CPS Jackie Seal transcript of evidence for the judge, asap, please, as courts are still deliberately blocking my e-mails.

Enclosed  Download of some other of Vale of Glamorgan Show 'conviction' documents, originating from a simple allegation of Breach of the Peace, with the Cardiff Crown Court transcript of Prosecutor under cross examination, the particular piece of evidence His Honour Judge Seys Llewelyn QC has asked to read, under civil law, following my allegation of misfaesance in public office.

The judge and myself are also asking for the police custody video(s) duplicated at the time and many listed as court exhibits. When the police helicopter was overhead, on 21st and 22nd June 2009, I placed point 303 automatic calibre ammunition on my office desk for your client to see. Police Trojan smash and grab team entered our home immediately behind the videoing that was done by 'scene of crimes'. Crown Court judge, during machine gun trial, refused all video disclosure as it would reveal 1) MAPPA tactics 2) identify the ammunition for which I was arrested but never charged, 3) police taking court exhibits, video/audio tapes and documents from my civil action filing cabinets and 4) would identify the urgent RCVS documents etc, for Royal Courts of Justice, on my desk. HHJ Vosper QC and others, many years ago, ordered the police to duplicate custody videos and supply.

Your client still has them. We need to see them played in court next week. All my fifty odd leaver arch files of evidence, served on your client, about six years ago, was in anticipation of your client's conduct, close to trial, to systematically destroying sensitive court and custody record. Kindly hand over to the learned judge ALL those files, intact and the forty odd videos that featured in the trials since 1993, your client repeatedly being reminded, from the very start,  to 'preserve evidence', one of the founding principles of our British police force.
