    I'm not an expert in these matters, but couldn't you get it done privately (as it is even more urgent now), and then try to get some sort of compensation from the NHS/authorities afterwards? ...Life is short!

    Indeed, you now need to concentrate all your efforts on not just nationalising, but internationalising that Petition!
