Welsh HM Court Service Cabal

Money no object, time not importent, the Welsh HM court Service and Crown Court judges are determined to get their 0.45 kilo of flesh for my exposing the machine gun conspiracy, police attempt to have me shot and the Dr Tegwyn Williams (in the dep pockets of Southe Wales Police) fraudulant medical reports to have me sectioned under the 1983 Mental Health Act to Broadmoor, IPP, most likely for life.

10 Cardiff judges knowingly refused me bailed in a joint attempt for Dr will;iams to fabricat over 4 moths 5, at least, false medical reports immune to prosecution as in the pay of HM Partnership.

Please study the Judicial Rewview download on what the judges in Cardiff Magistrates now are prepared to do about these criminal acts by Dr Williams.

Likely to be Shot if Maurice returns to South Wales

Maurice appealed today, in his 45% pass O level French, against the French Authorites, OPFRA, refusing to extend his 5 months protection from the Welsh Authorites including HM Partnership and the police..

Leaked 8th June 2009 MAPPA minutes from a meeting in Barry police station revealed Maurice was being set up for a 'lawful killing by police snipers while he was attempting to 'exchange witness statements' with Barbara Wilding, the then Chief Constable of the South Wales Police, as part of the 19 year running civil action for 10 years of bullying and malicious prosecutions.

Download is the 30th March 2011 French refusal reliant on Maurice's 'own courts' to give him 'protection' under Union law.....oh what a joke! To think, 10 Cardiff judges refused him bail and one them, The Recorder of Cardiff, .Nicholas Cooke, refused three times damned well knowing that the medical reports by Dr Tewgwyn Williams, that Maurice must be locked up due to 'significant brain damage' and possible brain tumour, were fabricated at the behest of the HM Crown Prosecution Service to further delay the civil action for malicious prosecutions..

South Wales Police under Investigation at House of Lords

To ask Her Majesty's Government whether they will investigate the procedures and management of the South Wales Police Authority and its chief executive; and whether they will investigate the Authority's compliance with articles 8, 10 and 13 of the European Convention on Human Rights.

My right honourable friend the Home Secretary cannot undertake an investigation of South Wales Police Authority, as she has no official powers to investigate or to initiate an investigation of this nature. If the noble Lord has a particular concern, he should raise it with the relevant authority, such as Her Majesty's Inspector of Constabulary or the Independent Police Complaints Commissioner.

To ask Her Majesty's Government whether they will ask HM Inspector of Constabulary, HM Crown Prosecution Service Inspectorate, the Independent Police Complaints Commission and the Welsh Audit Office to investigate the management, procedures and efficiency of the South Wales Police Authority and its chief executive.

Dear Sirs,

Re Dr Tegwyn Williams, Dr Ruth Bagshawe and Professor Roger Wood

A friend has written this for me and it may helps to see some simple information. Below is a letter 31 December 2010 sent to Dr Tegwyn Williams employers, the NHS except , on the occasion, in court I was neither under his care as someone else had employed him, in NHS time.

1) It appears to me that Prof Rodger Wood is re-writing his report to help cover up what I believe to be the serious wrong doing by Dr Tegwyn Williams as in my letter 31 December 2010 (copy below).

2) Dr Tegwyn Williams said in Cardiff Crown Court, on 2 December 2009 (caught on transcript) that I had possible brain cancer with significant brain damage when it now appears, Dr Williams did not believe that to be true.

3) That is seemingly dishonest and/or malicious comment and may potentially be sourced back as coming from Prof Rodger Wood.

4) I believe Prof Rodger Wood re-wrote his report to hide that wrong doing. One point of evidence that Prof Wood re-wrote his September 09 report is that he refers to a retired Chief Constable who was not retired at the time of the report , retiring on 31^st December 2009.

5) I both saw and read the original document whilst incarcerated in the hell of Caswell Clinic ,Bridgend.

6) Both Dr Williams and Prof Wood now try and run away from their false writings and will not clarify where they clearly tried to seriously prejudice my major legal case, trading in machine guns, that I won to their detriment.

7) However both Dr Williams and Prof Wood now try and run away from their false writings and will not clarify, for their fellow professionals and employer, so that I cannot have my operation until my recent Wales anaesthetist and new French doctors know what is wrong regards cancer or brain damage.

8)Please can you urgently help so that I can have my operation? I am in very much pain and have been on higher doses of morphine for far too long so that the conduct of Prof Rodger Wood and Dr Tegwyn Williams puts my well being at risk.

Missing Medical Records

Dear Mr Sissling,

At present replies from the ABMU NHS regards Dr Tegwyn Williams avoid the critical issues. Here is one example to make it very clear

Dr Tegwyn Williams has been caught on court transcript on 2 December 2009 saying that I have brain cancer. He refuses to comment either way to clinical colleagues or myself regards his comments about my brain cancer which were said for a Court and other public authority to use. This prevents me having my hip operation. I am in terrible pain from your delay in dealing with Dr Tegwyn Williams.

As you will be aware, the news of Dr Tegwyn Williams conduct is increasingly known amongst public and patients, so that if you are unable to clear up this issue, the patient community is going to have such sound reason to avoid needed or essential care on the basis Dr Tegwyn Williams and his employers cannot be trusted. I believe that to be a fundamental failure in the duty of a public body and by public officials to carry out their obligations.

Do you think Dr Tegwyn Williams should tell Officials at Court that I have brain cancer, and then refuse to explain to me or my doctors?

I still cannot have my hip operation and am in despite pain. Please would you attend to this single issue without delay.

Dr Tegwyn Williams and Professor Roger Wood, both of South Wales, agreed to concoct a medical record on a remand prisoner, at the behest of South Wales Police in order to lock him away without trial. Anything to stop the ongoing civil action for damages, following eighteen years of malicious prosecutions, false imprisonments and refusals to properly investigate crime. Please note the falsification and/or redaction of custody videos with disclosure still not achieved of custody video when Maurice was beaten up in Roath police station, Cardiff.

Please also note the conduct of the retired judge, Sir John Wood, believed to be 'not fit for purpose', due to evident ill health throughout the months of proceeding to get Maurice struck off the veterinary register.

This extract of further falsified police evidence, re-written in October, after April 2000 note book record, now used at RCVS January 2001 hearing, following Inspector Collins, of Barry police station, lodging complaint to have Maurice's name removed from the veterinary register for 'failing to give a roadside breath test' that led to a zero, zero definitive test at Rumney police station. Police then called a doctor for drug abuse examination, but refused, clearly satisfied the police had their own unlawful agenda.This month the trial judge, in civil action, asks to see video(s)....ruling as to whether this incident is relevant to 'police oppression' next week
