KEPT IN JAIL - at least until Tuesday - despite investigating crimes and now proving them

I shall have to become techno-savvy and record my phone calls to be believed. After all, only Maurice can really tell what went on today. But he said clearly: he should be immune from prosecution, as he did not only investigate crimes, but can now also prove them. He tells more in this phone call to a solid supporter.-This morning's phone call adds a few notes about Wales vs UK.Here is his bail application.

From our joint perspective of long-term supporters, here is the scenario:

1. At all cost Maurice must be prevented from succeeding in his civil damages claim against South Wales Police (SWP).

2. The essence of this claim is his supposed possession of a machine gun.

3. Having been struck off as a vet, courtesy of SWP, this machine gun case led to untold further extreme and exceptional bullying, harassment and imprisonments which were supposed to lead him to high security prison Ashworth – with the infamous fraudulent diagnosis by the famous doctor.

This Machine Gun Case summary was put together in January 2011.

This Background to Arrest for Gun Possession of October 2009 mentions the following judges involved:

1. Judge Nicholas Chambers QC
2. Mr Justice Goudie QC
3. Mr Justice Lloyd
4. Judge Hughes.

On 26th June 2009 it ends citing more or less the same kind of complaints that he’s been experiencing every time he’s been imprisoned.

Since then some six more judges got to know about the various levels of crimes committed and being covered up.

The current arrest is just one of them:

• vague charges such as witness intimidation and breach of restraining order, produced for today’s hearing, not in an arrest warrant,

• no bail because the addresses hadn’t been checked out by SWP. One wonders why not!?... After all, HMP Cardiff were promised he'd be moved to HMP Bristol because they can't cope with him any more!

Some dare call it ‘conspiracy realism’, for it’s not a theory. One of the questions to be asked is: what makes Luigi Strinati, the Delivery Director for Wales pick which judge for which purpose?

The barristers from Swansea and Bristol (!) who were unprepared for today might be better informed by Tuesday and SWP might have checked bail addresses out by then. The glimmer of a ‘fair trial’ might just be seen next Tuesday.

Meanwhile, SWP is being investigated in the House of Lords and the falsification of crime statistics has been the subject of an inquiry by the Justice Committee. Is it a consolation that Maurice is not alone?

A lawyer has just told me he was refused access to me in the prison, two weeks ago, despite his pre-booked appointment.

This adds to my BLACKMAIL list, against the usual Litigants in Person, (Lips), being refused;

i. visits from friends and family

ii. cash in to buy stamps

iii. telephone facilities to witnesses needed for November jury trial

iv. access to my legal papers inside the prison, on my lap top, despite His Honour Judge Seys Llewellyn QC's routine missive each time I am jailed, jailed to prejudice on going three month civil trial on 20 years of Masonic based police bullying, achieved only by having such a corrupt 'gravy train' lawyer controlled judiciary.

v. access to fellow prisoner, G Thomas, for update statement, who failed to answer to his witness subpoena in civil trial as police had locked him up.

'kept quiet' in court over all this when issues raised by me as they knew exactly where this key witness was as they had already been paid a million pounds of tax player's money to further pervert the course of justice (WHITE COLLAR CRIME) and was goading me on to appeal, to the court of Appeal (Wales), to make them in their 2nd million pounds out of the conspiracy originating from Guernsey's nefariously run judiciary.

Since my being jailed, in July, Cardiff's Crown Court, Magistrates Court, County Court and police, despite court fees paid, have ALL ignored by numerous letters and list hearings to progress my 20 years of litigation against the CARDIFF CABAL with their unique inherent culture based on deceit.

Incidentally, Her Ladyship kept me in prison those extra four days only because my bail address needed 'checking out' by police when Crown Prosecution Service, police, HM Court Service, Probation, MAPPA level 3 committee, my Caswell Clinic psychiatrist, 'Uncle Tom Cobley and All', ALL KNEW it was my own bought and paid for house for the past almost twenty years.

The address was not just on the charge sheet and custody records it was 'address for service' for court documents!

I have to urgently prepare applications to courts etc, this week, as prison threw me out without releasing my legal papers in my cell....I was dragged out by four or five and refused permission to pack up my papers on bed, floor and cupboards etc.

The good news is by staying in prison that extra 4 days I have achieved what I have been striving for, for 4 years, another UK psychiatrist examination and brain scan BUT to be done in England.

This will prove, once and for all, that the wicked Welsh police and eleven equally corrupt Cardiff law courts knew, all the time , whether I had a brain tumour or not but had all clubbed together to protect the CASWELL CLINIC police psychiatrist, a bloody liar, when he and HM Crown Prosecution Service barrister, now a judge, RICHARD THOMOLOW, (known to the jury, in the machine gun trial, as 'Tom Thumb'), applied, on 2nd Dec 09, for my incarceration into Ashworth high security psychiatric hospital, most likely for life due to my ‘significant brain damage’ and ‘paranoia’ of believing the South Wales Police were persecuting me..

(Leaked Cardiff magistrates record of the then 14th Nov 2011 Recorder of Cardiff, HHJ Llewellyn Jones QC, ordering my 1st December Cardiff magistrates conviction and imprisonment, reliant on keeping undisclosed custody records and CCTV footage,for my 'harassing' their bent police chief psychiatrist' now, it is rumoured, suspended with his wife for framing me last summer, to have yet another long term in prison sentence, unconvicted, following another aborted 'trial by jury' conspiracy planned for that November...... Police and courts refuse to let those depositions, as well, from being disclosed OBVIOUSLY needed for this November's jury.....deja vu?

These recent imprisonments have been, along with 15 times I have been jailed, since June 2009 (machine gun arrest), purely to frustrate the 99 witness on going civil damages claim in which I have received bills exceeding one million pounds if I lose it.

Those 15 arrests and jail never succeeded with a conviction that has finally stuck and now even exceeds my personal record obtained in Guernsey when jailed 21 times on oh so similar Masonic based devil worship, rife in both Cardiff's judiciary and police force.

The address was not just on the charge sheet, l in the court room and custody records, it was my address for 'service' for court documents!

The idiom "Crossing the Rubicon" means to pass a point of no return, and refers to Julius Caesar's army's crossing of the river in 49 BC, which was considered an attack on the city to change its constitution ...

If I am not allowed to cross the River Ely it means I cannot see my GP needed to book a level 12 psychiatrist, for me, in England.

BUT all Cardiff courts continue to ignore my 'disclosure application' letters; so there is little point in some un armed roman cohort escorting me across the Ely bridge to my doctor's surgery! Que faire?

3, CPS continue to refuse to disclose other depositions of past cases directly related to ongoing Civil and Criminal cases.

Inspector Steve Parry of Barry Police Station

(He spread the rumour I always took a swig of high alcohol mouth-wash each time a police car was spotted on my tail!)

I contacted Steven Parry on the telephone at his home address, recently but he denied being a police officer.

I therefore informed the court of just some of my obvious intentions over him, a Barbara Wilding, past Chief Constable and Defendant in this case and a certain forensic psychiatrist who also can be found, for service of a witness summons, in the same area on the outskirts of Bridgend.

For a bit of fun, yesterday, I rang the police direct, as several serving police on cross examination had told the Cardiff court they had ‘no idea’ or ever ‘heard of’ a detective called Steve Parry.

The lady on the other end of the 101 call was so apologetic as, apparently, Detective Inspector Steve Parry had just started his ‘extended leave’ and was therefore unavailable.

Statement of Truth

I, XXXX XXXXXXXX, confirm that the content of this, my statement, is true to the best of my belief and will say:

1. I was employed by Mr Kirk in the early 90s as a veterinary receptionist and worked in both his Llantwit Major, Burial Lane and Caerau, Cardiff veterinary surgeries.

2. I was a witness, in mid 1993, to the police, in force, come to his adjacent flat to the surgery when he had complained of being assaulted by ‘squatters’, had forced entry into the dwelling and were now refusing to leave.

3. I was also aware the Mr Kirk purchased one Kg of sulphur in order to deter their re entry for the next few days.

4. But later, during 1993/94, I witnessed the burglary damage of his Llantwit surgery and heard him complaining that the police refused, on each occasion, to even visit the ‘scene of crimes’ and investigate.

5. I waited a long time on both occasions but no police ever arrived.

6. On one occasion Mr Kirk had to eventually have a builder, a Mr Fairman, travel from Barry to make the smashed door secure as many dangerous drugs were in the surgery.

7. I was also aware of his Citroen car that had been vandalised, (smashed windscreen or burnt out?) parked at the back of his Barry surgery with the police, again, refusing to investigate at all.

8. I attended Barry magistrates, on Mr Kirk’s instructions, as no one was likely to recognise me as a new member of his staff. I witnessed lots of police kept waiting as Mr Kirk had suffered a motor cycle accident and was in Bridgend hospital.

9. The case continued without him despite his secretary having contacted the court with the relevant information.

10. I heard in the court the police speaking to the prosecutor and saying, ‘we are eventually going to get the b std’.

11. I signed a sworn affidavit, for Mr Kirk's Appeal in London and attended the subsequent Crown Court hearing tin Cardiff.

So far in this trial at least four police and ex police under cross examination , working in the Vale at around the relevant times, do not know or heard of a Detective Inspector Stephen Parry, currently at Barry police station. I have had over two months, so far, of this sort of deceit and I am going to do something about it.

It takes the English press to cross the bridge to cover this scandalous trial as All Welsh newspapers have an apparent 'D' notice slapped on them.

Dear Ms Bracken,

Prosecution Refuse to Supply Depositions to Litigant in Person

Police evidence, for the 2^nd May 12 ‘Breach of Restraining Order’ jury trial and this subsequent appeal, was sent to Cardiff prison by the CPS but I was not allowed them in court unlike any other prisoner, on my prison wing, on legal aid.

I repeatedly requested for a duplicate copy for a solicitor or Mackenzie Friend outside the prison in order to help an incarcerated Litigant in Person prepare his defence.

During my 2009 farcical ‘machine gun’ trial and acquittal, again being unable to give evidence, I was given duplicate copy of deposition papers and even legal aid, without examination of my financial status, anything to stop my cross examining the police officers in the MAPPA, Chief Constable and NHS conspiracy. It was blackmail to use a Luigi Stranati, HMCTS Delivery Director’s hand picked Welsh nobbled barrister.

A fat lot of good, no need, as His Honour Paul Thomas QC simply refused me either deposition copies in the court room until the closing stages of a two week trial.

During 4^th May 12 ‘Breach of Restraining Order’ trial I was again refused, in court, any legal papers at all [See references on transcript, court log, prison and GEOamey Custody Services records and prison and court cctv except an extortionate obviously redacted and inaccurate Luigi controlled HM transcript, bought on borrowed money].

Both at original 1^st Dec 11 magistrates ‘harassment’ conviction and at its 1^st March 2012 Crown Court Appeal, Luigi, again refused my legal papers in court, eye witnesses or those to confirm I was, any way, immune to prosecution by sub section 3 a) & c) of 1997 Prevention of Harassment Act.

In July 2012 I was again jailed for alleged ‘Breach of Restraining Order’, again only reliant on the false information from the original ‘on the sick’ police psychiatrist.

The CPS continue to refuse to provide copies of those depositions for this appeal that must have been in existence by my September12 release, with all charges dropped.

Re the Application by the Attorney-General's team for my 'COMMITTAL', to be heard before the Lord Chief Justice, the Right Honourable Lord Judge, in the Royal Court of Justice on the morning of 23rd January 2013. I have been looking again at The Treasury Solicitor's letter dated 21 December 2012 (received by email from you on 2nd January 2013). & note it invites written questions for the 'witnesses'. I believe this could be better than questioning verbally.

My questions to ALL witnesses - and everyone else involved in this persecution - JUDGES, LAWYERS, POLICE, COURT STAFF, 'SECURITY' STAFF, BAILIFFS & ALL, are:

QUESTION 1:

Did you read the story that Prime Minister David Cameron had announced that an Arctic Convoy Star medal will be awarded "to those who braved the deadly missions." "I am very pleased that some of the brave men of the Arctic Convoys will get the recognition they so richly deserve for the very dangerous work they did," the British prime minister told MPs."? It is notable he says 'some of the brave men'. In fact, more than 3,000 died on the convoys: Of those who survived, only a couple of hundred or so are still alive to receive the medal.

QUESTION 2:

Are you proud to be playing your part in sending one of those men, a man who fought to give you the 'Freedom' which YOU now enjoy, a man who has worked honestly & hard all his life, A MAN WHO IS COMPLETELY SANE, to die in a Stalinist 'Mental Hospital' - for the 'crime' of exposing the rotten apples in the judiciary?

The Cardiff Crown Court continue to refuse to reply to my applications to both hear and purchase digital CD record of my 4^th May 12 jury trial when I was refused my legal papers in court, witnesses to give relevant evidence and carried on despite my need for medical attention following my attempts to extract some of the CPS deposition paperwork from my rectum.

In the past I have been allowed to hear court tapes but now I am blocked despite clear evidence of erroneous record on delayed and expensive transcripts omitting critical words as ‘inaudible’.

Yesterday I visited an almost fruitless Cardiff Crown Court encounter, following your advice following their refusal to deal with the matter over the telephone.

HMCTS Amanda …… flatly refused my hearing or obtain true copy of evidence subject to appeal in the Royal Courts of Justice .

I even summoned police from the street to witness and record in note book as no one, around here, seems to believe a word I say of what actually is going on in Wales as they barter for judicial autonomy.

I APPLY to the Criminal Court of Appeal to allow me the right to hear and keep, at my expense, what /I heard on official digitally recorded CDs under the control of Luigi Stranati, HMCTS Wales manager.

I managed, by using the police presence, to make the court manager hand over copies of letters instigated by Luigi Stranati ….fairy tales relied on in blocking my access to any of the court buildings in order to frustrate appeals and civil actions for ‘s damages.

The Criminal Court of Appeal are therefore also being denied the proof that despite my asking my defence witnesses be named to HHJ Curren QC, in 4th May jury trial, re breach of Restraining Order, we are both refused proof that what is on the 'official transcript' is NOT what was accurately recorded by someone in the public gallery.no wonder the Norman Scarths and Patrick Cullinanes are also so frustrated to be convicted for taping their own cases strictly for their own use and serve prison sentances....interestingly Norman Scarth’s appeal in London is on 23rd January...PLEASE BE THERE

JUST IN FROM A MACKENZIE FRIEND I think the answer to the issue of refusal to supply the digital copies must be article 10 ECHR in that it is denying legitimate freedom of expression and also receipt of ideas etc.There is nothing in law to say that you shouldn't have copies, so any decision to deny you copies won't be prescribed by law. Also article 6(1) ECHR is involved, as you want the transcripts in connection with your appeal and JR. I think that the only remedy would be a Human Rights Act challenge by JR. However, it would be desirable if you obtained a written decision as to why you are being denied the transcripts.Have you received anything in writing explaining why you are being refused permission to obtain the copies?

Litigant in Person Refused CDs or Hearing Trial’s Digital Record .The Criminal Court of Appeal have suggested I ask yet again to hear the digital record of just what was said in 4^th May 2012 Crown Court following my messages from the cells, for witnesses, being stifled.

I wish the previous applications, over the past 20 years, also to be reconsidered for the civil damages claim hearing commencing 18^th February 2013.

If I were a lawyer or on legal aid I am assured the recording is freely available and a doctor has just confirmed she was supplied with court CDs of a hearing in England so why so different in Wales?

It stinks, doesn’t it?

No wonder more and more, not on legal aid, tape record hearings for them selves.

Back in 1992 I was originally granted a jury trial by my then English solicitorand in around 2003 His Honour Judge Chambers QC granted one!

But the 'powers that that be', the Cardiff Cabal that run all the courts, had other ideas.....the Welsh papers being at reious risk of breaking rank with the obvious outcome. Cyberspace, remember,was still in its infancy.

No, I as given a jury purely to waste nearly three years of of my time and money with it being over turned in the Welsh High Court in a matter of nana seconds. Another court settled in a bottomless pit of tax payers' money and a cosy relationship between the 'all powerful' Welsh judges and a pack of unscrupulous lawyers, yapping at their heals soaking up the cash.

They have managed to draw this one out, so far, for twenty years. Der.oes it matter? The more they delay the more cash they get either from me or from the tax payer. [The usual arrangement is to steal from both as their is no effective taxation of lawyer bills in the UK and never forget the 'Memorandum of Understanding' between lawyer and theie local men in blue.

1. My enclosed 3^rd August 12 letter to both Admin and Criminal Appeal Courts 12 08 03 Criminal Court of Appeal ref (1).pdf , for this JR application, appears not to have reached you despite my being told all my JR and Court of Appeal (Civil Division) applications, to the RCJ, are always re directed back to this Principality in line for future autonomy. Your 14^th Aug 12 letter confirms.

2. Why then, please, has this application, alone, remained in London for adjudication when the others, recently, were not despite my numerous pleadings for impartiality?

3. My enclosed letter indicates there are serious failed disclosure issues yet to be addressed by both the Cardiff Crown Court and Cardiff Magistrates before progress.

4. I only now discover there were clandestine orders from a Cardiff High Court judge, influencing the 2011 Magistrates hearing still refused me. I enclose the proof.

5. Both The CPS and Cardiff Magistrates have now, this month, reversed their previous, by statements in both courts, of having various draft ‘restraining Orders’, only shown to me, leading up to the typed and signed 1^st Dec11 official document NEVER served.

6. HM Crown Prosecution Service, Cardiff Magistrates and employed prosecution barrister, David Gareth Evans, all now deny having any record of any draft Orders!!!!

7. No ‘Restraining Order’ was ever handed to me in the Cardiff magistrates’ cells, on 1^st Dec 2011 or posted to my address because the planned prison sentence was altered, at short notice by District Judge Charles, as the case was ‘falling apart’, CPS switching exhibits etc, before numerous human rights workers gathered from all over Europe.

8. I should not have been released; it was not the original MAPPA agenda. I was supposed to have returned to prison where the ‘Restraining Order’ would then have been served, after the maximum sentence and my only released on licence, signed for.

9. My serious Bristol injuries to my head and neck, time in hospital and need for a brain scan, is further reason why I request this JR matter be relisted for my solicitor and Swansea barrister, previously instructed for that purpose, due to my incapacity.

10. The result of this scandalously overdue brain scan with expert reports indicate, yet again, the 2009 rogue South Wales Police psychiatrist, ‘victim’ of my 'harassment’ when not, my actions were to prevent further acts of crime (see 1997 Prevention of Harassment Act), was neither qualified to diagnose 'significant brain damage’ and a brain cancer and was a liar on oath before numerous MAPPA and Crown Courts, eg:

South Wales Police will not admit as to just which statement(s) of the targeted victim have been submitted to the Professional Standards Department!

My IPPC reply to 18^th June 12 South Wales Police Professional Standards Dept. refusals to properly investigate my many complaints arising from one decommissioned Lewis Machine Gun attached to my Farnborough DH2 WWI fighter display aircraft.

1. The police letter exudes bias in many paragraphs and quite erroneous about their conduct.

2. The gun was used to prosecute me under Section 5(1)(a) of 1968 Fire Arms Act.

3. The gun was used to have me remanded in custody for nearly eight months.

4. Used to have me imprisoned under Section 35 of the 1983 Mental Health Act.

5. Police have not even re interviewed the owners despite their new August 2011 statements!

South Wales Police accept in their original August 2009 gathered evidence that the new owner had painted the black gun to part silver immediately after their 2008 purchase from me.

The police then returned the gun, after my 2010 successful trial, even in a different shade of silver!

I had sold the gun as ‘all black' just as the gun was then presented in my 2010 jury trial and in my August 2008 U Tube video, also shown the jury, having been filmed an hour before it was collected.

6. The ‘investigation' was wholly disproportionate because:

a) I faced a minimum five year prison sentence on each of the remaining charges

b) I was registered MAPPA level 3 at level 3 management, meaning 24/7 armed surveillance

c) aided by their forensic psychiatrist, also using falsified evidence and quite unqualified medical reports, stating I had ‘significant brain damage' and possible brain tumour

d) allowed the police to ask His Honour Judge Neil Bidder QC, on 2^nd December 2009 (transcript available), I be further sectioned under the 1983 Act in order I be further incarcerated to Ashworth high security psychiatric hospital, IPP, meaning possibly for life

e) Inspector Richard Holder continues to refuse to let me finish or even give me copy of my part written signed witness statement, for the IPCC, I made in Cardiff prison on 7^th February 2012 in the presence of his colleague, Inspector King.

f) Aircraft mechanics, when I owned it, Civil Aviation Authority and Lincolnshire museum licenced mechanics, all state it was decommissioned and that the barrel was blocked.

7. The police admit firing the gun only after the new owner's August 09 statement that it was blocked when the police took possession of it on 22^nd June 2009, on the day of my arrest.

8. Since this IPCC inquiry started solicitors for the police have only, this month, now disclosed but only by a court order from an English court, all previous orders from Cardiff courts having been ignored, that my arrest had been instigated by Dolmans, solicitors, defending in a 20 year running civil damages claim for numerous other malicious and failed prosecutions.

9. Since this IPCC complaint was registered I have established that seven MAPPA monthly meetings were only conducted within the knowledge of police and NHS (Wales) staff at Caswell Clinic, Glanrhyd Hospital, Bridgend. All documents proving these facts are available.

Under Cover Tactics

11. ‘Foxy' was the name given at the 2010 Cardiff Crown Court trial to the anonymous screened off male police officer I was denied, as with others, to properly cross examine.

He pretended to be the officer who telephoned each time when attempting to purchase the machine gun. He knew, full well, it had been advertised on my web site for almost ten years and had been sold a year earlier!

Female police communication to me included a telephone call to my then wife, Kirstie Kirk.

The police have not even interviewed Kirstie Kirk following my current allegations to the IPCC.

Police refused to disclose evidence recorded during her original interrogation, during ‘Operation Chalice', for the machine gun coinciding with ‘Operation Orchid', the latter being to coerce her into signing a witness statement that I had a history of mental health issues.

It was for the purpose of ‘snatching' our ten year old daughter on behalf of the Vale of Glamorgan Social Services following the 8^th June 2009 discussions at the clandestine MAPPA meeting at Barry police station with only police and Caswell Clinic staff in attendance.

13. As for the 8^th June 2009 minutes, leaked from Caswell Clinic, the document clearly indicates I would be shot should I again approach Barbara Wilding, the then Chief Constable, as I had done following her 26^th February 2009 now proven to be false sworn affidavit on disclosure.

14. Crown Prosecution Service advise was recorded in the minutes to the effect that my intentions to expedite the ‘mutual exchange' of witness statements, in the on-going civil trial, appeared legitimate. Dolmans, solicitors, it was disclosed, were giving contrary advice.

15. His Honour Judge Seys Llewellyn QC's refusal to order further disclosure of the monthly minutes he confirmed only yesterday in that his responsibilities were only for the civil action.

16. My private prosecution applications, except via Bristol, in anticipation of the usual negative response by those ultimately responsible, have also been blocked in all the criminal courts.

Parliamentary Inquiry into the Independent Police Complaints Commission

This government blocked private video, at the Royal; Courts of Justice, is one of my Criminal Court of Appeal proceedings taken without my knowledge or I would have, at least, combed my hair!

This somewhat desperate conduct to some, by litigants, must remain unlawful, in order to safeguard the privacy within the well of the court amongst the parties but our patience is rapidly running out.

When we witness blatent nefarious conduct so often, by so many,by those entrusted to be employed on the tax payer's gravy train then there comes a time to take unilateral action.

Its content, however, is a classic example of the screaming need for radical reform in our adversarial system that, at one time, served our country so well

After 14 years things are no different

The evil little buggars, this year, knew they would have to withdraw the 'complainant Dr' as a prosecution witness, if they were going to be able to stop the trial being ordered to be stopped, as the usual farce unfolded before the jury. That is why His Honour Judge Hughes QC had been 'wheeled in' to offer me bail, just before the trial, by officially removing the Dr from the case altogether!

So if that was the only reason to lock me up all winter, as the CPS admitted to HHJ Hughes QC, should not this High Court judge, Mr Justice Wyn Williams, have done something about it? There will be a perfectly plausable legal argument in rebuttal by His Lordship, I am sure, but we never heard it and no order was made over the Crown Court's nefarious conduct because it was 'history'.

Let's invite Aung San Suu Kyi to South Wales to help us give this Cardiff Cabal world publicity.

The original 1st Dec 11 conviction of 'Harassment', under section 2 of the 1997 Act, would also collapse.

So what do they do? They compound their inexcusable conduct and bury my JRs, filed last year by not allowing them to be processed, having pocketed my court fees.

The ‘threat to shoot the Lord Mayor of Cardiff' allegation was dealt with as expected, had we known, in advance, what the JR was for. My transfer application to an English prison, in April, just before the trial, had clearly achieved the extra exposure of the ‘Cardiff Cabal' as intended.

The significant outcome of this hearing was that His Lordship would not entertain any ‘comprehensive argument' as to whether or not I was ‘fit to stand trial' on anything at all since August 2009 when first registered by the doctor as lacking in 'capacity'. All due to 'significant brain damage' and a 'paranoid dillusional disorder', apparantly, in believing that the police were persecuting me.....perish the thought.

His Lordship was very helpful, throughout, indicating it should be re listed as another JR, my 62nd, as a 'Case Stated' Refusal by His honour Judge Hughes.

Now diagnsed, by the same doctor, with the extra complication of a possible brain tumour, with an outstanding recommendation by the South Wales Police I be sectioned under the Act and incarcerated, for life, in Ashworth High Security Psychiatric Prison, I may stilll be a MAPPA victim meaning I must get on with it pdq!

So what is this, my twelfth Cardiff judge now, a High Court judge, having to clear up after an apparent spurious medical report? At least he appears helpful while NHS (Wales) continues covering up their policy of playing the 'Gulag Card' for the police, a practice so likely now to infect England.

Would he entertain my adjournment application and yet again order Dolmans, solicitors for the South Wales Police and Crown Prosecution Service, to comply to the previous Court Orders by both Their Honours, Judge Seys Llewellyn QC and John Cullan? NO. Would he order the police and CPS to disclose their jointly arranged June 2009 police complaint statement, that launched the police helicopter and armed response team, just to snatch me and my daughter who was ten years old at the time? No, of course he couldn't.

Would he order CPS Barrister, David Garreth Evans, to hand over, to the Criminal Court of Appeal, the ‘actual' document, shown to me in the Magistrates' cells last December? Was it a ‘Restraining Order' as the jury had been so fooled in to believing it was? Of course it wasn't and of course he couldn't, Admin Court protocol did not allow it. Those ultimately responsible wriggle out of it again and stay lurking in the shadows.

The partly hand written draft, by District Judge John Charles, no less, of a proposed ‘Restraining Order' Evans had admitted, in Crown court, in the absence of the May jury, was still in the CPS Merthyr Tydfil office! Curran had orders, of course, not to immediately stop the trial or their whole evil ‘pack of cards' would have fallen down.

Remember, it was Dolmans, acting for MAPPA, Barbara Wilding's defence team, in my twenty year civil damages claim and the Crown Prosecution Service (Wales), to prosecute my ‘trading in machine guns and live ammunition'.

So four of the K Team, who had seen Charles write the draft in the Magistrates' court, went straight round to Cardiff Central Police station where I had already been, this week, trying to lay complaint of this ‘conspiracy to pervert the course of justice' only for ‘no police officer being available'!. Sure enough, as on previous occasions, to make witness statements of complaint over 'shoot to kill policy', last August, no one was available.

District Judge Martin Brown yesterday, in Cardiff Magistrates Court, dismissed seven private criminal prosecutions, ‘out of hand', including ‘attempted murder', brought under common law.

He stated from a pre-written judgment, "these are serious allegations" against ex-Chief Constable, Barbara Wilding, Adrian Oliver of Dolmans, solicitors, Cardiff and Dr Tegwyn Williams of Caswell Clinic psychiatric prison, Bridgend.

"The Crown Prosecution Services should be dealing with this matter and who, in turn, would immediately dismiss the evidence".

Stupid Idiot, of course they would, they are at the heart of the conspiracy to murder.

The learned judge went on to say, refusing Appeal to the Crown Court, these allegations have been brought by a man clearly suffering under a ‘paranoid delusional disorder' believing he is being persecuted by the South Wales Police.

Bristol Magistrates Court, England, has ruled, today, that my ‘laying of information' against Dr Tegwyn Williams of Caswell Clinic, Bridgend, of:

2. Attempt to pervert the course of justice

should be put back before the very Cardiff Crown Court where the crimes first took place!

What a joke, I politely indicated to a very helpful District Judge Cooper, to expect it to investigate its own conspiracy to have me imprisoned in Ashworth Psychiatric Prison, for life.

Cardiff judges knew, full well, Dr Williams should never have carried out or given the only opinion on potentially dangerous SPEC and CT brain scans to a criminal court, lying, through his teeth, that I had irreversible ‘significant brain damage' and a possible brain tumour knowing, at the time, two experts' opinions totally contradicted his fabricated evidence requested by you.

So you, after my lucky release from prison, gave HM Partnership immunity to prosecution across the Principality protecting CPS barristers, Dr Williams, Professor Roger Wood the Welsh NHS who refused me a follow up brain scan or urgent much overdue hip replacement operation.

Only by travelling to France did I get a brain scan, pilot's licence renewal and the operation.

The rapidly spreading depravity and stench from South Wales courts was witnessed in the Criminal Court of Appeal, London, last week, a video recording the fiasco following my refused basic human right to speak about your unlawful conduct, frantic to hide the crimes of so many.

The Bristol Magistrate was not aware that in June 2010 I had already taken this very issue of your conspiracy to pervert the course of justice, refusing medical disclosure, backing the Welsh Crown Prosecution Service and other Cardiff judges refusing to investigate my complaint. You were the one that secretly instigated the employment of Williams to do your dirty HM business.

Last week, District Judge Martin Brown, making it now eleven Cardiff judges refusing to assist, means the ‘buck' currently is back with you before further anarchy breaks out on your patch. I apply for Dr Tegwyn Williams' full notes that caused my months of shear hell in Caswell Clinic.

Re: Request to Cancel Listing of pretrial 11&12 July 2011 hearing until highest courts determine what is to be heard and give direction on "ALL" legal issues raised in "ALL" my court documents of 2010 & 2011 now criminal allegations are laid.

In the light of new evidence of criminal conduct committed by the Defendant I write to express the strongest objections to listing the pretrial hearing, on 11 & 12 July 2011, prior to my having opportunity to go through the full process of law that may allow me to consolidate my grievances against the Defendant, from 1992 to the present day and still ongoing situation.

Further criminal allegations have been brought, following my arrests by the south Wales Police , designed purely to frustrate the Claimant, with, as usual, the criminal allegations against me either being later withdrawn or embarrassingly lost in the criminal courts due to HMCS and CPS abuse of process.

It is recognized, in case law, thatcases can be before the Courts where the facts have not yet settled. Developments and facts central to my grievances have also occurred since the narrower issues that are to be examined on 11 and 12 July 2011.

The facts of my case are still developing.

For example, the Lewis machine gun case, brought by the Defendant and similar criminal conduct by Dr Tegwyn Williams, falsifying medical records, was an attempt to having me shot and if that failed, to obtain imprisonment, IPP in Broadmoor high security prison show such malice, manipulations and an abuse of the imbalance in power, by the Defendant(s), that their mindset and deeds in 2009 to 2011, form new evidence to reconsider all of the Defendant's conduct since 1992.

It is not just criminal law that now has to be considered but updated incremental change to both public policy and case law.

It may help to say that I need time to detail my grievances as legal cases there being, also, cases that now exist and that are relevant.

I believe listing 11 & 12 July, for a pretrial hearing, does not allow me to even list the true severity of my grievances for the early stage of consideration before the Courts and that would seem to be a most profound denial of access to justice and a blatant attempt to deny me ‘Remedy' for the true extent of my difficulties as extreme and indefinite. Only by examining early grievances, is a way to hide my best evidence, of the Defendant's mindset would seem to me to surely be a denial of a fair trial, which can be unfair and so unlawful in UK law. It is also a breach of ECHR Article 6 & 14.

A priority is the much awaited ruling by you for the release of further Multi Agency Public Protection Arrangements minutes identifying further evidence of the conspiracy by the Chief Constable to having me shot.

Please cancel the pretrial listing of 11 & 12 July 2011 in favour of supporting me in an ongoing process of law to appeal to the high courts that I be allowed to consolidated cases from 1992 to the present day ,to be heard outside Wales and before a jury.

VERDICT of 22nd June Cardiff hearing

1. All bail conditions quashed meaning Maurice can return to Brittany for medical attention.

2. Private prosecution, 'laying of information' blocked again, sine die, all trying to bury the simple fact that the welsh judiciary, en masse, tried to have him shot by armed police..

Will Lord Justice Moses, on the 28th June at the RCJ, join their conspiracy to pervert the course of justice and also block a criminal investigation?

3. Maurice established, yesterday, the High Court judge, Mr Justice Henson, upon refusing his Judicial Review Application, relating to the original conviction in his absence, was given considerable false information by HM Court Service (Wales) (judgment here when scanned) now causing the CPS to reconsider the whole case to avoid an appeal outside Wales.

4. Only after seven months of refused applications has cabal of HMCS (Wales) finally been made to release the original court clerk's notes of totally contradictory evidence as to what on earrth really was said on the 2nd November 2010 in that Cardiff court.

Maurice told the two magistrates not one of the HMCS (Wales) staff told the original court he had been violently pushed part way down a flight of stairs by the ex-policeman, Derick Hassan, causing a suspect fracture in his ankle and a spell in hospital.

HMCS had refused his solictor, filing the JR, of the very existence of recorded 'evidence' or whether or not DJ BORG ever did get told of Maurice's medical state despite his GP faxing, to the court, yet another medical report that very day!.

It stinks, doesn't it?

And still they refuse to identify the CPS prosecutor, in the fifteen minute trial and why, with such conflicting nonsense from all three of the HMCS staff prosecution witnesses, did District Judge J Borg not ask a single question to clarify?

It stinks doesn't it?

It appears the HMCS withheld the original six medical reports from the trial judge, D J A Borg, that Maurice was unfit and about to undergo surgery, telling Mr Justice Henson only one judge had ever dealt with the case, failing to admit a District Judge Charles had already accepted Maurice's condition for the case to be adjourned until after he was off the morphine, after his total hip replacement operation that had to be done in Britanny.

Why France? Because successive Welsh doctors refused to operate as Dr Tegwyn Williams had informed them Maurice had 'significant brain damage and possible brain tumour'.

Maurice let it be known, to the court, God help the Welsh threatened, shortly, with their own independant judiciary and now only accountable to Europe.

In Leeds, he acted as McKenzie Friend for Norman Scarth who helped him get out of the psychiatric clinic back into prison.(Apparently a real improvement!)

Norman had 'layed the information' about a private prosecution, in the same way as Maurice has done - regarding those key culprits who have ruined his life not only by getting him struck off the Register of Veterinary Surgeons, but also with a firearms response and those seven months of incarceration. This included breaking his marriage, as Social Services threatened to take his daughter if his wife were not agree to him having a 'mental disorder'...

We can only hope that these two 'seasoned' and 'veteran fighters' may well blaze trails for justice, fairness and the Rule of Law rather than the Rule of Person that victims have been experiencing over and over.
