What do you expect when ALL our public servants in the UK are swearing an oath of allegiance to serve the MONARCH and NOT to the People and Justice? - Then the Monarchy and her SPIN merchants (assisted by the PRESS & MEDIA) have the barefaced cheek to call this POLICE STATE a democracy.

Thank God 22 MPs have protested recently about swearing a Oath allegiance to the Queen, as they want to serve the People and Justice.

This is good news for the People.

The Inland Revenue in COLLUSION with High Court ‘Judges’ dispossessed me of my London home and possessions on Summary Conviction, in a Kangaroo Court, and Seventeen (17) Police Officers and High Court Sheriffs  put me on to the street at 7:00am on 30 March 2009.  I have been denied JUSTICE and I have NOT been compensated for my losses yet.  The BBC is fully aware of this case and the CORRUPT Courts in the UK, but are wilfully covering ALL this CORRUPTION up.

Unfortunately the BBC is a propaganda machine for the British Government, which ironically is funded by the British People, via a TV Licence, who they misinform, oppress and DEFRAUD the People:

Daniel Hannan MEP, is a HERO, and is my kind of man.  The likes of Dr Rudi Vis MP, Dr Vince Cable MP and  Daniel Hannan MEP will hopefully change what is so wrong with the justice system in the UK: – Trial by Jury is Democracy: -

I can't make it down to London this time round fellas but I wish you every success in attracting public, and possibly, media attention, to our rotten and corrupt legal and judicial system,

Whatever it takes, we must have our inalienable right to trial by jury reinstated in this country because over and over again the judiciary have proven to their victims that they are corrupt and the legal system exists only to nurture and preserve those within it who feed at the trough of the public purse.

My own experiences :- A judge who with , "regret and no small measure of embarrassment," rejected the evidence of a supposedly 'expert' witness, and then sought to excuse him by stating that he felt that he had been trying to give his client, "Value For Money.

The truth was that he had tried to aid and abet his client to pervert the course of justice, and gain a pecuniary advantage by fabricating a supposedly 'expert' report that had been a pack of provable lies and deceptions from day one.

Then there was the barrister, who is now a judge on Tyneside, who stood by and allowed the same client to put a pack of lies to the court which were in conflict with the pleaded case that he, the barrister, had authored.

Two different stories from the same crook.

One to get £32,000 of legal aid to evade a debt of just £6,173, shared between lawyers and so called 'expert witnesses, and the other, to gain a judgement favourable to himself.

Despite my submissions to the judge that there were two different stories of contract from one and the same person, in his outcome driven judgement, he ruled on the second version.

This would never ever have happened before a jury of my own peers.

This is shown by the fact that my website, "Colin Peters Before The Court of Public Opinion" has been viewed by thousands of people, including a great many lawyers, and not one person has  questioned my claims of injustice.

Having witnessed the authorities'  thorough determination in London to block the Battle Bus from the protest march, a procession sadly marred with the usual small proportion of headless chickens, it is clear we must strike out with more protests around the country. We must keep them simple with a clear agenda and greivance that our resperctive Members of Parliament CAN NO LONGER  IGNORE.
