Judge Cooke and his lot have no intention, whatsoever, of getting those medical records for my GP or anaesthesist because he, personally, received by air mail, damming evidence, so far released by NHS management, who have joint responsibility for 'that place', Caswell Clinic. 

NHS managers know, full well, they are already in receipt of a civil action, served on the prison a few days ago, that will further prove malfaesance of a criminal nature. Why was not Judge Bidder QC dealing with this issue, Mr Cooke???
