I arrived to be recognised by nurse who was there for my hip replacement ....’beaucoup des blagues’ et sujets de rire! The men in blue were very annoyed for failing to get me sectioned for Cardiff and Barry police.

I rang the Criminal Cases Review Commission just to bring me back into the real world. How I contained my temper I will never know

Having gathered, over 6 years, the documentary proof (court transcripts, court file, affidavits etc) of wide spread corruption in Cardiff’s courts on machine gun/police fabricated psychiatric fraud alone.

CCRC answered and after much shuffling on phones put onto a Ms Jenny Thomas.

To cut it short .....oh yes, the CCRC had Michael Williams' court contemporaneous notes alright.

All record of that chaotic Sept/Dec 2011 Cardiff magistrates ‘harassment trial’ scandal followed with my re arrest re MUSA Nigerian case.

But Jenny said I was not going to get the public records because they were ‘not helpful’....The jury asked for the clerk’s notes

the Cardiff Crown Court told me nothiung about. I was not in court but was it Judge Paul Thomas (Jenny’s Uncle?) the one who knew the police had changed the machine gun colur to fool the jury?

Jury notes not available 'not available” the May12 trial judge told them so how come the Crown Prosecution Service admits, in three different court proceedings, in having them?

How come Lord Leveson et al, on 14^th March 2013, said there was 'no evidence' the jury had ever asked to see the clerk’s notes clearly accentuated by my gaoler’s cross examination that the service of the restraining order was ‘served’ but promised to be clealy recorded in Michael Williams' notes in the clandestine meet in the 1st Dec 11 magistrates' court cells?

There is a complaint also of the jury requested sight of the original custody notes and court log relating to the proceedings in the magistrates court but that the judge refused this request. However, so far as we can see from the transcript of the proceedings there is no trace of anything of that nature having been requested by the jury.

His Honour Judge Seys Llewellyn QC’s e-mail sparked a court clerk reply that there are 'no hand written drafts' of the now notorious 'restraining order’ in the court file. But my arresting the Crown prosecutor, David Gareth Evans, caused evidence to contradict his own CPS!

The Bristol CPS even went out of there way and visited Cardiff court and extracted from the file that CCRC had acquired the 'court file' in Feb 13, before the latest jury trial conviction but all had kept 'mum'. Only after it was re –written, now proved, following my 'illegal court access', CCRC consider, under disguise a year earlier.

Jenny Thomas was quick to highlight that incident but reluctant to admit that not just the court log has been now proved as forged but now numerous versions of District Judge John Charles' hand written other notes and drafts in the public court file!

Evilness personified and a bunch of liars only concerned with 'jobs worth', the worrying trend to be reflected in forth coming elections. If they get away with it someone near you will be their next victim.

So which version of the 'hymn sheet' did their Lordships, Leveson, Smelling and Males sing from now, this very week, the CCRC confirm His Honour Judge Seys Llewellyn QC, Bristol CPS, Cardiff CPS and myself all appear to have different forgeries?

The Magistrates court has consistently refused to reveal the Clerk of the Court's notes regarding 1st Dec 2011 case ending the first harassment process against Maurice J Kirk despite several judges in higher courts asking for it to be done.

As recently as 24th March 2014 there is a request from Judge Crowther in Cardiff Crown Court "I am going to ask, of course, that Mr Smyth sees to any orders for disclosure that have previously been made in these cases and if any orders made for disclosure which have gone unfulfilled, are outstanding, they MUST BE FULFILLED." case: T20131144

This is to do with the ordinal 'serving' of the Restraining Order which Maurice knows was never served on him on 1st December 2011. It transpires that earlier in the afternoon he was shown a draft in handwritten form but never the official document. He had been removed from the custody suite before it was served! It was only during the recent Bristol case that it was revealed that this was the case.

This means that all the subsequent jury trials were invalid and he was HELD ON REMAND ILLEGALLY. Now still in HMP Swansea he is due at the High Court later this week in South Wales, venue to be confirmed, and he is pushing the Prison Service to produce him.

THE LAST TWO COURT CASES HAVE BEEN COMPLETED WITHOUT HIS PRESENCE DUE TO THE ACTIONS OF THE PRISON SERVICE AND GEOAMY, THE TRANSPORT COMPANY WHO APPEAR TO HAVE MORE POWER THAN THE JUDGES. More of this heinous story to follow...

South Wales Police's contentious NHS Zero Tolerance policy, to 'arrest on sight' anyone who dare question any one in a doctor's surgery I have now witnessed for myself. Cardiff prison is full of them. .

‘Highly Dangerous’ Prisoner moved out for Rolf Harris.

1. HM Probation Service officers joined us at the gates of the prison for a specially assembled HM prison van escort to somewhere out west. This unusual clearance was granted by Sir Peter Vaughan, The Chief Constable for South Wales Police, having personally chaired, most likely, the hurriedly needed MAPPA meeting at Barry police station for a quick disposal of one of their country’s registered top 5% most dangerous victims of the regime.

2. On a previous but equally bizarre 2009 occasion I was left ‘at large’ for three weeks quite unaware of the Barry police station’s MAPPA decision. Then armed police with helicopter swooped on the family while we enjoyed a quiet Sunday’s afternoon tea in the garden.

3. That 8^th June 2009 MAPPA decision included The Vale of Glamorgan Probation Service and NHS Caswell Clinic, Bridgend, psychiatric staff sitting around discussing my fate. Were I to be incarcerated in Ashworth Psychiatric hospital IPP indefinitely or by introducing the Chief Constable’s new ‘shoot to kill’ policy and simply taking me out and having me shot?

4. But I also had an urgent agenda after being locked up for a further nine months over the issuing of NHS fabricated medical records. Bang goes my four weeks again, I sighed, originally requested to the County Court in order to complete closing legal submissions for my euphemistically so called ‘civil remedy’ route, anything to slow down police harassment.

5. It had not gone unnoticed by their victim, incidentally, on how the prison had taken the precaution in allowing him to leave with no money or signature required except for some ‘restraining order’ recently deemed as possibly ‘meaningless’ by a Cardiff Crown Court

6. The hundred and sixty odd pounds found in my pockets, following my dubious October 2013 arrest in Barry police station, also failed to feature in ‘discharge’ papers explaining why, perhaps, they had withheld my passport last time despite court directions to the contrary.

7. A prison van was also to join my entourage with two more government officials, dedicated to me for the whole day, simply to carry some forty odd bags of leaver arch files to some far away ‘lock up’. Somehow I was expected to visit it, each day, to prepare the civil damages claims but in between the MAPPA designated one hour compulsory ‘signing in’ ritual.

8. What benefit, this time around, was it if for the South Wales Police to delay the civil proceedings if not identical to the Caswell Clinic 2009 fabricated police psychiatric reports needing police officers to paint a WW1 Lewis machine gun just to fool yet another jury?

9. My court designated Mackenzie friend, in order to bar him as an eye witness in this week’s Crown Court’s proceedings, had stood patiently throughout with alternative transportation.

10. This will continue as long as no one is found accountable and the money does not run out!

14. Why not allowed to challenge the police application for my Ashworth IPP incarceration?

MAPPA's reason for my passport being 'withheld' for nearly a year and my being arrested 'for entering a prison without permission' trying to get it back is all to prolong this incarceration to further affect the 22 year running police malicious prosecution’s case. p3 of my licence I have taken down as there may be valid argument it is security sensitive......it was put up because the last judge rebuked me , while halving my prison sentance on appeal (MAPPA told prison to hold my valuables), saying if I had signed for my passport, in the first place, at the prison exit last September we need not have had all these court cases!

Marvelous! I never signed a purported licence this time around either, leaving the prison to Swansea 'approved premises', as there is no legal obligation AND as no one but no one, to date, timed 315 hours local time on 11th July 1014, will explain why I am on MAPPA regime at all ?

Despite promises, urgent papers for court deadlines couldn't leave HMP Cardiff today. They were not 'processed', but returned...

Similarly, his permission to produce CDs is highly curtailed and does certainly not conform to the Order made by HHJ Seys Llewellyn.

At the time of his strike-off, Maurice was not allowed to cross-examine a Police Officer who lied.

What else is new since then? Damages after damages, battles after battles by "professionals who don't lie" and are "only doing their job", i.e. protect their salaries and pensions, by protecting their brethren.

Meanwhile, Litigants in Person can go to hell, rot in prisons and experience stitch-ups in courts.

None of the complaint procedures work: "we don't deal with individual cases" while statistics don't make the slightest difference. The difference between the parallel economy of civil servants on one hand and independent professionals such as Maurice is that there is always enough money to cover up white collar crimes. Furthermore, there are the Royal Charters who guarantee immunity from prosecution. And so it goes. Everybody knows, as Leonard Cohen sings...

Litigants in Person are as much a nuisance for that public money machinery as are McKenzie Friends. They must be taught lessons, some policy makers seem to have decided while doing their job and to keep the Oppression of the British people going - with the public gravy train of a dishonest money system...

In French they say "on boucle la boucle" - when closing a circle. I'm back to where I started: with the publication of fraudulent bankruptcies as white collar crimes.

For Maurice I wonder when will "enough be enough" in terms of violation of laws, rules, practice guidance, ethics, morals, justice, fairness and other lofty terms in professional oaths???

Another Litigant in Person writes: "three colleagues have long experienced similar prevaricatiive stonewalling - herewith the reply from another one:- the whole system is just another money-making machine for lawyers and strategised to ensure that any complainant body is trapped in a revolving door until s/he disappears up their own arsehole. All these Ombudsmen are government quango's whose existence are to created to give the illusion of a cosmetic democracy - i.e. it purports to resolve complaints, but no resolution actually ever happens."

was given his glasses on the first day of the trial after many requests,

has been denied access to his legal papers,including a large consignment of lever arch files couriered to the court on Monday 17th March.

not been allowed photocopying facilities,

and going without medical attention including pain killers for the whole week despite an untreated prolapsed bowel known to the medical staff.......

Day Five

continued with the cross examination of the clerk to the court with regard to new paperwork present in the court, after spending hours establishing the points of law the Judge ended the witnesses second turn on the stand just before Maurice could elicit the second contradiction of the serving of the "restraining order" .

A fresh influx of supporters lent the afternoon a renewed air of hope that justice will prevail.

There then followed a reading of the transcript of the interview under caution, read by Mr Gunney and Mr Smyth, unfortunately this left little time for much more, as ever the case continues..............

So much as far as 'breaking news' is concerned:

thanks to weird and wonderful connections, it can be revealed that Dr T M W was de-registered on 02 February 2014 which means he doesn't pay for his license, as he doesn't seem to have employment; I leave it to your own level of being a 'conspiracy realist' or theorist to decide how this may have come about and what it means for him, South Wales Police and the General Medical Council and its members, besides the Health Select Committee of MPs who's looking into complaints and raising concerns in the NHS;
a most helpful barrister has found a precedent regarding the supposed 'threat' charge and thus the CPS have no case - in theory;
Maurice telephoned blogger Butlin on Saturday to report the lack of health treatment regarding his prolapse - as punishment for his hunger strike!

More later on behalf of HHJ Rowlands who will decide over Maurice's fate in the near future...
