Evidence has just been received that Caswell Clinic, MAPPA, Police, and CPS, all had further evidence, still withheld from me but disclosed to His Honour Judge Neil Bidder QC on 2nd December 2009, that this new Swansea University and other findings caused the psychiatrist insist it be told to the court in my absence.

The police doctor recommended I be incarcerated in Ashworth High Security Psychiatric, for life and thereby avoiding the embarrassing conspiracy of the 'machine gun' case oozing from cracks in the Cardiff cabal cesspit of freemasons.

NHS (Wales) Caswell Clinic obtained them in September 2009 but refused to give me a copy or did Recorder of Cardiff, His Honour Judge Nicholas Cooke QC of Cardiff Crown Court, have them when now needed for the Bristol forensic psychiatrist?

Three payments for Freedom of Information Act disclosure failed to reveal them, during 2009 and 2010 or even more importantly, those most dubious reports of Professor Rodger Wood, during Sept-Dec 09, to others including Dr Ruth Bagshaw.

Swansea University and Professor Rodger Wood are well inside the South Wales Police conspiracy loop, to purely to use me as a guinea pig, they being responsible for my having un necessary radio isotopes intravenously shot up my arm to prepare for the Princess of Wales Hospital SPECT scan.

Dr Roger Thomas, of Caswell, was also very implicated from the start and still is. This psychiatrist was later responsible for having me arrested for 'attempted burglary' with the charges only being withdrawn by the excellent CPS lawyer, Mr Tudor Davies, much, much later. after he had insisted the police reveal the documentary proof that I had actually been invited into the clinic, on the day, simplly to collect my psychiatric reports ordered via my Barry GP's surgery staff! Deja vu?

So just how sinister will be the pressure on the court appointed psychiatric from Bristol when telling him not to dig too deep?

22.28hrs Just had a chat with John Wilson in Sydney.......human rights fighter 'extrordinaire', a quiet unassuming dentist bankrupted by devil worshiping brigade 'down under'.......(details to inner circle only)

16.00hrs I caught scabies, possibly whilst in Cardiff prison and so, after second dosing of my GP's remedy to limited affect, I visit a veterinary practice not a stone's throw from me.

I needed what my father also used, in his romantic days as a country veterinary surgeon of yesteryear, when making up our own potions, that is if the pestle and mortar was not otherwise purloined by one of his sons for the manufacture of gunpowder. BB always had100% instant effectiveness with it being both an inexpensive and easy to use topically on our patients and on a rare occasion, as a veterinary student, myself.

I am told by both GP's pharmacy BB was no longer on the market and the veterinary nurse had never even heard of it. My second suggestion that I came back in with a borrowed neighbour's dog, to get the drops on the back of its (my) neck, just to obtain the modern version, also failed as it was 'not licenced for humans'.....a whole new culture out there dominated by fanciful 'health and safety' legislation generated from the 'job's worth' mentality pushing aside reasoned and informed clinic common sense.

A Memorable Day in Bristol, England

After a far more productive day as of late, this time enjoyed in civilised Bristol, I do believe there will now be progress in both release of the Caswell Clinic evidence on my 'significant brain damage' and scent of services of a Bristol lawyer prepared to put 'his head above the parapet'!

So far withheld from me, when submitted by the police, no less, using the CPS prosecutor, no less, 2nd December 2009 Cardiff Crown Court, to have me sectioned, for life, to be incarcerated in Ashworth and subject to my continuing to draw breath, I really do believe, we have finally beaten the deceitful little bastards!

Further to our meeting today and your apparent alarm over the seemingly unsettled disclosure issues, mentioned in the ‘opinion’ section of 2^nd September 2009 Caswell Clinic psychiatric report (enclosed), specifically written for His Honour Judge Vosper QC, I reluctantly also enclose an all embracing explanatory summary of ‘HM Partnership’ that I unwittingly served on HM Court of Appeal.

I was simply opposing the HM ‘strike out’, from my civil claims, of a list of remarkably almost identical unusually extreme police incidents also used by them, back in 2002, to obtain my name being removed from the veterinary register for life.

Whereas His Honour, in 2009, was minded to oppose my release, as he I was privy to the fact I was registered a MAPPA level 3 victim and I was most definitely not, please trust me, such conduct from within the HM Court Service (Wales) continues to flourish.

Only recently, for example, judges of their own courts indicated they cannot intervene in the 2008 order from the area HM Court Service manger, Luigi Stranati, to all his staff, to refuse me access for any of my outstanding sixteen or so, civil and criminal cases, being either processed at their respective court public counters or assisted over the public telephone.

Similarly, Welsh police continue refuse to investigate HM prison, Cardiff, withholding my passport or allowing me access to my own office set up meticulously in a Cardiff flat for the duration of the war.

After leaving you I took the opportunity of taking my very helpful witness out for a delightful lunch before continuing my frustrating trawl through Bristol law firms in the vane hope of finding so called ‘independent representation’. While their HM Partnership continues to lavishly load their gravy train with hard earned tax payers’ money I may remain in some difficulties.

Tomorrow I see the shrink on judge's orders.

The last one was, me in a wheel chair with four very irate gendarmes fooled by the South Wales Police having sectioned me under the French Act. They then had taken me to Pontivy hospital, the idiots, where I was immediately identified as the hip replacement Englishman two years earlier.

I had insisted on fishing from my bed in the River Blavet and, when no one was looking, a few days after the op with blood drain bottles needing to be detached, legged it in my pyjamas to the opening day of the Pontivy Races.......a long story of meeting up at the aerodrome, after 31 years, with aging pilots who reminisced with much humour on how I flew away a very aerobatic SV4c Stampe biplane for £2000 and a £900 Emerude both very light on paperwork!....they fly faster, apparently.

My name was then removed from the veterinary register, effectively, for life.

This individual also had possession of my cub, for a short time, the one I flew to Australia and Japan before she sadly sank off the coast of Haiti, my 14th engine failure.

I visited Oxford Crown Court, yesterday, on behalf of many pilots and aircraft owners who have had dealings, these past 17 years, with Ebbs alias Alexander.

Once inside the building I was approached by him but I refused to stop to speak other than to say I had been advised not to go near him. His barrister then also approached me, apparently looking for him, so he was directed in Ebb's direction.

Inside Court 4 the usher asked why I was there and was I part of the proceedings? I was assured it was listed for trial. By that I remarked I was no longer able to practice veterinary surgery and in a jocular fashion, a comment, tape recorded and ordered by me for aviation web sites and Pprune blog later, that caused, I now find out, for me to be later asked to leave the court building which I did.

Other aviators and interested parties continued to fill the gallery while I patiently waited for its conclusion at the building's entrance.

A police officer eventually came out and indicated enquiries were being made about me and not to go away. A further 20 minutes or so past before I was asked to go to the police station, opposite, on my own, which I did sensing a change of mood which could only mean, to me, South Wales Police were now involved.

Sure enough, after waiting another 20 minutes or so outside the station, I was invited in and promptly arrested for 'threats to kill'......who, exactly, I never was able to establish.

To say more, at this stage, could prejudice a fair trial for either Ebbs alias Alexander and or myself.

This government blocked private video, at the Royal; Courts of Justice, is one of my Criminal Court of Appeal proceedings taken without my knowledge or I would have, at least, combed my hair!

This somewhat desperate conduct to some, by litigants, must remain unlawful, in order to safeguard the privacy within the well of the court amongst the parties but our patience is rapidly running out.

When we witness blatent nefarious conduct so often, by so many,by those entrusted to be employed on the tax payer's gravy train then there comes a time to take unilateral action.

Its content, however, is a classic example of the screaming need for radical reform in our adversarial system that, at one time, served our country so well

After 14 years things are no different

The evil little buggars, this year, knew they would have to withdraw the 'complainant Dr' as a prosecution witness, if they were going to be able to stop the trial being ordered to be stopped, as the usual farce unfolded before the jury. That is why His Honour Judge Hughes QC had been 'wheeled in' to offer me bail, just before the trial, by officially removing the Dr from the case altogether!

So if that was the only reason to lock me up all winter, as the CPS admitted to HHJ Hughes QC, should not this High Court judge, Mr Justice Wyn Williams, have done something about it? There will be a perfectly plausable legal argument in rebuttal by His Lordship, I am sure, but we never heard it and no order was made over the Crown Court's nefarious conduct because it was 'history'.

Let's invite Aung San Suu Kyi to South Wales to help us give this Cardiff Cabal world publicity.

The original 1st Dec 11 conviction of 'Harassment', under section 2 of the 1997 Act, would also collapse.

So what do they do? They compound their inexcusable conduct and bury my JRs, filed last year by not allowing them to be processed, having pocketed my court fees.

The ‘threat to shoot the Lord Mayor of Cardiff' allegation was dealt with as expected, had we known, in advance, what the JR was for. My transfer application to an English prison, in April, just before the trial, had clearly achieved the extra exposure of the ‘Cardiff Cabal' as intended.

The significant outcome of this hearing was that His Lordship would not entertain any ‘comprehensive argument' as to whether or not I was ‘fit to stand trial' on anything at all since August 2009 when first registered by the doctor as lacking in 'capacity'. All due to 'significant brain damage' and a 'paranoid dillusional disorder', apparantly, in believing that the police were persecuting me.....perish the thought.

His Lordship was very helpful, throughout, indicating it should be re listed as another JR, my 62nd, as a 'Case Stated' Refusal by His honour Judge Hughes.

Now diagnsed, by the same doctor, with the extra complication of a possible brain tumour, with an outstanding recommendation by the South Wales Police I be sectioned under the Act and incarcerated, for life, in Ashworth High Security Psychiatric Prison, I may stilll be a MAPPA victim meaning I must get on with it pdq!

So what is this, my twelfth Cardiff judge now, a High Court judge, having to clear up after an apparent spurious medical report? At least he appears helpful while NHS (Wales) continues covering up their policy of playing the 'Gulag Card' for the police, a practice so likely now to infect England.

Would he entertain my adjournment application and yet again order Dolmans, solicitors for the South Wales Police and Crown Prosecution Service, to comply to the previous Court Orders by both Their Honours, Judge Seys Llewellyn QC and John Cullan? NO. Would he order the police and CPS to disclose their jointly arranged June 2009 police complaint statement, that launched the police helicopter and armed response team, just to snatch me and my daughter who was ten years old at the time? No, of course he couldn't.

Would he order CPS Barrister, David Garreth Evans, to hand over, to the Criminal Court of Appeal, the ‘actual' document, shown to me in the Magistrates' cells last December? Was it a ‘Restraining Order' as the jury had been so fooled in to believing it was? Of course it wasn't and of course he couldn't, Admin Court protocol did not allow it. Those ultimately responsible wriggle out of it again and stay lurking in the shadows.

The partly hand written draft, by District Judge John Charles, no less, of a proposed ‘Restraining Order' Evans had admitted, in Crown court, in the absence of the May jury, was still in the CPS Merthyr Tydfil office! Curran had orders, of course, not to immediately stop the trial or their whole evil ‘pack of cards' would have fallen down.

Remember, it was Dolmans, acting for MAPPA, Barbara Wilding's defence team, in my twenty year civil damages claim and the Crown Prosecution Service (Wales), to prosecute my ‘trading in machine guns and live ammunition'.

So four of the K Team, who had seen Charles write the draft in the Magistrates' court, went straight round to Cardiff Central Police station where I had already been, this week, trying to lay complaint of this ‘conspiracy to pervert the course of justice' only for ‘no police officer being available'!. Sure enough, as on previous occasions, to make witness statements of complaint over 'shoot to kill policy', last August, no one was available.

This is yet another warning, to you local readers, whilst the ‘Cardiff cabal' mingle amongst the Whitehall mandarins for an independent judiciary.

Hello and Happy New 2011!

No matter whether you, like Lewis Nicholson with his "Victim of Judicial Fraud" shirt, have come to any of our meetings in Westminster before, you are invited to join us on Tuesday, January 25th! Under the auspices of our Chairman Austin Mitchell MP, I looked for support from other MPs, especially those who have signed Early Day Motions (EDMs) covering issues that are relevant to our causes.

I also invited those MPs whose victims are among the four fraudulent bankruptcies we presented to the Lord Chancellor Kenneth Clarke QC MP and the Business Minister Vincent Cable MP. And I invited the MPs whose cases I put before the EU Commission for Justice, besides a few others whose stories I published on Victims Unite!

However, it is really important that you invite your MP yourself to attend, especially if you intend to be there, too! For there is a Parliamentary Rule that says that MPs only need to respond to their constituents!

"Would you be willing to ask questions with written answers to find out what victims are expected to do when they have all the evidence of unlawfulness, but get neither restitution or compensation? Would you be willing to find out when the Lord Chancellor will close the human rights gap between the EU and the UK? On Tuesday, January 25th, 2 - 4pm, our Chairman Austin Mitchell MP will convene a meeting of victims and supportive MPs. Can we count on your presence, too? If not, can we count on you being part of a "Virtual All Party Parliamentary Group" to take our issues further, i.e. be on a mailing list that I will maintain?"

Besides Austin Mitchell MP, Lord Sudeley, co-founder of the Forum for Stable Currencies, has confirmed to attend.
Nic Dakin, MP for veteran victim Stanley Embling, intends to be with us.
John McDonnell MP "will do his best" to be there.
John Hemming MP "may be able to attend".

You are invited to send in your question(s) for MPs asap, hoping that some more of the 100 odd MPs will want to come and answer them!

At our last meeting, Austin Mitchell MP suggested, we should organise our own Public Inquiry, but I don't feel enough support for such a venture. Instead, I hope that victims learn to communicate with their MPs such that they get the best out of them and that the list of supportive MPs gets longer and longer.

As a first most promising step, Nick Hurd MP is acting on behalf of his constituent Patrick Cullinane: Minister demands action over bankrupted taxpayer.

Re-Kindling the Fire to get Restored as Practising Veterinary Surgeon

Thirty-five paragraphs on 21 pages in January 2004 were the pro's and con's of whether Maurice

is fit or unfit to practise as a veterinary surgeon
can be considered to practise as a member of the profession
"continued conflict with authority must inevitably affect not only yourself, but also your profession by bringing it into disrepute".

What Maurice is up against in his repeated attempts to get re-instated as a vet are various levels or 'firewalls' of institutional behaviour:

the Royal Charter that was granted in 1967 - the ticket to immunity from prosecution for any wrong-doing
the collusion between lawyers who make money between each other by operating an adversarial system rather than seeking justice on behalf of a client
rules and regulations that are being ignored rather than adhered to, e.g. note this annex to his appeal and the Privy Council decision 'not to have jurisdiction'
general attitudes and assumptions such as Suzon Forscey-Moore RIP has pointed out:

those in power can do no wrong
white collar crime, with very rare exceptions, goes untried and unpunished in English law
money decides legal matters.

Ironically, it was Mervyn King, the Governor of the Bank of England who attacked the commercial legal system: the adversarial system for settling civil legal disputes was in reality ‘a profitable monopoly of lawyers’ and called for the Government to take steps to reform the law.

She had a masters degree in law, but was not a lawyer. She campaigned for HONEST LAW.

She is gone.
