The epitome of what is so seriously going wrong in South Wales and elsewhere, apparently, in our Country, overcome, in my short life time, as a 'war baby', without even a shot being fired!.

The likes of Cooke QC (Quaintly Corrupted ?) and I know at least nine others in Cardiff Crown Court, have been promised their very own 'independant' judiciary', not answereable to our country's tax payer, Justice Ministry or even basic human rights, originating from our Magna Carta ......God help the Welsh and my many friends there!

Cardiff Crown Court no longer allows release of its more sensitive public records,especially court logs and transcripts of 2nd December 2009 hearing with Crown Prosecution barrister almost begging on his knees, Dr Tegyn Williams in attendance to apply rescusitation,if needed. His Honour Judge Bidder QC would not yield, however, that I needed sending to HM Brooadmoor, IPP. HHJ Cooke QC also refuses to release copy of his court log either, after he jailed me for a month for demanding my medical records so I could have my hip operation. Who spent the day more productively, Meirion and myself sustaining the usual lies and deceit in that building or 'Rick on the Roof' outside, enjoying the sunshine, enlightening the unsuspecting general public with his pamphlets on what really goes on in our UK Courts, dominated by the the abuse of the 'HM' name?
