The publication of news has been controlled, here in South Wales, masonic style, for decades and no doubt, in the rest of the UK so what's new?

The Lord Leveson report, out very shortly, may only be 'coming clean' on this matter of State censorship, also in England, which he very well knows, has been with us since time immemorial and will continue to flourish with still too many 'sheeple' about.

At least HM Partnership will no longer be able to deny it.

Welsh Resident Granted Protection from Extradition to the UK

And this is the news release that was sent out the same day. Let's hope that some media people will read and click and become curious about the legal adventures of a daring explorer and dedicated fighter:

for access to justice and fair trials (Article 6)
for rights of individuals in the face of authorities
for an effective remedy before national authorities and compensation (Article 13).

Flying Vet approaches Parliamentary and Health Services Ombudsman via his MP

The CEO of the Abertawe Bro Morgannwg University Health Board has not responded to letters from Mr Kirk, his MP Alun Cairns and the Health Minister Edwina Hart AM. Hence he has asked his MP to complain to the Parliamentary and Health Services Ombudsman and request the release of the medical records required.

Maurice J Kirk is a private pilot, veterinary surgeon and property owner, whose hip replacement was scheduled first for June and subsequently for July 22^nd this year. However, his surgeon and anaesthetist are still waiting to read the medical records produced while Mr Kirk was held in the psychiatric Caswell Clinic for 12 weeks in 2009. This stay was enforced as part of seven months in South Wales prison due to “threats of criminal damage” and “possession of prohibited weapon and ammunition”.

In reality, Mr Kirk had bought and sold a plane that had attached to it a machine gun. But South Wales Police would not accept that the machine gun was decommissioned. The machine gun case is one of many allegations between Mr Kirk and South Wales Police. In fact, he has won over one hundred of them. However, he has not yet won the current action for civil damages in which lawyers’ costs of South Wales Police have reached £800,000. As he is on morphine sulphate and other pain killers with serious physical, mental and emotional side effects, Mr Kirk is medically unfit for the trial which has been adjourned until November 8^th. The judge has stressed the unusual aspects of the case which, due to its complexity, is planned to last for 10 weeks.

During the court proceedings in September, Mr Kirk wrote to Mr David Sissling, the CEO of the Abertawe Bro Morgannwg University Health Board, without getting a reply. Hence he asked Alun Cairns MP and Edwina Hart AM for help. In his case before Cardiff County Court, the Flying Vet, charges South Wales Police with countless false imprisonments, malicious prosecutions and failure to investigate crimes against him, his family, surgery and law courts, in particular, the court of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons.

10 10 15: Fighting for Access to Medical Records

Flying Vet’s court case adjourned for another 2 weeks – as well as his hip operation?

In his desperate and persistent attempts to get access to his medical records, Maurice J Kirk is demonstrating outside the Welsh Assembly today and on Monday at 11am. Anybody able to support him morally through physical presence will be rewarded with lunch!

HH Judge Seys Llewellyn QC adjourned the trial for two weeks. The judge has stressed the unusual aspects of the case which, due to its complexity, is planned to last for 10 weeks.

While Mr Kirk’s emails are blocked by Cardiff courts, he has asked 15 questions[ii] to the Court Managers in Cardiff, Swansea and Newport via his McKenzie Friends. They are lay legal assistants to litigants in person.

Mr Kirk has been jailed 20 times and spent 12 weeks in Caswell Clinic, where he was diagnosed with supposedly incurable brain damage and possibly cancer. These medical records are now required by his surgeons for an urgent hip replacement. The judge, while every day counts in terms of pain, health and long-term effects of medication.

10 09 23: Kept Fighting, while wounded in legal battles

Flying Vet ruled unfit for trial but fit for Preliminary Matters

In his case before Cardiff County Court, Maurice Kirk, the Flying Vet, charges South Wales Police with countless false imprisonments, malicious prosecutions and failure to investigate crimes against him, his family, surgery and law courts, in particular, the court of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons. However, his hip replacement, scheduled for July 22nd, is still awaiting the release of medical reports by the Police’s Psychiatric Clinic in Bridgend. Meanwhile he is on morphine sulphate and other pain killers. Hence Judge Seys Llewellyn QC adjourned the trial, which, due to its complexity, is planned to last for 10 weeks, for six months. Until then, however, Mr Kirk is ruled to be fit enough to defend himself talking law about preliminary matters.

On trial day 9, September 20th 2010, Mr Kirk was told about a number of shortcomings in his pleadings, while the essential challenges have yet to be met: (1) key witnesses Dr. Tegwyn Williams of Caswell Clinic, and Barbara Wilding, former Chief Constable of South Wales Police have not responded to subpoena witness orders; (2) executive summaries of MAPPA (Multi-Agency Protection Arrangement between Prison, Probation and Police) meetings are in the hands of Judge Seys Llewellyn QC but not Mr Kirk, who learned following a court order that he had been categorised MAPPA level 3 from June 2009 until December 2009; (3) medical records need to be released urgently to allow for his delayed hip operation to take place.

Mr Kirk has been jailed 20 times and spent 12 weeks in Caswell Clinic, where he was diagnosed with supposedly incurable brain damage and possibly cancer. These medical records are now required by his surgeons for an urgent hip replacement. On trial day 9 the judge did not address the issue.
