The Royal College of Veterinary Surgeon's unique conduct, on one of its members since 1844, was to prevent re-instatement of a previously 'struck off' veterinary surgeon, thereby preventing him to obtain both the falsified evidence and withheld favourable evidence by Penningtons, solicitors and the College's own ‘in house' lawyers, the Registrar and Deputy Registrar.

At the original 2002 shambolic hearing not only were relevant defence witnesses denied, but the college deliberately used a ‘legal assessor' clearly not ‘fit for purpose'.
