To be Sectioned in Cardiff Magistrates Court: on behalf of Haringey Council!

Once again: Maurice's experiences are beyond anybody's imagination. His sister writes:

Luckily I was at home to receive the ONLY phonecall Maurice has been allowed to make since being held at Cardiff Police Station on Friday. A member of staff at Cardiff prison dialled and spoke to me first: Apparently he is being held as he had failed to attend Cardiff Police Station to receive a charge of HARESSMENT against Dr. Tegwyn Williams (the Doctor who suggested to a bail court that MJK was suffering from a brain tumour when he could not find another psychiatrist to agree to having him sectioned and locked away for life) but who has refused to release the medical notes to the court or the patient! Maurice went to the Cardiff Police Station as they had confiscated his computer AND his legal documents which he was using to show that the Police had been harassing him for over 18 years!

As a side issue MJK was also acting as a McKenzie Friend for the Musa parents who have a legal battle against Haringey Council who have taken their 6 children. He had asked the Musa's lawyer to return their legal documents to the family but he refused to hand them to the respondants.

On the way to Tottenham Police Station to report this Sabine and others witnessed Maurice giving chase and removing a baseball bat from an attacker who was beating a victim in the street. On arrival at Tottenham Police Station the Police again put MJK in a room and then after a few minutes they arrested him for failure to answer police bail in Cardiff and sent him down there but not before Haringey Council asked for MJK to be sectioned as they did not want him involved with the 'Musa snatch case' as he was helping the parents. Luckily the female clerks and magistrates of the court were having none of this rubbish and this caused the CPS rep to shake in his shoes(!) as there was an unseemly shouting match. MJK was granted bail and not sectioned. NEXT WEDNESDAY MJK is to appear in front of Cardiff magistrates as the CPS are going to try again to SECTION Maurice. MJK says' Please I would be MOST GRATEFUL if there were friends in the gallery as they would not dare to section me in Public'.

So this e mail is to plead that someone in Cardiff or elsewhere get to the magistrates court on 28th Sept in support of Maurice.

PS MJK has a medical problem which requires further investigation. It has worsened since he has not had access to his script drugs. There is a suggestion of internal bleeding which the prison doc is concerned about. As it is the w/e the Dr has found some appropriate drugs within the prison but MJK needs an endoscopy as soon as possible.

This privately obtained medical report, achieved from inside Cardiff prison, using the Vale of Glamorgan's past Member of Parliament, Walter Sweeney and lovely wife, Nuala, Consultant Radioligist, to seriously influence the flushing out of a few rogue medical reports fabricated at Caswell Clinic at the behest of Barbara Wilding, Chief Constable, in order to keep Maurice Kirk locked up - thus preventing him exposing a few examples about our current police run state.

4th Dr Tegwyn Williams Psychiatric Report 19th Oct 09

This recently obtained report (changing doctors) and his three previous 'interim' psychiatric reports, on downloads, must have all been before both CPS and His Honour Judge Bidder QC on 2nd and 17th Dec 09 when Williams told him, while the prisoner, unrepresented, is locked up below.

Kirk had indications of a brain tumour and was therefore dangerous and should be sectioned IPP under his continuing MAPPA level 3 category covert police surveillance order. Paragraph 29 of this report is an example of the numerous other medical reports (an estimated fifteen) that are still being deliberately withheld from both the 'patient' and his anaesthesist, needed before his urgent hip replacement operation can be done. The GMC, meanwhile, sit and do nothing.

In my November 09 bail application, while posing as a barrister, Frank Werren waxes eloquant from the well of the court. We heard none of it, of course, due to the deliberate acoustics of Cardiff Crown Court. Neither the defendant in the dock nor the audience in the front stalls, both considered irrelevant to their 'HM Partnership' money making machine, are able to witness the usual sign language and general sculduggery metered out these days in UK courts.

The April transcript is of another Mackenzie Friend obtaining just some of Frank's out of pocket expenses. Frank could see me in the cells, below but no way was I allowed to interview my witnesses some of whom had travelled from abroad or from the other side of England. Anyway the judge had banned at least three from even being there!

Why I was Jailed

This, my witness statement, on covert police surveillance on me, family and veterinary practice, over 35 years, was posted on my site just 48 hours before my arrest and alongside South Wales Police's 26th Feb 2009 sworn affidavit, by Barbara Wilding, denying court cases and a police break-in into my surgery had ever occurred!

Both the affidavit and my statement were removed from my website, during my seven months imprisonment, by persons unknown. Barry Magistrates downloaded it on 23rd June 09 and gave me unconditional bail only for me to be immediately re-arrested and refused bail by ten successive Cardiff Judges, while Dr Tegwyn Williams et al frantically ran round, in ever decreasing circles, trying desperately to get me locked up in Broadmoor for an 'indeterminate prison sentence' without even a trial. So who actually wrote the false affidavit and who ordered both to be removed fom web site?

The other main reason for my imprisonment was orchestrated by police lawyers having me arrested on a pretext of 'threats to do criminal damage' only for this to be substituted for 'being in possession of a machine gun' they knew full well was an antique, decommisioned and sold more than a year before! Maybe the 18 year running civil action for damages, just listed for January 2010 but now put off, yet again, until September, requiring over 150 police officers to give evidence may have had something to do with it? Police defence lawyers continue to refuse to disclose the statements and contemporaneous notes of their purported complaint, required for the jury, contrary to current court order and has been the conduct for 18 years.

I have again instructed lawyers to attempt to secure evidence and the defendant has, yet again, been notified but the paper shredder has not been turned off.

After my 9th Feb10 release from prison and acquittal on all fabricated fire arms charges by the same police constabulary, not one English force, so compromised, were willing to put their name to it, despite the tendered false prosecution information to ten successive Cardiff judges, to successfully oppose bail.

The acquittal has caused the defence, begrudgingly, to serve three 'new' statements from three policemen, some 'traced', they say, through the South Wales Pension Fund.

Disclosure to the Plaintiff, however, of one hundred or more similar private addresses, needed for obtaining statements and serving prosecution witness summonses for trial, is always refused the defence using the excuse of the Data Protection Act. Interesting, when you think that these late three 'spirited up' police officers just happen to remember the court cases and police break-in into my veterinary surgery, earlier denied or avoided in the Chief Constable's 26th February 2009 sworn affidavit that triggered off MAPPA increased surveillance, to level three, to that of terrorist level and within the top 5% of the most potentially dangerous people on their PNC.

My increased reward to £20,000 for witnesses, on web site, www.kirkflyingvet.com and application for gun licence renewal has also brought an interesting reponse, not least from the various South Wales Police departments unwilling, it appears this time, to repeat the successful argument used before the Recorder of Cardiff, HHJ N Cooke, last year, to continue my incarceration in South Wales's Gulag Psychiatric hospital, Caswell Clinic, for further experimentation.
