I fail to understand the fourth line from last. What is the relevance of whether Maurice Kirk had a Welsh accent or not. Does this mean that Mr Kirk would have been treated diferently had he spoken with a Welsh accent? It would not be unreasonable to question the credibility of Dolmans' statement on the grounds of believing that there could be an element of bias or racism enshrouding the way that statement was made.
