HM Treasury Solictor blocks Abuse of Process Application

As Maurice's files go missing, having been hawked around Whitehall for 2 years, without him knowing, only a few of the 130 cases are left and just happens to coincide with Court of Appeal's refusal by Lord Justice Thomas, refusing Maurice legal representation for application for a jury trial for police harassment, with Collins J, chipping in his pennyworth, refusing any 'disclosure' at all of original RCVS contemporaneous notes of the enquiry or for the HM college to be linked as co defendants in the 16 year running case for damages. Maurice could not possibly comment on any of this for fear the RCVS Disciplinary Committee deem his information, again, 'irrelevant'.
