Current Court Action adjourned for Two Weeks => Lunch after demo at Welsh Assembly

You don't know whether you want to sigh with relief or have a fit of anger, when you're being told that the judge had "other unforeseen problems" and therefore had to adjourn...

But as far as hip pain, hip operation and the release of medical records are concerned, Maurice now addressed the following people:

the managers of the courts in Cardiff, Swansea and Newport are presented with these 15 questions
which also went to the Health Ombudsman for Wales
and Alun Cairns MP, Edwina Hart AM, the Health Minister, and a lawyer.

Furthermore, Maurice is demonstrating outside the Welsh Assembly today and on Monday at 11am, when he'll buy lunch for everybody who will show up in his support.

referring to Case CF101741
asking the Clerk to the Court to arrange for the RELEASE of Maurice Kirk's MEDICAL RECORDS to him - on humanitarian or other grounds of sympathy and empathy you feel are right
so that Maurice can get his hip replaced and get off morphine and other pain killers.

Maurice's hip replacement was scheduled for July 22nd, but surgeons said they cannot operate without access to previous records. Why this enormous and indefinite delay???

Maurice is sooo used to fighting on his own that he was reluctant to agree. At the same time, he is aware that 3rd parties can make a difference. And he knows that "they" are so terrified of media attention that he had to be categorised MAPPA level 3 (terrorist) - with the aim of locking him away for good: Imprisonment for Public Protection (IPP) in a high security prison (Broadmoor).

I have studied what McKenzie Friends ('lay legal assistants') can and can't do. But we need "McKenzie Angels" for moral and e-support now.

Will you help let Maurice fly again???

Trying to jump start a foreign numbered vehicle ....then I have transport to CAA......just out of night in police station for 'attempted burglary' ...for my OWN medical records, bought and paid for...court date Barry 24th Feb 10 am
