With certain relief I have an all clear and just jotted down the following to nail a rogue judicial system and corrupt South Wales Police doctor once and for all but I am not holding my breath, knowing the widespread corruption in their legal trade financed by the unsuspecting tax payer.....

‘Harassment’ Conviction of South Wales Police Psychiatrist

1. My enclosed 3^rd August 12 letter to both Admin and Criminal Appeal Courts 12 08 03 Criminal Court of Appeal ref (1).pdf , for this JR application, appears not to have reached you despite my being told all my JR and Court of Appeal (Civil Division) applications, to the RCJ, are always re directed back to this Principality in line for future autonomy. Your 14^th Aug 12 letter confirms.

2. Why then, please, has this application, alone, remained in London for adjudication when the others, recently, were not despite my numerous pleadings for impartiality?

3. My enclosed letter indicates there are serious failed disclosure issues yet to be addressed by both the Cardiff Crown Court and Cardiff Magistrates before progress.

4. I only now discover there were clandestine orders from a Cardiff High Court judge, influencing the 2011 Magistrates hearing still refused me. I enclose the proof.

5. Both The CPS and Cardiff Magistrates have now, this month, reversed their previous, by statements in both courts, of having various draft ‘restraining Orders’, only shown to me, leading up to the typed and signed 1^st Dec11 official document NEVER served.

6. HM Crown Prosecution Service, Cardiff Magistrates and employed prosecution barrister, David Gareth Evans, all now deny having any record of any draft Orders!!!!

7. No ‘Restraining Order’ was ever handed to me in the Cardiff magistrates’ cells, on 1^st Dec 2011 or posted to my address because the planned prison sentence was altered, at short notice by District Judge Charles, as the case was ‘falling apart’, CPS switching exhibits etc, before numerous human rights workers gathered from all over Europe.

8. I should not have been released; it was not the original MAPPA agenda. I was supposed to have returned to prison where the ‘Restraining Order’ would then have been served, after the maximum sentence and my only released on licence, signed for.

9. My serious Bristol injuries to my head and neck, time in hospital and need for a brain scan, is further reason why I request this JR matter be relisted for my solicitor and Swansea barrister, previously instructed for that purpose, due to my incapacity.

10. The result of this scandalously overdue brain scan with expert reports indicate, yet again, the 2009 rogue South Wales Police psychiatrist, ‘victim’ of my 'harassment’ when not, my actions were to prevent further acts of crime (see 1997 Prevention of Harassment Act), was neither qualified to diagnose 'significant brain damage’ and a brain cancer and was a liar on oath before numerous MAPPA and Crown Courts, eg:

"Threats to Kill" & Christopher Paul Ebbs Alias Christopher Alexander Aircraft Engineer Oxford Crown Court Wednesday 15th August

This individual with the South Wales Police gave evidence, on oath, before the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons.

My name was then removed from the veterinary register, effectively, for life.

This individual also had possession of my cub, for a short time, the one I flew to Australia and Japan before she sadly sank off the coast of Haiti, my 14th engine failure.

I visited Oxford Crown Court, yesterday, on behalf of many pilots and aircraft owners who have had dealings, these past 17 years, with Ebbs alias Alexander.

Once inside the building I was approached by him but I refused to stop to speak other than to say I had been advised not to go near him. His barrister then also approached me, apparently looking for him, so he was directed in Ebb's direction.

Inside Court 4 the usher asked why I was there and was I part of the proceedings? I was assured it was listed for trial. By that I remarked I was no longer able to practice veterinary surgery and in a jocular fashion, a comment, tape recorded and ordered by me for aviation web sites and Pprune blog later, that caused, I now find out, for me to be later asked to leave the court building which I did.

Other aviators and interested parties continued to fill the gallery while I patiently waited for its conclusion at the building's entrance.

A police officer eventually came out and indicated enquiries were being made about me and not to go away. A further 20 minutes or so past before I was asked to go to the police station, opposite, on my own, which I did sensing a change of mood which could only mean, to me, South Wales Police were now involved.

Sure enough, after waiting another 20 minutes or so outside the station, I was invited in and promptly arrested for 'threats to kill'......who, exactly, I never was able to establish.

To say more, at this stage, could prejudice a fair trial for either Ebbs alias Alexander and or myself.

This an unbelievable coincidence to last years similar nonsence, when police at Cardiff Central Police station arrested me after repeatedly refusing to produce some one to take a statement, despite four frustrating visits. My information to lay was further proof that the 'machine gun' had been repainted by the Welsh police to try and fool the jury, now burried with the IPCC and further proof that their forensic psychiatrist, forseeing their loss of prosecution in the gun running fabrication, had knowingly falsifed medical evidence, without even having qualifications.

Blocked GMC (Wales) / NHS (Wales) Investigation re Rogue Police Doctor

Subsequent clear brain scans both here and in France, as for the clear August 2009 one, this rogue doctor and Tottenham police station psychiatristrist relied upon, the latter in the Musa debarcle to keep me pout of their family courts, means he should be jailed

Caswell Clinic's purpose? To get me sectioned under the 1983 Mental Health Act, IPP, to Ashworth High Security Psychiatric Prison, this, my other complaint, also being burried but this time with the General Medical Council.
