Judge Cooke ordered CPS, HMP Cardiff and Caswell Clinic, on tape, to release my medical records, immediately, for my hip operation, but now HMCS have denied it (see Gem Newspaper report). They wrote banning me from any court building in South Wales!

Does this sort of thing happen in England, I wonder?
