MUCH CONCERNED ABOUT THE EFFECTS OF HIS MEDICATION AFFECTING HIS ACTIONS AND CAPACITY TO LITIGATE NOW NO SOLICITOR IN SOUTH WALES COULD BE FOUND TO ACT ON HIS BEHALF.
MR KIRK THEN TOLD ME HE HAD PHONED THE SAME OFFICIAL, ON THE FOLLOWING MORNING, NOW IDENTIFIED BY CROWN COURT STAFF AS THE MAN TASKED WITH THE APPEAL PREPARATION FOR THE ROYAL COURTS OF JUSTICE AND NO MENTION OF AN ASSAULT WAS MADE AND, TO MY SURPRISE, HE HAD LODGED THE 'GROUNDS', A COPY OF WHICH I ENCLOSE.
