21.34 hrs and I am still holding......

21. 25 hrs I ring South Wales Police101 number again as I am far from happy with Roger's 'advice' (advice I must say appropriate for the sort of calls I can imagine he is swamped with every night). I am asked to hold...but not before suggesting it takes only one phone to arrange for the doctor's house to be burnt down to address the minds of those ultimately responsible for what they have done to both my family and my life.....

21.07 hrs I ring Roger Davies on police 101 number re advice: Do I go to court on 16th or go to a long overdue Bristol psychiatrist appointment to get brain scan and establish once and for all ...do I have a brain tumour or not?...... if not I can have my cancelled CAA medical restored to allow me to fly in the cub to South Africa.

Regina v Maurice John Kirk (Kirk v South Wales Police) Further to my e-mail seeking advise as to which 16^th October 13 appointment I take, my preferring the psychiatrist’s appointment as I have waited for over four years, I find there are still several Crown Court appeals and other outstanding issues relevant to the trial listed on 12^th November 13.

1. My 12^thApril 2013 appeal application (Case 62120007323) filed with the magistrates remains ignored despite reminders and despite my sixtieth odd Judicial Review Application paid for and posted.

This is a residual matter from the 25^th January 2010 jury trial, re my trading in machine guns. The fact that I was acquitted meant the South Wales Police, with malice afore thought, continue to refuse to return my property confiscated during their 22^nd June 2009 dawn raid, brandishing automatic weapons.

The truth of the matter was they simply wanted me jailed for anything to affect my current ongoing twenty year running civil trial and even attempted to snatch our ten year old daughter under Operation ‘Orchid’ to further undermine my, then, already fragile state of mind..

2. Money for fifteen further court cases

As my purloined collection of antiques and shot guns exceeded an estimated £10,000 in value may I apply for the residing Crown Court judge to order the immediate release of said property that I may dispense with the need of my applying for Legal Aid and delay the police may cause? District Judge Bodfan Jenkins continues to refuse to state a case for delayed JR.

3. My appeal for 'common assault' conviction from arresting a mischievous Cardiff barrister, attempting to pervert the course of justice yet again, needs to be listed for an early hearing except another hearing before that is needed, outside Wales, like last time, because this individual has, at this late stage, now employed another barrister, at tax payer’s expense, stating he does not like the thought of my cross examining him again.

4. He is, of course, the Crown Prosecution lawyer who cross examined me in the past but is now fearful that my reason for his arrest may be disclosed to the general public. On 1^st December 2011 this complainant, David Gareth Evans of 9 Park Place Chambers, Cardiff, was and still is, despite my years of countless applications for disclosure, privy to the content of court and cell CCTV, police, court and custody records that will clear my name to successfully apply to become a veterinary surgeon.

5. Most important is the fact that both he and His Honour Judge Richard Thomlow have access to the Cardiff Crown Prosecution computer that produced the draft version my ten witnesses all watched District Judge John Charles scribble all over before ordering it be shown to me in the cells for my approval. 6. The 4^thMay12 jury, during my ‘Breach of a Restraining Order’ hearing, was, just like myself, refused sight of any of the above public records simply because Luigi Stranati, court manager, had not transferred the case to England as I had previously requested. When it suits the CPS, I notice, it is transferred to England like with the last two cases so similarly constructed. 7. That 4th May12 jury requested information that was all destroyed and will only be confirmed by, 'on who's orders', from David Gareth Evans if he is on oath but only if he is cross examined by myself.

6 and 7 seem to have been removed to protect that nice doctor who was so wise in his diagnosis and report about M's brain...

8. He knows I NEVER EVER WAS SERVED THE RESTRAINING ORDER, to possibly breach about three days later, by anyone that day as it was arranged by the then Recorder of Cardiff, His Honour Judge Llewellyn Jones QC, on 14^th November 2011 for a longer prison term (see clerk of court notes and High Court Order) with the usual intention for the prison to serve it upon my release.

9. But ‘the fearful sight of ten outsiders in the public gallery’ and Strinati sneaking in was just too much for the district judge who significantly shortened my prison sentence sufficiently enough for my immediate release.

10. Release for only twenty minutes, I hasten to add, before the next trumpeted up South Wales Police conspiracy unfolded and my arrest for ‘Failure to attend court’.

11. Just two days earlier, with me in prison, the Nigerian Musa family’s corrupt Kilburn High Street solicitors hearing succeeded as without my evidence they had buried the truth of their unlawful arranging of Tottenham police arresting both them and myself.

12 Similarly iniquitous conduct, months earlier, by the Haringey Council’s huge lawyer team, had me gaoled from the High Court to further aid their lucrative snatching of the six Nigerian children.

13. Mr Evans also knows, full well, that had John Charles allowed me to have cross examined the rogue police psychiatrist, under exemptions under the 1998 Harassment Act in the first place, in November11 and again by His Honour Judge Hughes refusing me in 1st March12 appeal of the conviction, none of these cases mentioned in this letter, today, needed to have been outstanding AND that includes my stayed civil police harassment trial BS614159

14. The police refusing to allow Newport office to issue me with a new passport, this week, my having previously had my current one unlawfully confiscated by the Defendant in my civil claims is just power for the couse for an Englishman in Cardiff.

15. Legal Aid is still not processed as Luigi Stranati still refuses my right, even on the telephone, to try and clarifying the Legal Aid queries my Bristol solicitors received when they gave up with the Welsh court. wishing no disrespect to the presiding judge my health, with or without a psychiatric examination, will affect whether I can even speak in any further court rooms as my only legal commitment is, I submit, to attend and not necessarily need to speak

16. Disclosure applications for information controlled by David Gareth Evans, CPS and the police, still need to be re addressed for both the outstanding appeal and this imminent trial.

17. I propose asking for a number of witness summonses to be served and as their subsequent counter measures will be both lengthy and expensive, may I suggest that both primary and Section 8 disclosure be ordered within seven days in the light of their refusal in disclosing my interview DVD and depositions from the last aborted trial.

18. I was entitled to all this from the very start and with a pragmatic expeditious process just as it was in all my three previously successful occasions in Bristol Crown Court concerning completely unrelated criminal allegations.

19. To reduce the number of appeals envisaged, following successful service of summonses on hostile defence witnesses and to counter this deliberate delay of my civil claims are you able, as a criminal court order independent arbitration because, while I still breath, there will be many more malicious prosecutions ahead?

20. Police withheld disclosure of CCTV,telephone and computer records created by the two complainants, Mark Davenport and Nathan Kingsley, before, during and after, alleged assault and subsequent 'intimidation of a witness' alleged incidents need addressing as the police already have mine and will not disclose as unlawful MAPPA level 3 24/7 surveillance continues here in South Wales.

21. I have been denied access in the past to this court room to give evidence, as last time, on precisely these very same issues when raised but, as usual, blocked by 'dark forces', 'the powers that be' that pullute society today.

22. The time before that, on 2nd December 2009, the CPS barrister, Richard Thomlow, also of 9 Park Place Chambers, supported the police psychiatrist in the conspiracy to strike out my current suspended civil case, BS614159, by applying for my being incarcerated in Ashworth high security psychiatric hospital for life. 23. Barbara Wilding, past Chief Constable, had failed earlier in having me shot on 18th June 2009 but only because there were far too many CCTV cameras and armed police in attendance, inside police HQ, to cover it all up an unlawful killing.

24. The South Wales Police have ‘proof of innocence’ and evidence of complainants lying for material gain but, as usual in my criminal cases are, not always so minded in telling any one. His Honour Judge Seys Llewellyn QC has indicated I may apply through his civil court in order that I may get access to my legal papers and clothes in my flat but the police strenuously oppose it.

25. I humbly submit that only the Cardiff Crown Court can vary the bail restrictions following twelve police officers threatening to arrest my daughter's Bristol based bailiff carrying out his lawful duties in eviction of the said squatters.

26. I declined His Honour's offer as I was aware of legal proceedings had already commenced from England. Luigi Stranati would have again 'burnt the mid night oil' in blocking any new judicial process of mine especially as the Cardiff Cabal appears to have over reached itself this time.

27. The police continue to oppose my having a passport as it is a potential threat, not just to retrieve my papers in Brittany but to their incestuous little world of money making, generally at the expense of the UK tax payer. My visit to France, to find a lawyer, may also lead to the ordering from London that Luigi Stranati allow me access to public court counters in order to process my Legal Aid application papers to expedite outstanding litigation including the machine gun/MAPPA/NHS (Wales) conspiracy implicating so many in both the judiciary and executive of The Principality.

28. Dolmans, Cardiff solicitors, have acted for all the Chief Constables in my twenty year running civil damages claim, for relentless police bullying and malicious prosecutions and in particular over the 'machine gun' case advising over IAG and MAPPA meetings and PII/MAPPA disclosure opposition, in the civil court, once I was acquitted of trading in WW1 machine guns bolted to display aircraft. Not only was the process of my being sectioned under the 1983 Mental Health Act ultra vires, with immunity given to the rogue police psychiatrist, the continuing bullying throughout the four month civil trial I consider as a criminal act with intent to pervert the course of justice.

29. Today I am told by two witnesses from 5^th May 2012 Crown Court public gallery that, following the jury passing a written note to the trial judge, in my absence, with regards to CCTV, court or custody records being in existance with the recording of the alleged service of a ‘restraining order’ on me in the cells, CPS barrister David Gareth Evans was heard to deliberately misinform the jury to obtain a conviction. 30. I make application to listen to the court tapes, for both the outstanding Evans appeal and 12^th November proposed trial, see original documentary evidence of service, under the laws of best evidence, purported to recorded in both 1^st December 2011 GEOamey custody records as well as magistrate court clerk Michael Williams’contemporaneous , as all previous requests have always been refused.

Seventeen arrests since and without a single successful conviction causes me to wonder whether anarchy really does reign supreme here in South Wales.

This date clashes with court ordered Bristol psychiatric examination of me and speaking on Bristol radio, my being just another South Wales Police MAPPA victim subjected to their relentless bullying.

1. To which appointment, please, do I attend?

2. Just who has the power, in Wales, to order area HMC&TS court manager, Luigi Stranati, to allow me to process a Legal aid application at Cardiff Magistrates court public counter when I have been banned by him from all South Wales court counters since 2008?

3. Neither doctor nor barrister, Your Ladyship and Your Honour, had the relevant qualifications and were both lying with intent to pervert the course of justice.

5. Just who has the power to make the South Wales Police hand back my passport, currently unlawfully withheld, following their blocking HM Newport Passport Office from issuing me with another to obtain legal papers from France?

6.Just who has the power to make the South Wales Police hand over evidence requested by 4th May 2012 jury (Breach of Restraining Order) indicated in their succinct note to His Honour Judge John Curran QC, unbeknown to me, if not your local Masonic lodge?

7. A similar jury note is likely to be repeated on12th November 2013 so who has the power then, in Wales, to order the South Wales Police to disclose my police/court/prison custody records, clerk of the court records and CCTV, both recorded at incidents and whilst I was in custody, not forgetting the numerous interview, under caution, DVDs denied me on so many previous occasions?

I woke up at 4am, to day and realised the very real risk of a repeat performance, with Norman Scarth and myself videoed in the Royal Courts of Justice court, before Lord Justice Moses, over my appeal to my imprisonment after reminding the then Recorder of Cardiff, upon my acquittal over a WW1 Lewis machine gun, that his shallow promise that 'I will get the Caswell Clinic evidence', to support the police doctor's psychiatric report, that I am so dangerous, due to 'significant brain damage'!

I, therefore, cannot cross examine police officers and should be locked up, IPP for good, in Ashworth High Security Psychiatric prison, anything to protect Cardiff courts' nefarious conduct.

Three years on and I find still neither GMC nor IPCC will intervene while both indicating there will not even be 'an investigation' in to Barbara Wilding's having the 'machine gun' painted a different colour, Dr Tegwyn Williams' and Professor Rodger Wood'[s fabricated NHS (Wales) oh so damaging medical records, clearly proven criminal conduct.

‘Breach of Restraining Order’ Appeal at 14^th March 2013 Cardiff Crown Court

I continue to be in some difficulties in the matter of ‘disclosure’ of evidence, in order to clear my name, concerning the unlawful manner in which I was registered MAPPA level 3, later jailed on spurious ‘machine gun’ offences and then, when it became clear that lot was collapsing, to be then incarcerated in Caswell Clinic prison on a bogus psychiatric report by a Dr Tegwyn Williams who did not even afford me the courtesy of first examining his patient! 09 09 30 INTERIM PSYCHIATRIC REPORT Oct1 2009 REDACTED.pdf

1997 Prevention of Harassment Act clearly indicate a patient’s right to either ‘detect’ or ‘prevent crime’ and my attempts in stopping, once and for all, the twenty years of extreme and unusual bullying by very senior police officers, as my current three month civil trial is so clearly exposing, with their cowardly use of ‘bobbies on the beat’ to do their dirty work.

The Crown Prosecutor clearly stated in Cardiff Crown Court the need for him to give evidence, on oath, to confirm it was he, not the district judge, that arranged the draft ‘restraining order’ to be taken to me in the magistrates’ cells, for my consideration and approval. The fact that only one visit to me ever took place is painfully evident if one simply looks at the oral evidence and conflicting clerk of the court’s and GEOamey Custody Services manager’s section 9 MG 11 witness statements, custody records and CCTV.

I have again attempted to instruct a barrister for Tuesday’s hearing but the Welsh authorities continue to refuse me the right to listen to the court tape, of the period when I was forcefully dragged from the court dock, immediately after the trial judge, yet again, had refused me my right to have my legal papers, already confiscated and lying at the foot of the stairs and that included my defence exhibits for both me and my awaiting defence witnesses.

The Crown Prosecution Service continues to refuse me copies of my depositions, especially those prosecution papers containing Dr Williams further falsified ‘victim’ evidence, of last summer, stating I had ‘harassed’ him and his wife, Dr Janis Hillier, at his home, causing me still more months in jail, whilst un convicted, until all daft charges were reluctantly dropped.

I simply must have the ‘case summary’ prepared for Their Lordships by, e-mail and returned today, as it may be incorrect and order or not for me to hear the portion of Cardiff Crown court tape this week, with the release of depositions, by e-mail, from the CPS, if I or anyone else is going to be ready in time to prove the whole affair was an utter shambles.

I make application that Your Honour does not hear the evidence, today, of police officer Andrew Roch as you presided over too many judicial decisions in the Cardiff Crown that caused my being first found guilty, in 1997, of numerous motoring offences, at a racist magistrates gathering in Bridgend and causing my appeal at Cardiff Crown Court being dismissed leaving me, for life, with the conviction of ‘failing to produce insurance’.

This motoring conviction was part of the January 2001 South Wales Police complaint to the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons that caused my name, on 29^th May 2002, to be removed from the veterinary register, effectively, for life.

Removed from the veterinary register DESPITE the Crown Prosecution Service, the witness ROCH, duty sergeants at both Cowbridge and Ely police station, at the time and subsequently, a string of Cardiff judges all of whom refused to ordering of the identity of the Ely police officers , who spoke to ROCH and CPS, knew or should have made known the names of the CPS and police in the conspiracy, anything to ban me from driving.

Why did so many public servants conduct themselves like this? Because Ely police officers would be implicated and cause enquiry as to how Sgt Roe , with a van load of his mates had, in 1995, smashed their way into my Cardiff veterinary surgery, using a sledge hammer and a crow bar, simply to put back an Inspector Jenner’s daughter into my flat, above, with a purported drug dealer, a Mr Gaphael, all denied, on oath, by Barbara Wilding, the then Chief Constable, in her Feb 2009 affidavit, as having ever happened, with magistrates hearings that would identify those in 24/7 covert surveillance of me the minute, contrary to my parents wishes, back in 1992, I stupidly crossed the Severn Bridge to a judiciary well know to be based on inherent deceit.

To cover up the conspiracies, evidence of which is now trickling out of this three month hearing, Wilding had me registered MAPPA level 3, sectioned under the 1983 Mental Health Act, using a rogue doctor from Caswell Clinic prison, Bridgend, and then tried to obtain a 10 year prison sentence over some antique WW1 machine gun.

Much you know about, Your Honour, thereby indicating a risk of bias should you refuse to allow me to have in court, as a witnesses, the Ely and Cowbridge police officers and ring leader, retired Ms Wilding.

Inherent Deceit to ‘Cover Up’ Wales’ Biggest Corruption Case

Both Western Mail and Evening Post news papers, whose offices are right opposite the Cardiff Civil Justice Centre, have been ordered by ‘HM Partnership’ or ‘Cardiff Cabal’ not to witness or publish any of each day’s alarming revelations in this three month trial of intrigue portraying the wide spread corruption, not just amongst senior officers in the South Wales police but with the active support of administrators from within all the HM Cardiff courts, HM crown Prosecution Service, NHS (Wales), HM prison and HM Court and Tribunal Service.

Today I again face the task of examining, through a witness list, of nearly two hundred police officers on oath in the witness box, most of which but by no means all, having spent some twenty years of bullying me, cheating, lying and deceiving in over one hundred court rooms, here and at the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, anything to prevent me from having any income left to fight back.

This week’s few both serving and retired police officers, who disintegrated under cross examination to state facts entirely different as heard at the RCVS and previous criminal courts, face recall as the conspiracy unfolds.

Barbara Wilding, the then Chief constable, back in 2001, had complained at length to the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons, deliberately deceiving the members of the disciplinary committee and HM Privy Council, that I had been so irresponsible and unprofessional in obtaining so many motoring and criminal offences in such short space of time whilst practicing veterinary medicine in the Vale of Glamorgan.

One of my supporters from England spent many hours, last week, to find this Sun news paper report of my cheque for any lawyer, to defend in a small matter over a ‘machine gun’, concealed ‘per rectum’.

The reasoning behind the SUN’s news paper article was, as a ‘spoiler’, as the police were of the intention to succeed in the machine gun jury trial, should I not finally collapse and confide in one of their chosen lawyers from within their Masonic ‘Taffia’.

Following my acquittal, my having offered no defence evidence at all, The Sun’ promptly ‘shut up’ as newspaper so regularly do, on such embarrassment and were forced to shred the long prepared news article following the promised tip[ off it was to be a mandatory 10 year prison sentence.

It was no publicity stunt on my part, far from it but emphasising, as is coming out now in the daily evidence from the witness box , this Defendant, when ‘stitched up’, ‘locked up’ and black mailed in Cardiff prison also had to turn to extreme measures to obtain his freedom.

In the 2009 laughable, if not so deadly serious ‘machine gun trial’, where the jury told me their minds were made up at the end of the very first day police evidence was challenged, as it was obvious Barbara Wilding ‘set me up’ to be lawfully shot, using Caswell clinic to have me sectioned under the 1983 Mental Health Act, to be registered MAPPA level 3 but I was not to be taken into custody for at least weeks three weeks with the understanding she, with her ‘around the clock’ armed protection’, was shortly to receive my visit!

On 14^th or 15^th March I appeal in the Criminal Court of Appeal, re ‘Breach of Restraining Order’, Their Lordships holding the ‘application to appeal’ in Cardiff Crown Court for the after math of an equally farcical Cardiff May 2012 jury trial, again refused relevant witnesses, where I again had to smuggle huge volumes of legal papers in and out of the prison and into the very court dock, via my much stretched colon, as His Honour Judge Curren QC, numerous predecessors before him, GEOamey Custody Services and HMP Cardiff all because of distinct orders from HMCTS Area Manager, Luigi Stranati, ‘HM prerogative’ and those who really are ultimately ‘in charge’ in the UK.

The now desperate Dr Tegwyn Williams, then chief forensic psychiatrist for the South Wales Police, falsifying my medical records to support his masters, was fast running out of options having , as this current trial judge , His Honour Judge Seys Llewllyn QC, had just pointed out to the NHS (Wales) barrister, currently fighting my million pound damages claim, had recently again signed fraudulent documents, contrary to our country’s Fraud Act, signing that I had been around to his home, again, ‘harassing’ his wife, Dr Janis Hillier, this time and not just himself!

This caused the desired effect and just what the police and CPS were again manipulating, anything to hinder my preparation for this civil damages trial with a further term of imprisonment without any intention of obtaining a conviction.

What is fast emerging from this trial’s evidence and reason for the quasi D notice, preventing press coverage is that the police could not have even launched the hundred and fifty criminal allegations, thrown at me in these past twenty years, without the full cooperation of South Wales’ Crown Prosecution Service and a great long string of bent embittered Cardiff judges also proven to be thoroughly deceitful.

Erroneous Caswell Clinic Psychiatric Reports

I seek guidance from the Crown Prosecution Service in the unlikely event that the presiding judge will accept the Caswell Clinic forensic psychiatrist's findings, that I have 'significant brain damage' and possible brain tumour, meaning I will, again, as already ruled by numerous both English and Welsh courts, that I need a court appointed lawyer to represent me, subject to 1983 and 2007 Mental Health Act and Articles contained in the 1998 Human Rights Act.

The UK NHS (Wales) registered doctor wrote this in September 2009, without qualifications and has, ever since, repeated it to His Honour Judge Bidder QC, on 2nd December 2009, while applying I further sectioned to Ashworth High Security Psychiatric Hospital, IPP and on numerous more recent occasions to both English and Welsh Authorities, only just now coming to light.

He wrote the 2009 Crown Court reports whilst in possession of several expert medical reports to the contrary and following protection promised by the South Wales Police and seven MAPPA meetings causing me to be registered level three. The doctors need to attend by my already applied witness summons in order to clarify or correct this apparent anomaly. .

Fabricated NHS Medical Records and ‘Breach of Restraining Order' Appeal

I came to London to visit the Criminal Court of Appeal, your offices, The General Medical Council and attend meetings with Members of Parliament all relevant to this outstanding appeal. Both HM Cardiff Crown and magistrates Courts, NHS (Wales), GEOamey Custody Services, local CPS and South Wales Police continue to refuse to disclose public records.

After six telephone calls, today, I am still no further forwards in obtaining a corrected 4^th May 12 court transcript of jury trial or hear the digital CDs only under Cardiff control.

Your flat refusal, with the Royal Courts of Justice general office, to either accede to my request for either of you to find me legal representation, at my expense, I find disappointing.

At 10^th November 11 ‘Prevention of Harassment Act 1997' trial, leading to a purported ‘service' of a ‘restraining order', under the most dubious of circumstances, the need for The Recorder of Cardiff's 14^th Nov 11 Court Orders, only just revealed, the subsequent March 12 appeal, against ‘harassment conviction and February 12 Court Order, blocking my right to either examine or cross examine your main witness, the psychiatrist, requires a third JR.

I therefore, reluctantly, disclose to the IPCC, a selection of court tapes of proceedings in Cardiff courts, witnessed by police in the public gallery, gathered over the past twenty years, to indicate the general condition of Welsh ‘justice' apparently accepted by Luigi Stranati, HMCTS (Wales) Manager, for those residing in the Principality. The Welsh Assembly, meanwhile, plod on for their lucrative goal at Westminster for judicial autonomy in Wales.

Enclosed is a sample court tape, subject to a pending and already lodged Judicial Review Applications CO/3970/2012 &CO/6357/2012, as to evidence the jury did not know.

My defence, for the original alleged ‘harassment', cleared by several police officers, denied me as witnesses, is that the much abused and too hurriedly drafted law, contains provisions for those ‘conducting a course of conduct' in the pursuit of ‘detecting' or ‘preventing crime'.

The GMC are now aware that the 2009 Caswell Clinic Psychiatric prison reports were only fabricated for ‘machine gun' MAPPA level 3 indictments but now prejudice the Musa v Haringey Council Six Nigerian children Snatched Appeal, currently with you and continuously being used by HM Cardiff prison such as prevent my attending their 28^th November 2011 London magistrates hearing and my 2012 numerous 2012 Cardiff civil and criminal hearings.

This doctor of these controversial reports remains inappropriately qualified while still stating I have ‘significant irreversible brain damage' and possible cancer requiring court appointed lawyers. Do you require further court tapes or photographic proof for your deliberations?

Appeals against Restraining Order and Breach Thereof

The South Wales Police psychiatrist's protection appears extreme and again highlighted in the enclosed hand written notes taken by one of many helpers, in the public gallery, all determined to witness the original summary conviction of ‘harassment' re fabricated medical evidence, in Nov/ Dec2011 Cardiff Magistrates before District Judge John Charles.
If you accept it as evidence I wish, also, to forward the taped recordings of those quite unusual proceedings when the judge ruled, for no good reason, just as a year earlier [‘common assault' conviction obtained in my absence quashed in May12 Bristol Crown Court], that I was not allowed call or cross examine the police while repeatedly denying my access my own legal papers, even those from my solicitor he had sent, originally, directly to the judge!
Judicial Review Applications CO/3970/2012 & CO/6357/2012 cover some these facts surrounding this and magistrate's subsequent 1^st March 12 Cardiff Crown Court appeal, before his Honour Judge Hughes is where, for no reason, I was, again refused my right to cross examine any prosecution witnesses or have my legal papers in court or call my main defence witnesses.
Their tactic was hatched during the farcical 2010 ‘WW1 Lewis machine gun' trial, on its 2^nd day of its two week hearing, following my cross examination of the first four policemen that caused, not just those in the public gallery but also the jury of my innocence.
Nine members of the jury told us after, in a Cardiff restaurant, "We were forced to return and sit there for another ten days"!
My ability to prepare and attend High Court hearings, in those two years and process these JRs in an orderly manner, was thwarted by these allegations, exemplified from those of many similar prison telephone tapes, enclosed, indicating the conditions I had to endure whilst incarcerated in HM Cardiff Prison BEFORE and DURING the 1^st Dec11 conviction,1^st March 12 Appeal and 4^th May 2012 ‘Breach of Restraining Order' conviction, subject to my much delayed London appeal before the Criminal Court of Appeal.
I apply, as I am refused, for the release of Cardiff prison and GEOamey custody records and to hear the 4^th May 12 Court CDs.

Doctors' Witnesses Summonses for 22^nd January 13 Hearing

Your asking why I need these doctors to give evidence, following District Judge Bodfan Jenkins' predictable refusal to allow me to have a ‘restraining order' varied, in order to receive medical attention, I would of thought somewhat obvious.

Doctor ****** ********, South Wales Police's MAPPA Psychiatrist

This gentleman wrote the enclosed 30^th September 2009 psychiatric report for Cardiff Crown and civil courts recommending I be further sectioned under the 1983 Mental Health Act but registered IPP, Imprisonment for Public Protection, probably for life.

This Welsh doctor pressed that I be transferred to Ashworth High Security Psychiatric Hospital but, he wrote, only because of threats to him by a Norman Scarth RN Rtd as Caswell Clinic was only a medium security psychiatric prison with a 14ft fence.

On 2^nd December 2009 this individual, fully supported by Crown Prosecutor barrister, Richard Thomlow and already accepted by at least seven previous Welsh judges, all recommending my continued incarceration, whilst unconvicted and that I must remain locked up in either Cardiff prison or in his own experimental facility, Caswell Clinic.

This police doctor always gave this information (transcripts enclosed), in my absence, for some reason and always without my designated legal representation present. This time, before His Honour Judge Neil bidder QC, he stated I may have a brain tumour but that I suffered ‘significant brain damage' that was, most likely, irreversible.

No one notified moi of any of this until many, many months later when I luckily escaped by being released from prison. I had been found not guilty for trading in WW1Lewis machine guns, other alleged prohibited weapons and being in possession of a small arsenal of machine gun ammunition enough, apparently, to start a war.

have since then experienced not inconsiderable inconvenience in my failed attempts for clarification of this medical evidence, little obtained only by my three times having to apply, for my own medical records, under the Freedom of Information Act!

No one, to date, in the Principality has indicated the moral fibre to simply elucidate.

Dr Gaynor Jones, Caswell Clinic is a lady, however, I can trust will give medical evidence for my need for the court to vary the Restraining Order
