I Cardiff criminal courts you are invariably denied your legal papers in the court room and if a prisoner you are not even allowed to take them off the prison wing. . . That day, in Cardiff’s Crown Court, before HHJ Crowther QC, I could neither see nor hear much of what was going as my hearing aid had been pinched from my cell, my glasses secreted in in my legal papers, at the foot of the court stairs, hoping to get at the file and compounded by the discomfort from temporary haemorrhoids caused by so much legal data having to be regularly stuffed up my rectum. . . 13th October 2015 1st Dec 2011 Cardiff Magistrates Harassment Conviction Failed Disclosure contrary to Criminal Procedure Rules While I continue to scour the country for a solicitor, to accept instructions for simple disclosure of court records, I will list again what is needed to clear my name of six imprisonments, amounting to three years of my life, deliberately concocted by the South Wales Police simply to prejudice our multiple civil proceedings. 1. Full magistrates court records of the twelve hearings and especially those of the clerk of the court. 2. Copies of all of the prosecution exhibits especially the ones slipped in, on the day of the substantive hearing, suggesting a missive was sent by the victim to Caswell Clinic, Bridgend's police chief psychiatrist. 3. Why was their victim repeatedly denied copies of the magistrate's court exhibits needed to fight the appeal? 3. Full court records of 1st April 2012 Cardiff Crown Court appeal against harassment conviction. 4. Evidence relied on by 4th May 2012 trial judge (1st 'breach of a restraining order') when informing the jury, following their jury note to him, that the magistrates' records were 'not available'. 5.Evidence before Their Lordships, in March 2013, when their reason to refuse the appeal was because no evidence was sent from the Cardiff Crown Court, in the first place, that the jury had asked to see the clerk of the court's notes. Jury had specifically asked for clerk's contemporaneous notes following his hiding in a cell. 6. Full copy of the original court records obtained by the Crown Prosecution Service on, admitted, at least three occasions following alterations to them, each time, by others. 7. Full copy of the magistrate's court records, by February 2012 when copied to the Criminal Cases Review Commission following the victim’s complaint that he had no knowledge of any such 'retaining order ' having been handed down yet alone served on him! 8. Full copy of the victim's immediate 'gate arrest' police records following his release on 1st December 2011 from the Cardiff magistrates' cell that will also record no ‘restraining order’ was given to their prisoner. 9. The identity and full records of the Geoamey Custodial Services officers, on duty that day, who can each give evidence to clear this police victim's name. Why is it, time and time again in our British judicial system, where HM Partnership individuals get ‘found out’ but are privileged to be immune to prosecution, their victims, instead, are made to suffer all the more? While South Wales Police withhold my passport (CONTRARY TO RECORDER OF CARDIFF's EXPRESS ORDERS TO THE CONTRARY), to prevent my preparing for their on-going civil damages trial and Cardiff Prison refuses legal visits, visits from my witnesses, family and helpers while seizing my legal papers and best clothes when they ejected me from the prison for the ambulance.

Only South Wales Police & Cardiff Prison knew I was booked for a 10th Sept 2013 independent prison psychiatric examination with a brain scan from a Dr Seeley, level 12 forensic psychiatrist, who had already supplied the courts, police and me with a written July 2009 report along with Dr Gaynor Jones's favourable report, both on my DOWNLOADS, with both contradicting the 3rd August 2009 MAPPA level 3 report concocted by the Chief Constable, Barbara Wilding and rogue Caswell Clinic police blackmailed psychiatrist who I am not allowed to name.

On 7th August 2009 His Honour Judge Llewellyn Jones QC then had me sectioned 35, under 1983 Mental Health Act, to be incarcerated to Caswell Clinic Prison with out having even been examined by the signatory to the psychiatric report!

HHJ Llewellyn Jones QC went on to gaol me for a month for 'contempt of court', in July 2010, following HHJ Nicholas Cooke having deliberately lied to me when promising me the release to me and clarification of the facts contained in Dr ****** ********/Professor Rodger Woood (Swansea University)/Chief Constable's conspiratorial documents concocted before the 7th June 09 Barry Police Station MAPPA level 3 minutes. Leaked minutes, from another source, record I was 'likely to be shot' (lawfully) if I approached Barbara Wilding as I had done, at her private office, in the inner sanctum of Police HQ, Bridgend just days later.

[On 18th June 2009 I has surrounded by tin hatted police sporting flack jackets, studded with stun grenades whilst brandishing sub machine guns but too many CCTV cameras and members of the general public saved my life].

HHJ Llewellyn- Jones QC then, on 14th November 2011, in order to further cover up the MAPPA/machine gun conspiracy, only orchestrated to halt my police damages claims needing over 300 witnesses, continued to allow the blackmail of the Caswell Clinic psychiatrist and immunity to prosecution.

HHJ Llewellyn- Jones QC sent sealed written orders, as Recorder of Cardiff, to District Judge John Charles, to block my right, on 1st Dec 11 'harassment of Dr' trial, to cross examine, call witnesses or even see the prosecution exhibits! Orders contained therein indicate also how the CPS barrister, David Gareth Evans, was to pretend I was to be served a completed typed Restraining Order, in the cells below, so I would breach it.

4th May 12 jury, for that proposed offence and in my forced absence, asked the bloody obvious question, to see cell and corridor CCTV and court and custody records, if such a 'service' of a court document had ever occurred.

HHJ John Curran QC quickly lied to the jury by saying none was 'available' having clearly been told I was, by then back in the Cardiff prison being attended by a doctor and team of nurses.

Deja Vu?

HHJ Paul Thomas QC knew bloody well the decommissioned WW1 Lewis machine gun, in Jan 2010 trial, to get me a 10 year mandatory prison sentence, had been painted silver from black by an aircraft engineer, after I had sold the DH2 aircraft to the Lincolnshire museum after she flew at the 2000 Farnborough Air Show.

HHJ Paul Thomas QC and prosecution witnesses from the two museums, bought from and sold to, all knew that I knew that they knew that I knew the police had painted it back to 'all black' to try and fool the jury.

Prison refuse to accept stamps from my son and numer4ous others knowing police or Governor Booty continues to hold my passport and dispersable cash for spending whilst in custody

All part of the lawyer driven Cabal 'treacle treatment' and 'black mail on LiPs who refuse to fall for their defence falling into the wrong hands so police can re jig the charges .

My son, Caspar, attempted to get stamps to me on 24th August 13 but they never came to my cell just as with numerous helpers; post sending cash/cheques/ postal orders going blocked, disappeared, stolen or returned.

Cardiff has a thoroughly deceitful environment, almost as bad as Guernsey and a disgrace that it is part of the United Kingdom.

Cardiff Crown Court Hearing 17th Sept 2013

I am out of Wales at last and staying in England as it is currently far too dangerous to return to that place.

Return I will, whether I like it or not but leaving as little a 'carbon foot print' as possible while I try to dispose of any remaining nonsense so regularly metered out by those embittered incestuous bunch of evil bstds that seem to run the place.

I just cannot face any more from such a sick environment dominated by their very own administration based on unabated inherent deceit and driven by avarice knowing they are answerable; it seems, to no one.

Outstanding Issues

1. Police Caswell Clinic Dr / MAPPA level 3/ Attempt to Kill / Machine Gun conspiracy cases are now priority for publicity in England over this routine abuse of process achieved by the continuing ‘cover-ups’ by NHS (Wales), GMC (Wales), IPCC (Wales), HM Cardiff Prison & HMCS (Wales) and controlled by a an Assembly paranoid in getting 'self rule'.

2. This week, for example, I was 'shown the door' from a Cardiff solicitor's office, Declan somebody, for a ridiculous reason but meaning I was not going to get 'his services'. He was my 81st specialist lawyer now I or my past secretary has approached to act in any of my criminal or civil cases initiated, by the way, either by the bullying South Wales Police or equally corrupt Crown Prosecution Service (Wales), a major player in their oiling of the tax payer funded ‘gravy train’.

3. I am today preparing a 'position statement' for my stayed civil damages South Wales Police trial and will speak late today as to dates, times and places of recent police multiple arrests and imprisonments etc but my memory is deteriorating fast.

4. Police disclosure issues, outstanding, are also now most urgent before they are also shredded.

There is now a real risk for my current criminal proceedings being dropped following Cardiff police refusing to investigate an English bailiff being seriously assaulted by squatters.

They were conducting a lawful eviction in Ely on the very same premises of my laughed out of court 1995 criminal offence allegations and 1995 drug boy friend of purported miscarriage police officer's daughter.

What this really means is both police and CPS CCTV footage and documents will now be quickly gathered and shredded, just like it has been every year since 1992 when a conspiracy has gone ‘pear shaped’. Anything to cover up the continuing exposure of extreme police harassment that started, actually, in the very same Cardiff building and triggered by a routine Guernsey police phone call over my arrest for stealing my own motor bike! My apparent causing of ex Chief Inspector Brian Jenner's daughter's miscarriage was the main cause of my last 20years of misery but this fact only came to light during this summer from her boy friend’s evidence in the ninety nine witness three month trial not yet ended.

This CCTV, MG 5/6/11s, S9s etc evidence, as with 2012 'Breach of Restraining Order' jury request for obvious disclosure of court and custody records, are all needed for yet another damages claim with all docs now urgently needed for HMJ Llewellyn QC to witness the continuing harassment by police, CPS,HMCS and others in the Cardiff Cabal, to prejudice the 20 year running civil trial by diluting truth.

5. I enclose a July 2010 Luigi Stranati Area Manager letter, obviously back dated, to try and cover up their disgusting day to day conspiracies and in order to have me struck off the veterinary register. I have never seen the July 09 letter before nor known about it. [Prison has seized my copy of Luigi's letter, along with my legal papers that were in my prison cell further proving conspiracy their futile nefarious conduct.

I was only handed it by the court manager during my arrest, with this week for entering Cardiff Crown Court to apply for legal aid as no solicitor, in Cardiff.

The content of the letter stinks and is clearly 'ultra vires' which just about sums up the Cardiff Cabal still plotting to have me registered as a ‘vexatious litigant.

6. I am also frantic to get back to France as my airfield, in Dinan, have now towed my car away, full of papers, for not returning in time as promised.

Both police and HMP Cardiff deny, before witnesses, having either my legal papers or my new passport despite CCTV footage from police foyers and HM prison C Wings recording I was without either when refused my right to return to collect my things from my prison cell (labelled ‘HIGH RISK’) but, instead, bodily carried by prison officers from the landing and thrown out of the front gate onto the grass.

I am now into my 3rd day in Bristol trawling for solicitors to do any of my work at all, civil or criminal. At least 12 law firms, so far, have not even returned a phone call following my convoluted routes all over the city

One played the usual games, to get my defence for the police, without accepting their firms names to go on court record.....is there nothing new under the sun?

Bristol Crown Court refuse to have any of my criminal cases transferred to them from Cardiff so just how did the CPS manage it, on my last nonsense 'common assault' allegation when I was pushed down Cardiff Crown court steps, on walking sticks, by an ex police bully, Derrick Hasan, who broke my leg?

My lingering in Wales, these past years, was in the hope of seeing my daughter but that is clearly not to happen.

For nearly a year the HM Crown Prosecution Service (Wales) have refused to disclose the depositions prepared for last November's aborted trial by jury containing two Caswell Clinic police psychiatrists victim statements that thst I visited their home and harassed them when I have no idea wher they live or desire to know! I was kept in both Cardiff and Bristol prisons for weeks and weeks while the South Wales Police knew, full well, I have never harassed any doctor in my life and the guilty parties were asked, by senior police, to make up a story to further delay the civil trial while a sequence of break -ins could bee arranged, with my cars and property, to steal my carefully stored exhibits, over the past 20 years or so,

While both psychiatrists are feigning illness, for another year of sick leave due to my 'harassment' they are grossing another £300,000 before private work is considered. The day may start with the police attempting to block still further disclosure of essential evidence of 20 years of extreme bullying and inactivity when I was in trouble. 1.       Defendant ordered, to be produced today , the 27 written complaints, as a written list, currently in possession of Defendant and referred to by former Inspector Sydney Griffiths during his cross examination.

2.       Result from those written complaints, identified on the list, to be disclosed.

3.       Claimant awaits the findings of his other complaints, mainly of non disclosure, not being identified by the Claimant, such as court cases with Claimant being the successful victim and police instigated ‘break ins’ to his various veterinary surgeries and places of residence.

4.       Incidents, referred to in paragraph 3., are absent from Barbara Wilding’s 25^th February 2009 sworn affidavit, prepared by Dolmans and signed six weeks late by her, then as Chief Constable, despite the specific court orders by His Honour Judge Nicholas Chambers QC.

5.       Identification required of which Defendant witness relates to which of Claimant’s 52 leaver arch files given to Defendant,, to copy and so expedite proceedings, as there is now total confusion deliberately caused by Dolmans, solicitors, by having masked out the Claimant’s indices on each spine on every file!

6.       52 files were originally prepared and marked by Claimant’s secretary before they were disclosed as Claimant exhibits for South Wales Police to copy and to ‘settle out of court’.

7.       Claimant is seeking a ‘Medical afternoon’ before or after 3pm’, at the court’s convenience, this week, in order to find a GP, with which to register, well out of South Wales.

8.       The Claimant cannot proceed with cross examination until Crown Prosecution Service (Wales) and the Defendant produce both male psychiatrist’s falsely written and his Dr wife’s section 9 statements created, to adversely affect the Claimant, since 2009, in this trial.

9.       Following orders from Barbara Wilding , to cause the forensic psychiatrist(s) to attend Barry police station, at very short notice , to attend and contribute in the 8^th June MAPPA level 3 meeting, not to inform their victim, the Claimant was so registered and should the Claimant approach the Defendant again, to attempt ‘witness statements exchange’ he was ‘likely to be shot’ ‘.[quote from MAPPA contemporaneous notes taken at the time]

10.   The doctor’s 2012 victim MG 11witness statements are partly dictated and counter signed.

11.   That , alone, has caused the Claimant to be detained in numerous police stations, law courts and HM prisons due to one doctors and NHS (Wales) facing my million pound damages claim citing Barbara Wilding and her agents in the conspiracy.

I was originally awarded a jury trial by His Honour Judge Nicholas Chambers QC, nearly 10 years ago, against the bullying South Wales Police over our currently hotly contested 35 mainly motoring incidents being heard, NOW, before His Honour Judge Seys Llewellyn QC, at Cardiff’s Civil Justice Centre.

But only, His Honour said, if I chose any eight from the list.

I did and Swansea High Court judge promptly overturned it as too ‘document heavy’ for a jury to ‘comprehend’ so I suggested one jury for each incident!

[My gut feeling told me, now proved, as in my Royal College of Veterinary College ‘HM Partnership’ controlled trial and Lynette White murder trial scandal, also fiddled in Swansea and also refused to be heard out of Wales, no local judge was ever going to give me a jury unless the Welsh appointed judge could ‘get away’ with using case law, eg ‘Hill’, the murdered girl by ‘Sutcliffe’ ‘Jack the Ripper’ allowing police, effectively, ‘no duty of care’.

What I considered, for compromise, was say, four or five incidents for a jury, at a time.

But my old inherited gift of ‘premonitions’, from Mum or Dad, told me to forget it, that has kept me alive, so far, on ‘terra firma’, in ‘terra aqua’ and even after 14 ‘donkey stops’, having ‘broken the bonds of Earth’ only to suddenly finding myself running out of height , airspeed and ideas, all at the same time!

While I was about to set off from Biggin Hill, with 51 other aircraft, senior South Wales police officers were scheeming to have my name removed from the veterinary register all planned for shortly after my return from Australia.

Erroneous Caswell Clinic Psychiatric Reports

I seek guidance from the Crown Prosecution Service in the unlikely event that the presiding judge will accept the Caswell Clinic forensic psychiatrist's findings, that I have 'significant brain damage' and possible brain tumour, meaning I will, again, as already ruled by numerous both English and Welsh courts, that I need a court appointed lawyer to represent me, subject to 1983 and 2007 Mental Health Act and Articles contained in the 1998 Human Rights Act.

The UK NHS (Wales) registered doctor wrote this in September 2009, without qualifications and has, ever since, repeated it to His Honour Judge Bidder QC, on 2nd December 2009, while applying I further sectioned to Ashworth High Security Psychiatric Hospital, IPP and on numerous more recent occasions to both English and Welsh Authorities, only just now coming to light.

He wrote the 2009 Crown Court reports whilst in possession of several expert medical reports to the contrary and following protection promised by the South Wales Police and seven MAPPA meetings causing me to be registered level three. The doctors need to attend by my already applied witness summons in order to clarify or correct this apparent anomaly. .

Fabricated NHS Medical Records and ‘Breach of Restraining Order' Appeal

I came to London to visit the Criminal Court of Appeal, your offices, The General Medical Council and attend meetings with Members of Parliament all relevant to this outstanding appeal. Both HM Cardiff Crown and magistrates Courts, NHS (Wales), GEOamey Custody Services, local CPS and South Wales Police continue to refuse to disclose public records.

After six telephone calls, today, I am still no further forwards in obtaining a corrected 4^th May 12 court transcript of jury trial or hear the digital CDs only under Cardiff control.

Your flat refusal, with the Royal Courts of Justice general office, to either accede to my request for either of you to find me legal representation, at my expense, I find disappointing.

At 10^th November 11 ‘Prevention of Harassment Act 1997' trial, leading to a purported ‘service' of a ‘restraining order', under the most dubious of circumstances, the need for The Recorder of Cardiff's 14^th Nov 11 Court Orders, only just revealed, the subsequent March 12 appeal, against ‘harassment conviction and February 12 Court Order, blocking my right to either examine or cross examine your main witness, the psychiatrist, requires a third JR.

I therefore, reluctantly, disclose to the IPCC, a selection of court tapes of proceedings in Cardiff courts, witnessed by police in the public gallery, gathered over the past twenty years, to indicate the general condition of Welsh ‘justice' apparently accepted by Luigi Stranati, HMCTS (Wales) Manager, for those residing in the Principality. The Welsh Assembly, meanwhile, plod on for their lucrative goal at Westminster for judicial autonomy in Wales.

Enclosed is a sample court tape, subject to a pending and already lodged Judicial Review Applications CO/3970/2012 &CO/6357/2012, as to evidence the jury did not know.

My defence, for the original alleged ‘harassment', cleared by several police officers, denied me as witnesses, is that the much abused and too hurriedly drafted law, contains provisions for those ‘conducting a course of conduct' in the pursuit of ‘detecting' or ‘preventing crime'.

The GMC are now aware that the 2009 Caswell Clinic Psychiatric prison reports were only fabricated for ‘machine gun' MAPPA level 3 indictments but now prejudice the Musa v Haringey Council Six Nigerian children Snatched Appeal, currently with you and continuously being used by HM Cardiff prison such as prevent my attending their 28^th November 2011 London magistrates hearing and my 2012 numerous 2012 Cardiff civil and criminal hearings.

This doctor of these controversial reports remains inappropriately qualified while still stating I have ‘significant irreversible brain damage' and possible cancer requiring court appointed lawyers. Do you require further court tapes or photographic proof for your deliberations?

Appeals against Restraining Order and Breach Thereof

The South Wales Police psychiatrist's protection appears extreme and again highlighted in the enclosed hand written notes taken by one of many helpers, in the public gallery, all determined to witness the original summary conviction of ‘harassment' re fabricated medical evidence, in Nov/ Dec2011 Cardiff Magistrates before District Judge John Charles.
If you accept it as evidence I wish, also, to forward the taped recordings of those quite unusual proceedings when the judge ruled, for no good reason, just as a year earlier [‘common assault' conviction obtained in my absence quashed in May12 Bristol Crown Court], that I was not allowed call or cross examine the police while repeatedly denying my access my own legal papers, even those from my solicitor he had sent, originally, directly to the judge!
Judicial Review Applications CO/3970/2012 & CO/6357/2012 cover some these facts surrounding this and magistrate's subsequent 1^st March 12 Cardiff Crown Court appeal, before his Honour Judge Hughes is where, for no reason, I was, again refused my right to cross examine any prosecution witnesses or have my legal papers in court or call my main defence witnesses.
Their tactic was hatched during the farcical 2010 ‘WW1 Lewis machine gun' trial, on its 2^nd day of its two week hearing, following my cross examination of the first four policemen that caused, not just those in the public gallery but also the jury of my innocence.
Nine members of the jury told us after, in a Cardiff restaurant, "We were forced to return and sit there for another ten days"!
My ability to prepare and attend High Court hearings, in those two years and process these JRs in an orderly manner, was thwarted by these allegations, exemplified from those of many similar prison telephone tapes, enclosed, indicating the conditions I had to endure whilst incarcerated in HM Cardiff Prison BEFORE and DURING the 1^st Dec11 conviction,1^st March 12 Appeal and 4^th May 2012 ‘Breach of Restraining Order' conviction, subject to my much delayed London appeal before the Criminal Court of Appeal.
I apply, as I am refused, for the release of Cardiff prison and GEOamey custody records and to hear the 4^th May 12 Court CDs.

Doctors' Witnesses Summonses for 22^nd January 13 Hearing

Your asking why I need these doctors to give evidence, following District Judge Bodfan Jenkins' predictable refusal to allow me to have a ‘restraining order' varied, in order to receive medical attention, I would of thought somewhat obvious.

Doctor ****** ********, South Wales Police's MAPPA Psychiatrist

This gentleman wrote the enclosed 30^th September 2009 psychiatric report for Cardiff Crown and civil courts recommending I be further sectioned under the 1983 Mental Health Act but registered IPP, Imprisonment for Public Protection, probably for life.

This Welsh doctor pressed that I be transferred to Ashworth High Security Psychiatric Hospital but, he wrote, only because of threats to him by a Norman Scarth RN Rtd as Caswell Clinic was only a medium security psychiatric prison with a 14ft fence.

On 2^nd December 2009 this individual, fully supported by Crown Prosecutor barrister, Richard Thomlow and already accepted by at least seven previous Welsh judges, all recommending my continued incarceration, whilst unconvicted and that I must remain locked up in either Cardiff prison or in his own experimental facility, Caswell Clinic.

This police doctor always gave this information (transcripts enclosed), in my absence, for some reason and always without my designated legal representation present. This time, before His Honour Judge Neil bidder QC, he stated I may have a brain tumour but that I suffered ‘significant brain damage' that was, most likely, irreversible.

No one notified moi of any of this until many, many months later when I luckily escaped by being released from prison. I had been found not guilty for trading in WW1Lewis machine guns, other alleged prohibited weapons and being in possession of a small arsenal of machine gun ammunition enough, apparently, to start a war.

have since then experienced not inconsiderable inconvenience in my failed attempts for clarification of this medical evidence, little obtained only by my three times having to apply, for my own medical records, under the Freedom of Information Act!

No one, to date, in the Principality has indicated the moral fibre to simply elucidate.

The point is that neither the police Caswell Clinic psychiatrist nor psychologist Professor Wood are medically qualified to interpret a CT brain scan as that is the role of the neuro-radiologist who has training and qualifications so to do.

Anticipating the continuing conduct of the Welsh courts, to protect their very own NHS's conduct in a similar manner to the way they had so far protected their police force, irrespective of the facts, I quietly lobbed into their cess pit of deceipt, rather like a Mills bomb into the mill pool for trout, a petty debt £840 claim for bus fares and time wasted, travelling backwards and forwards countless times to Caswell Clinic, when originally promised my medical records used on 2nd December 09 to have me sent to Ashworth. That claim, as predicted, to prevent the doctor having the risk of committing perjury, was settled out of court to the cost to the tax payer well in excess of £20,000.

At my 20^th December 2012 magistrate’s application, to be able to see my South Wales doctor, this 13^th December Morgan Cole document was, without me knowing, already with both District Judge Bodfan Jenkins and CPS Mr Dicken, the latter summoned to represent Her Majesty.

All four parties, the NHS, the protected rogue doctor, scheming judge and bewildered CPS ALL blocked the progress of the case by pre arranging yet another adjournment, a game they have played now for over a year…...anything to cover up the truth.

Like wise, Bodfan Jenkins, an old hand at perverting the course of justice, held back the clerk of the court’s notes of the May 12 ‘shooting walking stick’ hearing following my repeated attempts to have my totally legal property returned by the police following their 2009 ‘machine gun’ house raid fiasco.

The case was adjourned, far too embarrassing for a public arena. My medical care will have wait until their conclusion at 22^nd January hearing!!!…….. come, witness and inhale their stench

Letter to GMC:

I emphasize that in writing my psychiatric reports Dr ******** was unduly influenced by the South Wales Police to report that I was suffering mental health problems resulting from ‘significant’ brain damage and that in coming to such a conclusion Dr ******** deliberately ignored reports from properly qualified radiologists stating that my brain scan was normal for a man of my age.

Instead the doctor sought out the advice of a clinical psychologist researcher who was not qualified to interpret such scans (and who was not made aware of the radiologists reports) and then moved beyond even this advice to tell numerous courts on the basis of no evidence whatsoever that I had suspected brain cancer.

There is an outstanding civil damages claim surrounding police operation, ‘Operation Chalice’ and a ‘machine gun’ I once owned attached to my aircraft. The armed police raid, backed by helicopter, on the marital home on 22^nd June 2009, marked the date of our marital separation. Witnesses present are reluctant to disclose any information always needed. That includes witness identification, copy of all statements taken and substance of all conversations and how and when the house search was carried out etc My daughter was again at risk, under police code name ‘Operation Orchid’, to ‘snatch her by Social Services. It is MAPPA and a rogue forensic psychiatrist that caused, if you wish to believe a word of it, added reasons given and accepted in court, as to why I was not to be released for nearly eight months and in return sectioned under the 1983 Mental Health Act.

Yesterday the usual attempts were made to ridicule a GP's medical certificate, I had handed in at the court door but that is what happens when their own rogue doctor is allowed to say I am 'mad', with irreversible, probably, 'significant brain damage' and a possible brain tumour and get away with it! 09 09 01radiologist scans report.pdf

Their very own forensic psychiatrist was to suite their collapsing 'machine gun' trial, the latest in string of false imprisonments. Reliant on a widespread Welsh judicial conspiracy, which even meant using MAPPA and England’s FTAC, as they did, was bound to fail, but now, again, compounding an ordinary GP’s work, someone just trying to do her job.

Remember, Cowbridge Health Centre, my registered practice for nearly 18 years, dropped me like a ‘hot potato’ as soon as I won the ‘machine gun’ Caswell Clinic fiasco and walked free from the abuse of the Mental Health Act.

Remember, my Ravenscroft, Barry medical practice, very soon after, also dropped me like a ‘hot potato’ as soon as they produced a medical report, deliberately withheld by the Cardiff Magistrates, from the then 2^nd Nov 10 presiding judge, for the ‘relatively minor incident, as District Judge Charles called it. Charles confirmed he knew of my being pushed down a flight of stairs by a bully boy ex-police officer, to finish up in Casualty with a broken leg but was the judge to prevent my cross examining, on medical grounds, any prosecution witnesses leaving it to another to adjudicate upon.

District Judge John Charles, even said the penalty for my common assault conviction carries ‘no order’ frantic, of course, I did not appeal it as it was heard in my absence, with no cross examination whatsoever. Yes, you guessed it, the GP’s report in 2010, as with yesterday, was also ridiculed.

So when this NHS (Wales) GP writes that I now need a another brain scan, whatever judges, may wish to say or do behind the scenes, how do they go about stopping it?

Only in the minds of those who were brought up in believing in 'the rule of law' feel it is time for some prosecutions around here.

So what just did The Honourable Mr Justice Beatson have to say relevant to Article 6?

His first duty was to consider the content of this police commisioned and Crown Court used medical report now with my GP pending result of another brain scan....

Reliable witnesses sat in court only to hear the continuing Welsh judiciary, MAPPA and HM Prison Cardiff and NHS (Wales) cover up over a rogue NHS (Wales) doctor backed by a Swansea Professor who also falsified medical reports. Why? Just to get an IPP on an Englishman having failed in getting him shot. The crime, pray? For 20 years of questioning Cardiff courts’ inherent conduct, clearly only answerable to cyberspace.

This was an oral Judicial Review Application CO/3970/2012 from apparent failures in both Nov/Dec 11 Cardiff Magistrates and 1^st/ 2^nd March 2012 Crown Court hearings concerning allegations of harassment of a NHS (Wales) level 12 consultant forensic psychiatrist who had knowingly falsified the victim’s medical records without appropriate qualifications

Mr Justice Beatson said there was 'no challenge' in law to the fact, in both sets of court proceedings, I was:

1. refused any of my legal papers in court left lying my prison cell...... exactly as in the Jan/Feb 2010 ‘machine gun jury trial’ fiasco

2. refused any of my legal papers from my own solicitor, especially collected and delivered to court by so many frustrated helpers...... exactly as in the ‘machine gun’ trial

3. refused the right to cross examine any prosecution witnesses, not even the investigating police officer...... exactly as in the ‘machine gun trial’ when allowed only six questions

4. appointed a lawyer, against my wishes, given no defence instructions or any idea of the defence’s case (the reasonable right to detect and prevent further criminal conduct etc)

5. appointed a lawyer who refused to challenge prosecution evidence including that of the unqualified doctor, the complainant, who had contradicted the diagnosis from doctors who carried out the series of brain scans

6. refused my right to call defence witnesses, the above doctors, for example or even to be allowed to interview, as eye witnesses or obtain police personal note books including those from the seven police officers who had concluded, at many of the incidents, no crime was likely to be committed should there be distribution of ‘Wanted’ posters.

His Lordship went on to say, I am told, he was notifying the next JR judge, about to deliberate over His Honour Judge Hughes QC, of March 12 Harassment appeal, also refusing me right to cross examine any one when not even giving reason.

This next JR application is should Cardiff courts be made to ‘state a case’ as to why it was it lawful to prevent my cross examining anyone, with no prosecution evidence challenged by anyone either!

As with District Judge John Charles' 2nd November 10 'common assault' Cardiff case, appealed to Bristol Crown shortly, when the cabal first tested their new tactic concerning the above there is far too much at stake, now, for any hope of justice.

An extract from the 1st March 12 Appeal transcript, paid for and sent to The Royal Courts of Justice on the 8th June for Mr Justice Beatson to indicate just how nefarious conduct is rife here and clearly inherent in their nature.

Despite the expensive transcript being sent onto to Cardiff Civil Justice Centre, confirmed to me by letter, Mr Justice Beatsonclearly clearly indicated, to my four witnesses at the back of Cardiff's Administrative, he never ever saw them.

It didn't end there ,apparently, he went on to I repremanded me for not complying with Mr Justice Singh's order to do just what I did!

Further enquiry, since the Applicant was released from Cardiff prison over this latest conspiracy, indicates there are a significant number of other victims in South Wales with similar accounts to tell, explaining just why this doctor continues to enjoy immunity as an ‘absolute witness’, an expression to be milked, no doubt, in Cardiff, in the next few years, during judicial melt down when he need only to be ‘cross examined’, even if from HM Partnership’s court own appointed lawyer!

They all relate to this notion of an ‘absolute witness’, a forensic psychiatrist for the South Wales Police and who, all alone, obtained the protracted incarceration of Maurice John Kirk under Section 35 of 1983 Mental Health Act.

Oh no, of course not, just like my 23^rd April High Court hearing, while I was in prison, Civil damages 20 year running damages claim, ‘striking out’ the police prosecution incidents where numerous Cardiff court officials had been caught falsifying, again, court records.

Cardiff court judge and /or staff truly excelled themselves, yesterday, in saying ‘no application’ had been made for an adjournment….

My helpers came out of the Cardiff Civil Justice building to demonstrating ‘Rick on the Roof’ and me, to say my case 'would be' dismissed, as I should have notified the court earlier for an adjournment with my suggestion and application that it was only common sense to consolidate both JRs as 'state a case' in the Crown Court appeal was a similar but very different argument in law. I have suffered 20 years of Cardiff Civil Justice managers' campaign to distort the facts and withhold vital sent in documents to RCJ visiting judges

The judge had to adjourn for 30 minutes for another matter. Quick as a flash I was on the phone paying a court fee of £80 for another application while the blank application form was being tricked out of them for me to fill in. One of my portly but able ‘runners’ then alighted the court steps, again, at break neck speed , with form filled in and with much aplomb served the papers on the disreputable organisation.

Within a mere few nanoseconds, it seemed, a smart young but somewhat embarrassed court official came panting out on to the pavement, grasping in his hand , ‘Chamberlain style’, a piece of paper.

It was the sealed/stamped court record of my latest application to consolidate this current episode of Cardiff Cabal skulduggery.

“Your case has been dismissed and I have been sent down by the court to reimburse the £80 court fee”, he said, as I quietly logged the time he spoke on the back of my hand.

I looked at the piece of paper, my hurriedly but sealed by the court, filled-in application of seven minutes earlier and made off with it to ’have it out’ with the judge and a bloody nose did cross my mind.

But did this visiting judge know any thing of this reimbursement scam either?

I was considered too unwell to enter court by those present, as did my GP and so returned the form to the clerk, remonstrating I was not allowed an application but promised a copy.

No, of course the case had not yet been dismissed, it was just bluff but was the judge aware? Had this judge ever been told of the first application let alone the second?

‘HM Partnership’ has once again come to their rescue.

I continue to be banned from the building, except for court room of listed case and soon even that will be blocked when I am registered a Vexatious Litigant.

After a convivial lunch with the K-Team, my helpers hear the case, without me, culminating in the judge’s indication that the outstanding ‘state a case’ JR or any others in the pipe line will be linked.

SO WHY WON'T ANY ONE IN CARDIFF MAGISTRATES RELEASE TO ME OR MY LAWYER OR CROWN COURT RELEASE JUST WHAT ORDERS CAME FROM THEIR ADMIN COURT TO BLOCK MY RIGHT TO APPEAL.....

At last, this week, as if in stereo, both CPS and Magistrates admit having 'no record' of any draft 1st Dec 11 'restraining order' or what ever was served on me in the cell, but identifying a high court judge, on the records, had given directions without myself being notifed thereby obstucting the appeal remedy
