For Pete's sake, boys, I was your ELY veterinary surgeon for many years, first in Grand Avenue and then next to the Reptile shop, until South Wales Police successfully applied, in 2001, to the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, to successfully have my name removed from the veterinary register.

They resorted to this, with fabricated allegations and convictions, once they had given up up trying to invalidate my motoring insurance, demanding to see my documents more than 35 times in 8 years. This was to put sufficient pressure on the insurance companies identified, just as Guernsey police had succeeded in doing to assist in my removal from the island, for me to be unable to make an income working on the farms etc through out the Vale of Gamorgan.

I refer to your further attendance at our offices on Thursday 28 March 2013, when you again sought to ignore the fact that we have withdrawn your licence to attend at our offices. I would again remind you of my prior request that you deal with matters by email due to your propensity to distort comments made in telephone discussion. You have been able to communicate by email and indeed, have sought to encourage the same. I record that it is only during the course of the adjournment of your civil trial that you have sought again to attend our premises and to communicate by telephone, even though you have been prepared to communicate previously by email. I would again ask you to revert to dealing with matters through this medium as it enables both parties to prepare for matters arising in the trial.

You have left a message at 1.30 pm asking for details of the witnesses who are to be called tomorrow (3 April 2013) for trial. You can be advised that it is the intention of Leading Counsel to invite former police officer Robert Osbourne to provide evidence at court on 3 April 2013.

I can also advise you however that Mr Lloyd Williams QC intends to address the court before any further evidence has been provided as to your failure to deal with the disclosure of any videos / digital footage which you might have in your possession.

In Cardiff County Court this Month

Lantwit Major's police sergeant 'Killer' Kilberg, one of many in the 1990s police force, who had my name removed from the veterinary register is caught out lying to the currently presiding judgere along with a few others already heard and shortly to also give evidence.

Enclosed is a 90s Barry police station custody video of Kilberg lying to the custody sergeant that I was in breach of a public order offence despite the custody sergeant specifically asking for that clarification.

His Honour Judge Seys Llewellin QC or the police QC, during the three months civil action currently in session in the Cardiff Civil Justice Centre, asked for clarification on exactly the same point with the South Wales Police sergeant qualifying the issue by stating the custody sergeant made the mistake when writing down the facts.

The truth of the matter was his partner, PC Gareth Holmes was right there, seen on video and refusing to support the deliberate lie either by recording it in his pocket note book or in his subsequent MG 11 witness statement.

The day may start with the police attempting to block still further disclosure of essential evidence of 20 years of extreme bullying and inactivity when I was in trouble. DAY 8 of TRIAL

Wide Spread corruption in the South Wales Police and Welsh courts seems to emerge as we enter the eighth day of a farcical trial, riddled with deceit.

First, the day opens, with my application/argument that if Inspector 1581 Anthony Rice continues to deny, on oath, he burst into a Barry magistrates with five other Barry police officers, riddled with covert surveillance police, instigated by the Guernsey police arranging to have my garage burnt down to destroy 10 years of misery in an environment ‘touched by the devil’, to destroy my High Court litigation, now designed to expose Guernsey, police arrange to burn down my garage , with the Guernsey legal papers and my WW2 Piper Cub.

Then, today, the case heard:

Police officer Greaves saying, I passed on the wrong side of the road, to pass a queue of stationary traffic, due to police at the scene investigating a road traffic accident, he recognised me and put out an ‘all cars’ broadcast to catch me to catch me “the vehicle and driver” already known to him.

Police officer Gareth Holmes states I was in a white escort van, stopped and reported for a broken indicator lens and then repaired by Holmes Bros garage of Evan Street , Barry.

BUT..... police officer McGregor with PC Holmes, totally denies it.... and that no Hort 1 was issued in Southey Street, I refused a breath test and not just refused, gave a ‘[half hearted attempt’ (that appeared deliberate) something he had never experienced before or since!

My ‘schedule’ on website, of motoring incidents, only during the incidents in the current trial , there are many more later for my children to sue the evil little bastards, later, records I was driving a Citroen that night registered in the registered name of famous aviatrix, Ms Jean Batten.....the first to fly an old pre war Moth to New Zealand.

But I digress, a Barry retired scrap dealer, a Mr Murphy, currently relaxing in Tieland, removed my burnt out Citroen, along with many other cars the Barry police had arranged, out of spite, to have smashed up, burnt out or stolen.

So, I ask, today, where are the records of the Barry police station of my prosecution of the offence?

Where are the records of the HORT 1 traffic ticket, Holmes is purported the heart of the case tomorrow on Thursday?

DAY 7 of Trial
After two days of Sergeant Kihlberg’s lies and ‘his account’ of his violent assault on his prisoner, myself, outside my own veterinary surgery with clients, on 8^th September 2000, opposite the Swan in Llantwit Major, it was a breath of fresh air, this afternoon, to cross examine Retired Inspector Tim Hubberd
who simply told the truth annihilating the concocted excuses by contradicting a string of other officers, whilst I was in custody for over five hours and as to why I was being refused a pen or paper to lodge a complaint.
He even confirmed my then wife, Kirstie, had been phoning in, complaining, identified amongst some 30 or so letters generated by me and my then secretary, Mrs Diana Graham, for the security of my full custody records, including numerous videos ever released despite my then MP, John Smith, writing and the PCA (IPCC) being informed.
Numerous verbal and written requests were made for custody videos within the 28 day stator period, the Barry police repeated ignored
The court could not avoid my three or so full lever arch files on this incident, alone, some fifty two of my original records of ten years of consolidated police harassment deliberately served on the enemy some eight or ten years ago, expecting them to settle.
Gareth Holmes kept us fascinated all morning and much of the afternoon, on cross examination , one of several due to recalled as his father and uncle had carried out meticulous servicing of the practice vehicles for well over ten years, their evidence already before Crown court when His Honour Judge Burr had seriously rebuked the then Sergeant Jane Lott for falsifying evidence by altering her copy of the HORT 1 between the magistrates case, deliberately lost in order to have her evidence again in ‘a court of record’
Yesterday, Kilberg had to explain away how my car was taken and hidden by him, for over six weeks and only by the garage owner complaining enough, my complaint of its theft ignored, did I eventually find her, unlocked , on the road side full of very dangerous drugs, barbiturates and IMMOBILON
The learned judge caused several police officer to state I was ‘trouble’ every time they became entangled with me but none could explain why no one was admitting none of my thirty odd vehicles were registered in fictitious names.....see schedule

Application to Adjourn

I am getting rather bored and we arew only in the 2nd week of a clearly 4 month trial.

So I thought it would be helpful if we all worked off or 'sung from the same hymn sheet'

The police legal team told me , yesterday , they did not appear to have the motoring schedule of most of the motoring incidents, when I was stopped 35 times. I now enclose

The police barrister remarked, to the court, on my clear 'proximity' to Barry police, heard to date, about "what5 a small world Barry is", me the police vet , the witness the son of the garagew owner who has already given inforamation that had nasty piece of work former sergeant Jane Lott rebuked by HHJ Burr, those many years ago.

Despite their apparent 'selective amnesia', these police officers, so far, other than the content of their own section 9 MG 11 witness statements, what is purported to be in their personal note books, written, purportedly, as contemporaneous note....'remember nothing'

Each police officer to date and we have some 50 or so to go yet, appear have difficulty in remembering how my being stopped over 60 times in numerous fictitious registered named cars, often with foriegn number plates, a Guernsey driving liecence in my pocket.....they still deny the 1992 instructions from most senior police officers to conduct 24/7 surveillance on me and to stop me when ever they can and provoke to try and get traffic or common assault convictions

Evil police sergeant Kihlberg and and the liar Inspector Rice, unless there are two of them with the same name, will be asked for recall, for further cross examination, once I get the Inspector Sydney Griffiths documents about briefing Barabara Wilding's knowingly falsifying her own sworn affidavit, of Feb 2009, causing her to issue a 'shoot to kill' policy on me.

She also ordered/blackmailed Dr Tegwyn Williams to have me sectioned to Ashworth. IPP and fabricate the machine gun trial by getting police HQ to p-aint the WW1 relic a different colour, to try and fool the jury, anything to stop this trial exposing just how corrupt both Cardiff courts and South Wales Police force has been , these past 20 years

The trial judge has ruled Barbara Wilding cannot be witness supoenoed to account for her self as DEFENDANT

I will appeal that as well.

TODAY IN CARDIFF COURT

Police officer A states I refused a breath test, arrested and taken to Barry police station where the reading was Zero and then was released from custody. I was being interviewed, before arrest apparently, in some back street in Barry whilst dealing with an animal emergency ( in the days before these evil Bast**Ds had me struck off)

Police officer B, says, NO, he issued a rectification ticket for a broken back light or indicator and the usual HORT1 traffic ticket issued!

Remember, this is in the back drop of no police knowing who I am except for the incident they were caught in (see last week’s evidence).

Remember, this in the environment of me attending magistrates or Crown court , nearly every week for 8 years + , made to produce driving docs 34 times......the !0% of case lost the Barry police quickly reported to the RCVS and with Masonic influence had me struck off the veterinary register for nothing what so ever to do with being a vet!

Police officer B says, NO, he was with A but B was no recollection of any breath test or arrest!

Neither has yet faced cross examination....that starts tomorrow at 10.30 at Cardiff Civil Justice Centre

Today, police sergeant Kihlberg of Llantwit Major, (wash your mouth out, Maurice), was accused of breaking into my car unnecessarily , arresting me and hides the car on a road near Cowbridge , for over 6 weeks , unlocked and full of very dangerous veterinary medicines (IMMOBILON)....he not explaining where the car keys keys are, despite arresting me with at least four other police officers!

I refused a breath test, he said but ZERO reading, only 30 minutes later, after he had driven me, without hand cuffs all the way to Fairwater police station in Cardiff!

There, a zero reading he had difficulty remembering about or why he would not return me to my car! Ah, yes, after a few obtuse methods , he said , I was a risk of causing ‘litigation if he gave me a lift back to my car and yet he had difficulty remembering so many other incidents (including burglary) where he arrested and jailed me.....always much later to be dropped by CPS, he said.

I report it stolen, because Kilberg refuses to tell me where it is,....he knew none of it nor how, when eventually found it, I was quickly arrested by Bristol police for stealing it!”

Nearly 7 weeks later I get tipped off and garage owner who recovered it said they were never told who owned it! Some ten police officers , so far in this farce, out of some 100 needing to be called.....ALL ‘remember nothing’ each time I ask as to other incidents, if ANYTHING ,BUT ANYTHING, unless it, I ask, is not already scripted in their very own signed Dolmans pre prepared statement!

Kihlberg stated he sat with the huge police legal team for 25 minutes today, being briefed ( on what not to say) he is wrong I was outside the door timing it

Remember , readers of blog, where corrupt , very corrupt , where South Wales is concerned, ‘there is nothing new under the sun’.

Kihlberg could not confirm the owner or registration of my vehicle, that night, despite insisting he did as PNC check (incident see schedule on blog of 1^st December 1999)....but after a little loosening of his evil tongue he admitted the police knew none of my cars were ever in my name, correction, rarely, unless they may be on foreign number plates

The police barrister commented, as the witness, tomorrow, awaits my cross examination.

Following the witness saying, to the open court at the time of 10.30 pm incident , I was his veterinary surgeon, as his father was my client, who already features in the former Sergeant Jane Lott evidence last week, (wash your mouth out Maurice), his father’s evidence already used in the original criminal Appeal that led to my acquittal , of some 10 Crown court successes , in the 90s when I won 90% of the hundred or so allegations South Wales Police routinely were throwing at me

So, does it surprise you all the police, last week on EIC said they knew nothing of me other than the incident they had been briefed by the team of police lawyers only to admit to.

This evilness, per day , is typical I am told of other courts, not in England , perish the thought!

DC 1623 Martyn James (police witness my ‘actual bodily harm’ by drunk)

This Barry police officer, in September 1995, told the court he was at my house, following my complaints of criminal damage (eventually exceeding eight) when a tenant, Mr Paul Stringer, right in front of the police officer, violently pushed me down the stairs causing me to be injured to such an extent that I had to be stretchered to hospital by ambulance.

James said he then arrested Mr Stringer interviewed him under caution and tape recorded with no other police officer present and decided to not have him charged.

The custody officer let him have bail because he was ‘not fit’ to be detained as he was drunk.

James ‘could not remember’ or ‘identify’, with the custody records in front of him, just who the custody sergeant had been that day but the interview took just 15 minutes.

I was told over the phone he had been charged for ABH and later, in court, the CPS did not proceed with the case as there was ‘insufficient evidence’.

When James was asked just when did he became ‘aware’ of my name and proximity to the South Wales Police, the only 24/7 veterinary general practitioner in Barry, he said he had never heard of me until this incident nor of me in any incidents after.

“So, in December 1995, when Stringer returned to the police station, on police bail, (following the ‘usual’ police investigations) why did you not charge him”?

“You were difficult to contact and were appearing to refuse to give a statement of complaint. I had to have one or I could not charge him.” [With that argument, had I been killed, Mr Stringer would not of been charged for that either].

Why, officer, did you not just take a statement from Kirstie Webb, my future wife, who also saw me pushed down the stairs?

“I did not see her until after you were pushed down the flight of stairs to the landing” “Yes, may be, but why did you not take her statement, the one from Ms Miller, also present or need one at all as you saw and recorded in your note book the indictable offence of ‘actual bodily harm’ take place right in front of you?

His job, for some years, had been ‘surveillance’ at Bridgend police HQ but he knew nothing of my ever being MAPPA level 3 status or whether I was currently under surveillance for the three month trial or, more to the point, was I under covert surveillance in the 90s at the time of these 35 listed incidents in Actions 1, 2 & 3? from a sample of 100 or so, including arson on my property, multiple vehicle thefts, criminal damage and surgery burglaries even though that was where police surveillance focused?

James’ near two hour briefing with QC, trailing barrister and Dolmans’ senior partner, amongst their team of clerks running about, on the morning of the trial, appeared to have been well briefed in a manner to which I am accustomed, to remember nothing other than that was drafted by solicitors.

Detective Inspector Andrew J Rice to be Arrested for Perjury along with a Few More!

The court heard Rice deny knowing Christopher Paul Ebbs (Alexander), standing in the back of the court, despite witness statements of South Wales Police crossing the bridge to England to induce Mr Ebbs ( alas Alexander) to alter his evidence for my forthcoming criminal court hearing.

Rice also denied any knowledge of an incident , of co9vert surveillance police causing him to bursting into my Barry magistrate’s hearing, with six other officers, while I held the Crown Court prosecutor, HM officer STOFFA, by the scruff of the neck for ‘perverting the course of justice’

Covert police were involved so Barbara Wilding , the then Chief Constable, instigator of ‘shoot to kill policy’, ALSO denied the court case ever happened, in her judge demanded Feb 2009 sworn false affidavit, fabricated by Dolmans ,solicitors, Cardiff, out once again just to milk the tax payer or me.

Inspector Andrew Rice was the custody officer at Barry police station on the evening of the Cowbridge Show where I had been the Honary Veterinary Surgeon for most of the day.

Rice, alone, the court heard, decided not to release me but to keep me locked up , over night for fear I may return to the Show and to face a 'Breach of the Peace' common law allegation, in magistrates, that led to my being struck off as a veterinary surgeon.

He knew full well I was leaving the the show when I was arrested in order to do evening surgery and had no desire what so ever of going back if no one else could recover my vehicle from the car park.

[This Vale Show incident, the 'Barry roundabout' incident (Jane Walker statement above), lying Police Inspector Kilberg incident, to be heard this Monday, 25th Feb and my being beaten up in Roath police station following but caught on overhead police camera are three 'stuck out' incidents, in these proceedings, by His Honour Judge Seys Llewellyn QC clearly because they are the most riddled with examples of both police and South Wales police wide spread corruption].

It turns out that he was instructed by senior officers , following my 27writtwncomplaintssince1993, to investigate each issue..

Dolmans prepared a statementfor him to sign which, of course, only had six or so issues from the 27 complaints, nearly every one being politicaly sensitive.

Yes, you guessed it, his senior officers fed him false and or misleading injformation so his reply for Barbara Wilding's Feb 09 sworn affidavit could deny knowledge of court cases having ever happened or thast ht police had broken into my surgery in Cardiif to put back a police inspector's daughter, both having been my clients!

Trial stopped to allow disclosure by the police ie the QC being unaware of my 27 written pre action protocol written warnings for the South Wales Police to 'get off the back of a 24/7 general practiitioner trying to practice veterinary surgery or he would 'bite them'.

Your Honour,

In the light of these extreme and unusual instructions, from the current Chief Constable, giving this week’s police, giving evidence, protection from perjury committed, so far, by almost every police officer on oath, I make the following applications:

1. A ruling as whether Barbara Wilding’s Dolmans drafted 25^th/26^th February 2009 sworn affidavit:

i) is deemed to be false or not

ii) whether the incidents in the Claimant’s pleadings, specifically denied by the Defendant and omitted from the affidavit, are a fiction and

iii) if they are not fiction then full disclosure can be ordered in the light of apparent perjury committed by Inspector Andrew Rice and others, including to include many within the defence team acting on behalf of the South Wales Police?

2. The Crown Prosecution Service disclose to the Claimant the full court bundle of his, as the then defendant, depositions in 10^th November 11 ‘harassment’ summary hearings, 14^th November Crown Court hearing, 1^st March 12 ‘harassment’ Cardiff Crown Court Appeal and 2^nd May 12 ‘breach of a restraining order’ jury trial all needed immediately in this trial and 14^th March 13 Criminal Court of Appeal hearing. The CPS has, for months, refused to communicate on the mater.

3. The Claimant is to be supplied with the list of his 27 written complaints, known to the court and any others from 20 years of police harassment and bullying, specifically for now during the time period of the first three actions for damages only, made known to exist, only by cross examination of former Inspector Sydney Griffiths, made known, for the first time, to the defending QC, the court clearly heard.

Variation of Restraining Order to obtain Medical Attention

Dear Sir,

A recent circuit judge, over my one million pound NHS (Wales)/ Caswell Clinic damages claim, had to remind the NHS barrister that the Caswell Clinic psychiatrist had asked the 2009 Cardiff Crown Court that I be sectioned and jailed under the 1983 Mental Health Act with neither the relevant forensic history nor even examining his potential patient!

As you know the South Wales Police then had him re-apply to the very same court, in December 2009, frantic to stop the publicity of my ‘WW1 machine gun’ trial happening, that I be further incarcerated but IPP this time, in Ashworth High Security Psychiatric Prison, probably for life.

The fact that the Caswell Clinic, Bridgend, doctor was under pressure on a delicate domestic matter, called black mail by Barbara Wilding, the then Chief Constable and my Defendant in next week’s three month damages trial, is by no way a coincidence.

The doctor will feature heavily on 18^thFebruary and is to be called as a key prosecution witness.

Whereas your CPS colleague witnessed ‘variation’ in the 1^st December 2011 ’Restraining Order’, suitably recorded, in my last magistrates’ applications, allowing me now to publish the doctor’s name, I was disappointed to be then accosted by two plain clothed police officers suggesting I had breached that order when visiting an Ely, Cardiff, psychiatric unit, ‘Ty Catrin’, simply to attend a prior engagement by invitation from a female Caswell Clinic doctor.

Dr Gaynor Jones is but one from Caswell Clinic and to include past HM prosecutors I have applied for to be my witnesses for my pending appeals currently before Criminal Court of Appeal in London.

I had hoped to speak to you, to avoid writing to the European Court today but no one ever seems to be ‘available’. I therefore wrote and copied it to you, by earlier e-mail, on the serious matter of my still being refused medical attention in South Wales, my having to travel always to France each time.

Kicking my application into the ‘long grass’, to some date in April, means I may be deemed medically unfit as is the view of the South Wales Police when instigating my recent imprisonment in France.

The fact remains that the police doctor was knowingly dishonest and police will not investigate because they are the police officers, next week, defending their own immunity to prosecution for 20 years of bullying. That fiasco, as fiasco it will be, will be followed by finally unblocked seven Actions, including falsified MAPPA registration, fabricated medical records ‘accepted’ as correct by no less than Cardiff judges! Do I now accept I have ‘significant brain damage’ and a possible brain tumour, just what your HM CPS barrister, Richard Thomlow, told His Honour Judge Neil Bidder QC and HM barrister David Gareth Evans ‘acted on’ in order to prosecute me for ‘harassment’?

My unlawfully blocked one million pound damages claim, surrounding your client’s malicious prosecution and long imprisonment, re police painting my Farnborough display aircraft’s ‘machine gun’ a different colour, anything to try and fool the jury, has been deliberately buried by Cardiff courts for two years. There are too many other pending Actions to list here.

Successive clearly spineless Cardiff judges have refused any of my cases, civil, family or criminal, being transferred to an English court following your disastrous move, last year, in transferring my ‘common assault’ case to Bristol, when ex South Wales Police officer, Derrick Hasan had violently pushed me off my crutches and down the Cardiff Crown Court steps to break my leg.

I was always immune to prosecution, from the start, in the suggestion I circulated ‘Wanted’ posters, by section 3 a) & c) of the 1997 Act and is now supported by my library of tape recordings from original magistrates and Crown Court hearings, exposing what is routine ‘abuse of process’, needing cyberspace coverage worldwide, ‘in the interest of the public’, as I believe you call it.

I, like Norman Scarth Esq., am also too old to turn a blind eye at the routine manner your Cardiff courts’ continue to pervert the course of justice meaning that both Norman and myself have little chance in considering your future proceedings with the respect all law courts should command.

It is a matter for you, of course, what you should do, bearing in mind no less than eleven Cardiff judges wished to ‘believe’ the Caswell Clinic, when it said I had ‘significant brain damage’ and too dangerous to be released, thus allowing the Chief Constable to having me registered MAPPA level 3, one of the 5% most dangerous within our UK’s population.

With regards to my 8 Feb 2013 letter of applications to the European Court of Human Rights please could the Crown Prosecution Service review:

1. what is a ‘proportionate response’ to the above facts

2. whether you agree that I will continue to avoid contact with Dr Tegwyn Williams while the CPS consider whether to set up a process to receive still more evidence on this doctor’s most recent criminal wrongdoing and

3. dating from 2009 to the present day. I was sectioned, last month, under the French Mental Health Act as in Tottenham police station over the Nigerian Musa family scandal, each time only on this doctors fabricated evidence

4. his false 2011/12 MG11police witness signed statements, copies of which you refuse to re release, that led to the South Wales Police having my locked up in Cardiff prison for months on end, only for you, yet again, to drop all charges

5. your agreement that, while you know Dr T Williams already has his criminal wrongdoing it negates the 1^st December 11 ‘restraining order’, under sub section 3 a) & c) of 1997 Act (to detect or prevent further crime), suggesting no other conditions against me should now remain.

6. To list your hearing and other civil actions, smack in the middle of next week’s trial, at my huge expense, is as I would expect from a UK judiciary that stinks and is rotten to the core.

I assume you do not mind that I publish in full all legal papers in this case that are intended for the European Court of Human Rights.

‘Breach of Restraining Order’ Appeal never served on me in the first place

1. I must have telephoned both CPS in London and Cardiff offices in excess of twenty times, visited the RCJ four times on the matter, written some thirty or so letters, just to get you both to release the evidence needed for the appeal due in the RCJ any day now. I do not even have your judges summary for immediate website publication and still further tape recordings.

2. Especially the lies the police doctor gave in a signed police statement, last summer that I had been ‘moved on’ by police from his home, just to get me jailed for nearly three months, in another attempt to stop my one million pound NHS damages from claim progressing. You lot ‘eventually’ realised, as in the ‘machine’ gun scandal and original ‘harassment’ conviction, the South Wales Police had gone out of their way, anything to prejudice my civil actions on extreme police bullying and have me ‘stitched up’ on false doctor’s evidence, himself promised immunity to prosecution, first, by eleven Cardiff Crown Court judges, then the GMC and now, your very own selves.

3. Cardiff Crown refuse me access to the building at all or listen to the evidence in the 4^th May 12 trial because it caught the prison guards confirming I had been removed from the court building, dripping blood from my *** and against my clear wishes, contrary with my request for specifically named defence witnesses, Dr Williams and Dr Gaynor Jones included, to carry on and give the relevant defence evidence the judge knew, very well, was needed and even asked for by a the jury!

4. Curran QC had been briefed by the Cardiff Cabal to do otherwise.

5. I have asked for your agreement, for the RCJ, re my tape recordings of the scandalously run original Cardiff Magistrates ‘harassment’ hearings to be played, including several Crown Court related hearings, 1^st March 12 for example, catching my 15^th Nov 11, denied at the time, lawyer’s legal papers, handed towards me by my ‘Mackenzie Friend’, from the well of the court, my own legal papers from my prison cell, eye witnesses, the right to cross examine anyone or call the known seven police men who had originally indicated the enclosed (original illegally switched CPS exhibit mid trial, also caught on tape) ‘Wanted’ poster of a South Wales Police blackmailed psychiatrist, was not any public order offence.

6. All this week not one of you will even discuss the possibilities of further variation of the 1^st Dec 11 ‘Restraining Order,’ in the light of new evidence, some under your control only and still further evidence of the doctor’s continuing blatant deceit hatched long before the 8^th June MAPPA level 3 meeting with Barbara Wilding falsifying her 25/26^th Dolmans drafted Feb 09 sworn affidavit originally ordered by Nicholas Chambers Q.C. on the old argument for all court cases, failed disclosure of the truth.

7. Yesterday, despite days of Cardiff CPS promises, for named lawyers to ring me back to expedite the further changes to the order, never served on me, your phone was fixed to block any of my further incoming calls.

8. Your state pension is guaranteed so what is it that bugs you? You knew from the start the police had repainted that machine gun to try and fool the jury, your 2^nd Dec 09 CPS barrister lied to HHJ Neil Bidder QC, that I was so dangerous with a ‘brain tumour’ and ‘significant brain damage’ I needed IPP incarceration to Ashworth High Security Prison for life or are you only troubled in the way , from the same 9 Park Place barrister’s chambers, each time, David Gareth Evans told the judge Curran., on 2/3^rd May 12, he may have to be my defence witness over the draught restraining order as he had directed to me, in my court cell , on 1^st Dec 11 and NOT the final version because the same custody officer, Lee Barker , had gone home, two hours earlier, despite telling the jury he had ‘unlocked’ my cell and handed it to me

9. Are you concerned I was beaten up, again, this time for refusing to leave my cell, that day, demanding court papers, when the ‘Order’ may well have been brought down as I was being released, not to the prison for my later release, as is customary, because I had no less than 10 human rights workers from all over Europe to witness, for themselves, causing the abrupt shortening of my already served prison sentence and witness just how totally evil the Cardiff judiciary is if you so foolishly declare yourself as born an Englishman?

Further to previous communication please find enclosed my 8^th Feb 13 latest letter to ECHR and 28th Jan13 court letter to Cardiff County Court and NHS (Wales) re Adrian Oliver of Dolmans, solicitors and Tina Whitman of Morgan Cole, solicitors, acting ‘hand in glove’ with HM Prosecution Service to obtain unfair bias and inequality in arms for their respective defences in one million pound damages claims.

I enclose , for reference later in these complaint proceedings, to indicate the wild abuse of these solicitors in a vain attempt to cover up wide spread criminal conduct to be exampled next week, on evidence, the first of many actions, the first running for at least three months.

I often wonder whether it’s the tea and beer on top of the lack of sun, compared with the coffee and wine in France, Italy and other Southern countries…

“Jimmy Savile syndrome” is also a good way of describing this total inversion of truth.

Finger pointing: Dr Helen Moss, who was the hospital's director of nursing from 2006 to 2009, was cleared of any wrongdoing at a private disciplinary hearing this month

Almost 70 medical staff who faced disciplinary action after 1,200 patients died needlessly at Stafford Hospitalhave already been cleared in secret hearings, including the most senior nurse at the height of the scandal.

Helen Moss was director of nursing from 2006 to 2009 when care reached 'appalling' standards, yet has been told she has 'no case to answer' and is now working as a management consultant.

In the last few years 29 nurses and 38 doctors from StaffordHospital - 67 in total - were cleared at private hearings that considered complaints that will never be made public.

The allegations, made by police, the public and other medical staff, were all thrown out at an early stage, so regulators refuse to publish the details.

A report by Robert Francis QC published yesterday highlighted the 'appalling and unnecessary suffering of hundreds of patients' in Stafford, as the Prime Minister revealed that nobody has been struck off or disciplined for their part in the biggest NHS scandal in history.

The sick and vulnerable were left for hours sitting in their own urine and excrement, drink was left out of reach forcing them to glug water from vases and hygiene was so poor that relatives had to clean toilets themselves.

Julie Bailey, whose mother Bella died in harrowing circumstances at StaffordHospital, says she has been inundated with complaints from others from all over Britain about about NHS standards.

Speaking about the lack of disciplinary action following the scandal she told the BBC: ‘I’d like to say I was surprised, but I’m not. This is how the NHS is. It is one big roundabout where they get on, fail, and then get on somewhere else.

‘Those in charge then (at Stafford) have already gone, resigned and gone to other jobs with huge pay packets.

‘The chief executive was so unwell he couldn’t give evidence to the (Francis) Inquiry, but he has made a mockery of it because he is now working for another organisation in the area.

‘We need radical action. We need leaders in the NHS. Something has gone terribly wrong and unless we make a stand now we will lose the NHS. Just rewarding people for failure cannot continue.’

The point is that neither the police Caswell Clinic psychiatrist nor psychologist Professor Wood are medically qualified to interpret a CT brain scan as that is the role of the neuro-radiologist who has training and qualifications so to do.

All the neuro radiologists that examined the scans contradict the psychiatrist’s findings but still he went ahead and applied that I be sectioned IPP to Ashworth, ‘imprisonment for public protection’ with the full support of MAPPA

However, there is the built in provision in the Act that you cannot be prosecuted 'for a course of conduct' when attempting 'to prevent or detect (further ) crime'.....the very purpose of distributed WANTED posters. The CPS, on 1st December, produced various drafts of a 'Restraining Order' producing the following but still not disclosing the one now needed, of course, for the Criminal Court of Appeal, very shortly, the part hand written draft brought waved under my nose, in my cell, by that GEOamey guard, the lying little Lee Barker who's statement completely contradicted that of the only other tamed witness in a corridoe of six eager on lookers!

THE 1997 HARASSMENT ACT is a typically knee jerk written piece of legislation, of the Blair era, now being abused just to lock up those exposing the crimes going on daily in our welsh law courts.

Anticipating the continuing conduct of the Welsh courts, to protect their very own NHS's conduct in a similar manner to the way they had so far protected their police force, irrespective of the facts, I quietly lobbed into their cess pit of deceipt, rather like a Mills bomb into the mill pool for trout, a petty debt £840 claim for bus fares and time wasted, travelling backwards and forwards countless times to Caswell Clinic, when originally promised my medical records used on 2nd December 09 to have me sent to Ashworth. That claim, as predicted, to prevent the doctor having the risk of committing perjury, was settled out of court to the cost to the tax payer well in excess of £20,000.

There then followed the substantive claims before the final one due on 30th January 2013 at the hearingr to consolidate with the eight or so police claims:

At my 20^th December 2012 magistrate’s application, to be able to see my South Wales doctor, this 13^th December Morgan Cole document was, without me knowing, already with both District Judge Bodfan Jenkins and CPS Mr Dicken, the latter summoned to represent Her Majesty.

All four parties, the NHS, the protected rogue doctor, scheming judge and bewildered CPS ALL blocked the progress of the case by pre arranging yet another adjournment, a game they have played now for over a year…...anything to cover up the truth.

Like wise, Bodfan Jenkins, an old hand at perverting the course of justice, held back the clerk of the court’s notes of the May 12 ‘shooting walking stick’ hearing following my repeated attempts to have my totally legal property returned by the police following their 2009 ‘machine gun’ house raid fiasco.

The case was adjourned, far too embarrassing for a public arena. My medical care will have wait until their conclusion at 22^nd January hearing!!!…….. come, witness and inhale their stench

The ‘walking stick shot gun case lingers on a ‘case stated’ application forcing the same judge to release the court’s notes indicating it had statements from both police and my then wife , none of which I knew about during the 2010 ‘machine gun’ jury trial, indicating a conspiracy to pervert the course of justice

So what? The South Wales Police are past masters at distorting the truth.

Letter to GMC:

I emphasize that in writing my psychiatric reports Dr ******** was unduly influenced by the South Wales Police to report that I was suffering mental health problems resulting from ‘significant’ brain damage and that in coming to such a conclusion Dr ******** deliberately ignored reports from properly qualified radiologists stating that my brain scan was normal for a man of my age.

Instead the doctor sought out the advice of a clinical psychologist researcher who was not qualified to interpret such scans (and who was not made aware of the radiologists reports) and then moved beyond even this advice to tell numerous courts on the basis of no evidence whatsoever that I had suspected brain cancer.

There is an outstanding civil damages claim surrounding police operation, ‘Operation Chalice’ and a ‘machine gun’ I once owned attached to my aircraft. The armed police raid, backed by helicopter, on the marital home on 22^nd June 2009, marked the date of our marital separation. Witnesses present are reluctant to disclose any information always needed. That includes witness identification, copy of all statements taken and substance of all conversations and how and when the house search was carried out etc My daughter was again at risk, under police code name ‘Operation Orchid’, to ‘snatch her by Social Services. It is MAPPA and a rogue forensic psychiatrist that caused, if you wish to believe a word of it, added reasons given and accepted in court, as to why I was not to be released for nearly eight months and in return sectioned under the 1983 Mental Health Act.

South Wales Police cross to England to influence a witness that has caused my name being removed from the veterinary register and receive a criminal conviction.

. 2nd Nov 2010 conviction of common assault fabricated to use to oppose bail over a two year period only for it to be then withdrawn police never ever having intended to fight my appeal as the two year use of successfully opposing my bail had served its purpose..

Enclosed as a summary from my current website blog simply to indicate the extreme length Cardiff judges are now actively supporting their own police force’s criminal conduct

False imprisonment re 2^nd allegation of Breach of a Restraining Order from approx 21st Sept 2012 imprisonment for nearly 3 months on evidence later withdrawn as the police knew full well my action to fax a pre action protocol draft witness summons to Caswell Clinic was lawful.

My request for the MAPPA fabricated withheld medical evidence, used by police, CPS and rogue doctor, to apply for my transfer to Ashworth Psychiatric prison on 2nd Dec 2009, requires immediate disclosure in order I may apply to be put back on the veterinary register and for me to be eligible to update my professional flying licences.

Please do not allow this new evidence slow down you outstanding investigations of 'shoot to kill policy, 'machine gun' malicious prosecution and the falsification and maladministration of my being registered a MAPPA level 3 victim. Just when will you instruct an outside police force?

This Caswell Clinic psychiatric report was used to keep me
in prison for eight months, in 2009, destroying my marriage, prior to ‘machine
gun' case when the police helicopter and armed police stormed our home to
arrest me and attempt to snatch my then 10 year old daughter with Social
Services.

On release I was then jailed, using the very same
psychiatric report, on three separate occasions in London,
by the Metropolitan Police, twice in Oxford
and eight times in Cardiff.

Each time, in England but not Wales, following my presentation before three London courts and one Oxford court, while I was unrepresented, I was released.

With all allegations dropped, safe one, a ‘public order offence'm another conspiracy.

That case was heard in my absence with the Cardiff
authorities deliberately preventing my production from Cardiff prison as it
related to the Musa Nigerian six children
having been snatched by Haringey Council, my being a major witness into the
huge lawyer fraud surrounding this case and to scupper the chances of their own very
frightened clients [see previous blogs/ gallery and downloads].

But the Welsh police and their very own incestuous and thoroughly corrupt judiciary had a
completely separate agenda, the details of which are legendary.

For nearly a year a police force has refused to return a journalist’s work on one of Britain’s most notorious miscarriages of justice, despite repeated requests.

Satish Sekar cooperated with police, allowing officers investigating the wrongful arrests of the Cardiff Five two decades ago access to his own investigation. Sekar has covered the case and its fall-out for many years, including for Private Eye.

Officers borrowed material, including taped interviews, for use in the police corruption trial on the strict understanding it would be returned as soon as the trial ended. That trial ended last December in farcical circumstances as the judge decided the eight former police officers couldn’t get a fair hearing because evidence files had been destroyed.

Although the Independent Police Complaints Commission (IPCC) and the Director of Public Prosecutions are still investigating the trial, Sekar asked South Wales Police to return his property, not least because he was finishing a book about the case. Although Sekar told police chiefs his voluntary cooperation with the force was over, the police have now prevaricated for 11 months and, despite the lack of a court order or it being the proceeds of crime, police still have his material.

They ignore solicitors letters and refuse to explain what entitles them to keep Sekar’s property. “If anyone else had done this they would be arrested for theft”, says Sekar. Police now refuse to talk to Sekar, even though the IPCC has ordered them to record his complaint.”

In June 2009 helicopter and twenty five other police, many armed, storm our home and jail me for eight months without a shread of evidence of any fire arms offences. As later proved, it was the Chief Constable's private solicitors, Dolmans, who instigated my imprisonment to prejudice the forthcoming three month civil damages trial, she being the defendent !

Thee years later, despite my numerous attempts to retrieve police snatched £10,000 worth of antigue and licenced legally held shot guns and humane killers, the thoroughly corrupt Cardiff cabal have, instead, refused their return and ordered, by that deceitful District Judge Bodfan Jenkins, to pay the cabal a bill of £4000 costs following my attempted use the courts and1897 Police Property Act just to return my property!

Between 1992 and 2002 the South Wales Police ordered me to produce my driving documents 35 times. On the 34th occasion I refused and the court was forced, under the then Magistrates Act, to dismiss the case.

I have refused five times since with the police doing nothing about it as they had already complained to The Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons and succsessfully had me struck off the veterinary register.

to be effective, it re opens the argument for the need for ‘consolidation' of
all cases and they be taken well outside Wales.

Your direct influence and involvement in continuing

complaint statement designed purely to have me jailed is replaced by the now bogus ‘restraining order', the latest parcel being passed around the incestuous
Welsh judiciary until the music stops.

I require the names of the other officers
involved, not just Sgt Roe that I had to supply you with, in the first place, some
eight or so years ago. It proves Inspector Griffiths, your investigator, a
liar and/or widespread cover ups within the South Wales Police Force.

I have a list of some of my
witnesses needed for evidence and refer my 6^th June 2009 incident schedule,
submitted about then listing my witnesses and the then known police present

To expedite matters I need to
know those police you are calling and the names and addresses of those,
relevant to each incident, you are not calling in order to complete my witness
list with the summary of evidence for each that have not or will not furnish me
with a witness statement

Appeal from ‘Breach of Restraining Order' 9 Month Prison Sentence

Dear Sir,

This case of breaching of a restraining order was quite unknown to me, at the time, as no such document was ever tendered for agreement or given to me to sign.

The standard procedure in Cardiff, at least, is that in order to obtain release from the custody of the court the prisoner has to sign the ‘licence' relating to such conditions. As I was neither in court nor in the prison no such licence was procured and despite my numerous visits to the court building since, to establish the truth, there is serious indication the official restraining order may well not have been printed and or placed on the court record until the following day.

As I expected I found on the court copy of the official restraining order, during this week's twenty year running damages claim hearing for malicious prosecutions, duly signed over by the County Court clerk, following the orders of His Honour Judge Seys Llewellyn QC to disclose it, a hand written note by someone unknown, dated 2^nd December 2011, the day after my alleged offence.

I have been refused proper disclosure of evidence before, during the jury trial and even now.

The Crown Prosecution admit no record was made of service in either the magistrates court log or that log held by the private custody firm, GEOamey. CCTV proof, filmed by different cameras under the control of different owners, either court or GEOamey, were ‘un available' for the jury.

I write because the CPS (Wales) and South Wales Police have now both been furnished with MG11 witness statements to support what actually went on in court when a draft was being hand written.

Both the police and CPS (Wales) are now refusing to take my complaint or take statements from eight more eye witnesses who were, both in and outside the court, on the day of the alleged offence. Five custody officers were present at the time of the alleged offence but I was denied their attendance to give evidence.

The excuse given is that sufficient evidence is before them but none of the witnesses that have visited Cardiff Central Police Station, so many times, are allowed copy of any of the information given and purported to have been given the CPS (Wales).

CPS (Wales) state that until I am granted ‘leave to appeal' they will not inform you of this important new evidence.

"What if I had not appealed as I have served the sentence?" resulted in silence on the phone.

"If I withdraw my appeal will the police then investigate further?" again, resulted in silence.

CPS staff then stated here in Cardiff we do nothing until the appeal papers are returned to them via their London office. Yet one more telephone call, my twentieth, this time to your office, confirmed my appeal was filed , case worker allocated and papers sent on to the CPS on the 1^st June 2012.

I apply to your court to order the release of Meirion Bowen's witness statement, details attached, he giving me written permission, as it is needed for a number of outstanding directly related matters with the Administrative Courts ( CO/3970/2012 and 6357/2012 and CO/ 4298/12011) and GMC, the earliest due to be heard on 24^th July 12 before Mr Justice Beatson in Cardiff as well as this Thursday's magistrates hearing, before district Judge Bodfan Jenkins, for the return of my shot guns and other weapons unlawfully confiscated whilst attempting to snatch my daughter during an armed police response with helicopter in ‘Operation Orchid'.

THIS E-MAIL just came my way but I do NOT vouch for all its content as, obviously, some of it was without my witnessing it as to what really happened.

However, much of it I KNOW IS TRUE and therefore allowed on this and my other sites of mine should the judges close it down , as they have done in the past..... Hi - we saw Chiwar yesterday and he said the following:

he was incensed that no statements, from those who had made them, went to the jury as the prosecution refused this and the judge backed it.

He also said Owusu's summing up statement was cut short by the judge - he had an 80 page statement and was given till 1 oclock to deliver it but was cut off at 12 oclock, thus not even finishing his summing up. Nobody ive spoken to has a good word to say about the defence team and i agree certain things shouldve been done properly wrongly.

Eg. - the witnesses. i know the 2 defence witnesses who spoke - Steve and Vicki. Steve is a pastor and came to 1 hearing as a supporter at Gee St. court last June which was a closed hearing and i saw him twice at the Musas W Green Rd home when i was there. He would pray with the Musas and they would get into it and begin dancing as he would speak in tongues for 10 mins whilst praying with the Musas which ive never seen before from a supposed Christian pastor. I asked him later was this healthy and a correct thing to do given the circumstances and he said whatever he was saying was good and was confusing the devil who had no idea what he was saying. I pointed out that nobody else did either - not even him and he said it was of no consequence as whatever he was saying was good and was Gods message and will that it be said.

Anyway Steve wouldve witnessed Chiwar + Gloria acting responsibly at all times with their children which i guess was the point of him being called at all.

- thats 21 people off the tops of Chiwars and mine and Helens heads who couldve given something specific eg. Kays interraction with H'gey sw's who she threatened so much with her knowledge of the law etc. that they hounded her for months after, and H'gey + connected employees who needed questioning about their roles in it all, especially Agekyum and the rest of the H'gey lot mentioned. Chiwar said Moise the H'gey lawyer was responsible for writing the statements so as they would be legally sound especially in court and this needed to be brought out.

Musa mentioned about ketamine being put in a syringe. on the 28 june at st thomas's hospital. He knew it was that because he checked the discarded bottle after watching its contents - ketamine - being put in a syringe. I know a syringe with a liquid in was mentioned the other day. He asks was this given to the baby, and why was it set up in the 1st place and by whom, and hospital staff need to be asked about this.

An important point Chiwar mentioned was that even to date the contents of that 2000 page report that was handed to the defence team one morning early on in the trial still has not been properly discussed with the Musas - who still arent aware of some of its contents. Chiwar says a lot of the time Owusu doesnt see them before the days proceedings to discuss things, as theyre either late on getting to court or Owusu + co simply dont go to see them before the day starts. One dreads what else hasnt been discussed with the Musas thats been received by the defence team at the last minute. He thinks SERCO deliberatly bring them late for this reason + other reasons.

Chiwar says the their DNA test results was not shown to the jury and shouldve been but was refused by the CPS + judge + should be sent in at once also for the jury to see, and the 85 page statement Gloria made for the family court last November should be given to the jury.

Apparently at the prison Chiwar was told by other prisoners that a prisoner who goes by the name of "Floky" was putting it about that the Musas were involved in trafficking 15 children, plus their own. Chiwar assumes this guy is connected to H'gey in some form and trying to get Chiwar beaten. The warders apparently moved Chiwar for a short while for his own safety but now it is ok he says. If you recall the warders at Holloway were allegedly responsible Gloria says for putting it about that she was insane and dangerous and everyone should avouid her and not befriend her. Of course very soon people could see the opposite, and also when other inmates would be murdered by prison staff as happened to the prisoner - long story.

At the hospital on the 28 June Musa says no way was he gone longer than 30 mins when he left - if even that - and no way was he gone 3 hours till midday as they claim.

He says cctv footage stills from his flat in W Green rd werent shown which showed the place very habitable - the opposite to what the cps claim., and he says other photos werent shown to the jury either.

Chiwars says the judge was asked if he wanted to recuse himself but he refused and also refused getting a new jury for various reasons when asked by Owusu.

In reply to my earlier message Hi - the musa case - the prosecution has refused many witnesses giving evidence for musa and the judge is backing the prosecution so we are giving these 5/6 banned witnesses statements to the higher judge at the court on monday in writing and emailing them also to make sure the court and hopefully jury get them also Already owusu has asked the judge to recuse himself over things but he has refused also a new jury. If u can pls send ur witness statement so it can be given 1st thing monday a.m. to the chief judge lyons at the court along with other stuff then. Pls if u can send by email to me asap it can be printed off for monday - tks - {which i sent to those i had addresses of at the time}

I've already given my statement to the court and I believe it went to the jury but wasn't read out. It is now too late for any more statements as all the barristers have finished their cases and now it's just for the judge to sum up and send the jury out on Monday. So if they are convicted these new statements can go towards the appeal, especially if they add anything to the medical issues or are from people who knew the older 5 children. Pity these witnesses suddenly appearing after the trial is over! But actually, I think it will come out OK as Owusu did a magnificent job on Friday and it will be very hard for the jury to find the Musas guilty after what he said to them. Fingers crossed! B

I disagree its too late - the point of getting the statements from the people where possible and sending them to the court after speaking with Chiwar was so the jury could see them and it isnt too late as the trial isnt finished yet. Waiting to give the statements at an "appeal" i disagree with as these statements could add good factors to Musas case before the jury retire and waiting maybe a year - a year for the Musas in prison too - for an appeal is unacceptable in my opinion. I think they would drag an appeal date out so as the other children could be gone via adoption before an appeal hearing which would just add difficulties in sorting this entire child removal side of the case out.

Owusu may have done a "magnificent job" as is suggested but maybe being allowed to finish what he set out to do re: his summing up he mightve made an even better one, as well as doing other important things too, like discussing new bundles with the Musas amongst other things. After all, thats his job.

To my great sadness and frustration however im thinking now it is practically possible to get statements from those Chiwar wanted statements from to show to the jury by the time they could be delivered to judge Lyons on Monday morning as they simply will not be got and sent to Lyons in time, him being the head judge at Wood Green crown court. Obviously if they were given to Patrick they would be refused and i dont think theres any reason on earth why Lyons cant be given the statements except for the time limit - there is only a few hours to get them there physically in print on Monday morning. They could be sent by email of course but they need perhaps to be physically given to the court office so as Lyons can receive them and take action, so it fills me with sadness the negative option of perhaps showing these what might be important statements only at any "appeal hearing" in the distant future might be the only action taken for Chiwars request.

Anyhow if anybody can send their statement to me asap i will endeavour to email it to the court and send it 24 hour delivery on Monday morning so as the court + Lyons receives it on Tues hopefully which maybe wont be too late, or if anyone can think of a better alternative please let us know.

At the end of the day i think not having witnesses for the Musas, as good as Steve and Vicki are, is simply not good enough. The defence team are supposed to be doing the job of defending the Musas and surely witnesses are an important factor in their case.

Heather pointed out an expert toxicoligist shouldve been got as a witness by the defence, if possible. Only prosecution medical staff have been heard at all which is totally one-sided.

Also the person who was at the hospital on the 28 June - the person referred to as Gloria's "sister" when Gloria was asked who she was then by hospital or H'gey staff - shouldve given evidence as to what she heard and saw then - Chiwar maintains Gloria, for example, was not "laughing" at various times as was claimed and was was taking things with the seriousness they deserved throughout which this witness couldve confirmed.

Ian Josephs points out things that shouldve been done too that werent - like asking the children in a certain way if they were coerced into saying things, and asking in a certain way about the alleged abuse on ****** = to ****** herself and Denise Bassett - in the event the abuse wasnt mentioned at all in the trial.

Received, at last, one more Judicial Review 'Refusal', 'on the papers', refused by last month's 'Breach of a Restraning Order' trial judge, His Honour Judge Curran, on some bl==dy nonsense over whether or not a 'Restraining Order' was ever served on me in the cells as if there was not ample contemporaneous records about!

Originating from, if true, this very 'Harassment' issue, £50 fine, 'shoot to kill' hearings and Section 39 abuse, under review in this very JR application! So who blocks the investigation the most senior Cardiff Crown court judge...anything to block exposure of the truth...corruption is just rife around here or is it me with some brain disorder?

While the prosecution barrister, David Garreth Evans apolgised to the jury, for not being available as my main defence witness, he still having an early version of this now, ubiquitous 'restraining order' in his pocket. The District Judge John Charles' Magistrates court's, custody and cell cctv records are, meantime, quickly being shredded, re written or burnt, in fear the law, that Litigants in Person are not, as of right, entitled to public court records, may get itself repealed in Westminster..

So, if the CPS has a copy in his pocket, partly hand written by John Charles, then what is prosecution exhibit 1, labelled '1st December11 Restraining Order', doing with the jury when it is date stamped 9th Dec ?

So another version, slipped under my police door on 23rd Dec 11, is the first one I see but different also from exhibit 1. Very strange.

Very strange, indeed, for the police did not e-mail me one, as promised, on the 19th Dec, over the phone from Llantwit police station.

Oh, very odd......but hang on a minute that must be the one they quickly printed up following my unexpected appeal to Crown Court, in England, on the 7th Dec, no?

But I went to the magistrates court and told they had no record at all of any restraining order.

But, of course, John Charles, had, in his fit of peak,scribbled out a section 4 'restraining order', contrary to the Section 2 Harassment Act , currently before the court, to obtain a maximum jail term, if broken.

Someone in HM Partnership, however, must have blocked it because the 8th Dec version, created on computor and 'certificate of conviction' has omitted the 'fear of violence' phrase on it. Stop worrying Maurice, Gareth ,you will remember, told the jury he was checking up with his local bar council that all is ok and that the apparant conspiracy, witnessed by his friends in the public gallery, of CPS and Charles hatching a diversion, was going rapidly pear shaped. Muttering over court exhibits, I remember and I never saw. I heard Gareth and judge mumble, 'switch them' and we will have him locked away.

Fortunately, all was tape recorded and smuggled out of court as a procautionary matter in case the cabal are setting me up, again, to be shot by South Wales Police marksmen. All this was discussed, in detail, during the IAP and MAPPA police HQ meetings in June 2009. Operation Orchid and Operation Chalice, re machine gun and snatching my younger daughter, were foiled but hey will get it right next time, I fear.

Remember, They control the Welsh IPCC, Welsh GMC, Welsh Bar Council and their Cardiff Bay 'talking shop', Wales' big mistake for its best future .....their key members are entrenched, all in the same lodge and ready to do more damage for the devil.

Any way, not to worry 'justice ' is in a safe pair of hands.....His Honour ordered Gareth to nip back up to his Crown Prosecution Service office, in Merthyr Tydfil and get the Restraining Order, serve it to me so we can all go home. But, over night, we all forget except for two on the jury. They are starting to work out the judge's cunning plan only to be thwarted, following their request for sight of the custody records that service ever took place in the cells below that chaotic December magistrates court hearing when I was refused the usual right to cross examine, call witnesses, finish my evidence, have any legal papers or even have pen and paper in my cell.

"Do not trouble your pretty heads", Judge Curran must have said, "the court record of there ever being printed a 'restraining order and served, all on that day, is irrelevant to Maurice's blatent guilt".

" and as for the two cameras, he referred to, one in his special padded isolation cell, with £5000 'see through' door, that filmed every move of this MAPPA level 3 victim, sadly,( pause while wiping his eyes), GEOamey Custody Services appear to have 'mislaid' all the footage."

"It is also quite irrelevant so, hurry up on your way, its late on a Friday afternoon and I am already late, a majority verdict will do and dont worry about Maurice calling for Gareth ,the doctor and another,,,,its all far too late"

Hang on a moment, didn't this same judge insist the main witness, the doctor, give evidence for me but only through a court lawyer? Yes, of course, his 22nd February 2012 Crown Court Order, part of my defence evidence stuffed up my rectum, in order to get it into court.

Now, as I remember it, this judge also appointed a special Cardiff Cabal lawyer, under rule 39 of the Youth and Justice Criminal Evidence Act 1999, anything to block any possiblility of evidence coming out and that I may not have 'significant brain damage' or 'possible brain tumour' after all.

But what is this, both doctor and appointed lawyer fail to attend court....."oh, what can be done?" "Oh, I am all undone, I am in fear and shaking in my shoes, of the meer rumour of this last act of treachery must cause, being mis understood by Jo Public as being an unfair trial.

Just what will it do to the name of Cardiff law courts.....oh, perish the thought

His Honour Judge Curran has, understandably, rejected my 1^st Judicial Review Application, ‘on paper', on the premise that it is ‘not clear' as to my reasoning behind my grievance, in being convicted of so serious offence, during my absence. The police, once again, are reliant on false forensic evidence supplied by Derrick Hassan of the Cardiff Crown Court and a doctor to obtain yet another prolonged incarceration without a proper trial.

Court record will disclose that the District Judge, Bodfan Jenkins, presiding at last August Cardiff magistrates hearing, had not even been given my correspondence regarding my right, under statute law, to apply for a re opening of the case. He was also never made aware of the full circumstances on the bizarre incident, involving alleged prohibited weapons in my possession, including a ‘walking stick shot gun', being the real reason for the summary conviction and £50 fine.

[This startlingly acknowledgement by the police, of finding a real prohibited weapon, contrary to Section 5(1)(a) of the 1968 Fire Arms Act 1966, at my home, right in the middle of my January 2009 ‘WW1 Lewis machine gun' trial, was completely hushed up and only surfaced before the very same District Judge, Mr Bodfan Jenkins, this March, in one of my many private prosecutions, due to someone's stupidity letting it slip through their own safety net].

This same argument or the use of Section 36 YJCEA, anything to suppress the truth, is just what

District Judge Berg, on 2^nd November 10 common assault conviction, applied when expediting it in meer nana seconds during my forced absence, due to ill health due to unnecessary analgesic medication. This appeal is now in Bristol having been transferred from Wales due to its potentially embarrassing outcome.

If only a litigant in person in Cardiff could just have sight of public court records, when only reserved for the legal profession, we need not shout blackmail so often.

Exposure, of course, of what really is going on in our courts, if further public records were to be disclosed to the public, would, for example, be like what happened following the prison hospital emergency, needing seventeen prison officers to extricate me.

Out of the prison for a day, in cuffs, I get sight of what was written on court record, my ‘Remand Warrant' indicating clearly what lay behind the judiciary's next move.

Apart from quick sight of my custody record and remnants of my exalted status amongst the inmates of a category level C parochial prison, during my 2009 stay, as MAPPA level3, the words, ‘extremely dangerous' remained.

Both court and custody documents, seen by myself, during the material times of all these JRs, currently before His Honour Judge Curran, Mr Justice Singh, record I have ‘mental health issues' clearly written with ‘significant brain damage' written.

This immediately brings into doubt my level of capacity in the past three years court appearances, exceeding well over one hundred, known by the prosecution throughout.

This hand written note, on the Remand Warrant, no doubt, was by the clerk of the court and/or signed by the very District Judge first implementing a Section 36, without giving reason and then sitting in judgment.

As for the so called ‘served' Restraining Order neither the original nor certified true copy we will ever see because it now helps identify the author of it and true recipient for my term of imprisonment.

This 2010 ‘common assault' conviction, on appeal in Bristol, will prove even more interesting, following my most recent attempts at the steps of Cardiff Crown Court to lodge my paper, as it is so devoid of ‘magistrates record', the recent letters from the court clerk effectively stating, ‘in your dreams, Maurice', no records for you.

So why does this latest JR refusal, ‘on paper', accompany a copy of the Cardiff Crown court log of my 1^st/2^nd March 2012 Harassment Appeal, when for years now I have always been refused of such public record?

If you are eligible for legal aid then, of course, your designated lawyer can see them, at tax payer's expence, for as long as he likes and even give them to you, if he so pleases. The reality of this is, of course, is quite unrealistic, if nefarious schemes are afoot as he or she is an ‘officer of the court' and therefore making it impossible to remain impartial.

It stinks, doesn't it?

Statute law dictates that a ‘litigant in person'(LiP) may, if he is so lucky, obtain disclosure of a clerk of the court's notes, both contemporaneous and later records, such as, in this case, written record of the allegation(s) facing the accused. The court is only obliged to release a certificate of conviction.

I have received no copy of whatever was first before the August Magistrate, what was charge was changed, in my absence or copy of the CPS legal argument that went on with the court without me. This had followed the duty solicitor's hurried visit to my cell, that summer's day, advising me to plead ‘not guilty' as it had been arranged for the case to be dropped if I did.

Why was so serious a charge dropped?

Because I had just served new statements, from a Lincolnshire airfield, of eye witnesses over the police re painted ‘machine gun', spent still more hours before with the station's inspector while copious complaint was again being taken down, re the Cardiff IPPC office refusing, since 2009, to properly investigate:

1. the Polices policy to having me shot

2. falsifying critical evidence in their disastrous ‘machine gun' case, painting of the ‘gun' twice, making it serviceable, all to fool a jury

3. changing the sex of ‘Foxy', their undercover agent, that had to give evidence

4. their continuing harassment of me, around the UK, by the use of falsified two year old psychiatric evidence

Today, as in the recent ‘Restraining Order' jury trial and their written notes to the judge, I am still without the public record of either of these cases!

Court record, regarding the Lord Mayor Cardiff to be shot, are being withheld for the purpose of my being sectioned, again, under the 1983 Mental Health Act, but this time for life.

South Wales Police almost achieved it in 2009 and with co-operation from the Tottenham police, during the ‘Nigerian Musa seven snatched children affair', in court NOW at Wood Green Crown Court, London. This time the same MAPPA police intend finding the ‘elusive second doctor', needed by statute, to sign me away, IPP, to Broadmoor.

The purpose of my JR Application is clearly in the interest of the general public, not just for my liberty, safety and family concerns.

The next presiding judge, I humbly submit, is required to consider the consequences should this need to go to the Court of Appeal happen and where Article 6 and its supposed safeguards will again be challenged as being needed even more in our current political climate.

My recent interviews, with my ‘straw poll' sample taken from within the walls of Cardiff Prison, proved disturbing to say the least. Invariably, both remand and convicted prisoners do not even see the paper work identifying as why they are in prison! Yes, many neither care nor enquire; the place is a ‘holiday camp' with no real purpose, so why rock the boat?

If I could have found another LiP, out of the hundred or so prisoners on my wing, I may have established if I was the only one, in the prison, with that special piece of paper, a ‘Remand Warrant'. It was signed by the court giving authority to allow the HM Governor to lock me up.

Where His Honour and or the next judge will be concerned will rest on the veracity of those in ultimate control, the guards who guard the guardians, for without proper disclosure there will be yet another fine example of a travesty of justice in a Cardiff court room.
