I arrived to be recognised by nurse who was there for my hip replacement ....’beaucoup des blagues’ et sujets de rire! The men in blue were very annoyed for failing to get me sectioned for Cardiff and Barry police.

But Jenny said I was not going to get the public records because they were ‘not helpful’....The jury asked for the clerk’s notes

the Cardiff Crown Court told me nothiung about. I was not in court but was it Judge Paul Thomas (Jenny’s Uncle?) the one who knew the police had changed the machine gun colur to fool the jury?

Jury notes not available 'not available” the May12 trial judge told them so how come the Crown Prosecution Service admits, in three different court proceedings, in having them?

How come Lord Leveson et al, on 14^th March 2013, said there was 'no evidence' the jury had ever asked to see the clerk’s notes clearly accentuated by my gaoler’s cross examination that the service of the restraining order was ‘served’ but promised to be clealy recorded in Michael Williams' notes in the clandestine meet in the 1st Dec 11 magistrates' court cells?

There is a complaint also of the jury requested sight of the original custody notes and court log relating to the proceedings in the magistrates court but that the judge refused this request. However, so far as we can see from the transcript of the proceedings there is no trace of anything of that nature having been requested by the jury.

His Honour Judge Seys Llewellyn QC’s e-mail sparked a court clerk reply that there are 'no hand written drafts' of the now notorious 'restraining order’ in the court file. But my arresting the Crown prosecutor, David Gareth Evans, caused evidence to contradict his own CPS!

The Bristol CPS even went out of there way and visited Cardiff court and extracted from the file that CCRC had acquired the 'court file' in Feb 13, before the latest jury trial conviction but all had kept 'mum'. Only after it was re –written, now proved, following my 'illegal court access', CCRC consider, under disguise a year earlier.

Jenny Thomas was quick to highlight that incident but reluctant to admit that not just the court log has been now proved as forged but now numerous versions of District Judge John Charles' hand written other notes and drafts in the public court file!

Evilness personified and a bunch of liars only concerned with 'jobs worth', the worrying trend to be reflected in forth coming elections. If they get away with it someone near you will be their next victim.

So which version of the 'hymn sheet' did their Lordships, Leveson, Smelling and Males sing from now, this very week, the CCRC confirm His Honour Judge Seys Llewellyn QC, Bristol CPS, Cardiff CPS and myself all appear to have different forgeries?

‘Highly Dangerous’ Prisoner moved out for Rolf Harris.

1. HM Probation Service officers joined us at the gates of the prison for a specially assembled HM prison van escort to somewhere out west. This unusual clearance was granted by Sir Peter Vaughan, The Chief Constable for South Wales Police, having personally chaired, most likely, the hurriedly needed MAPPA meeting at Barry police station for a quick disposal of one of their country’s registered top 5% most dangerous victims of the regime.

2. On a previous but equally bizarre 2009 occasion I was left ‘at large’ for three weeks quite unaware of the Barry police station’s MAPPA decision. Then armed police with helicopter swooped on the family while we enjoyed a quiet Sunday’s afternoon tea in the garden.

3. That 8^th June 2009 MAPPA decision included The Vale of Glamorgan Probation Service and NHS Caswell Clinic, Bridgend, psychiatric staff sitting around discussing my fate. Were I to be incarcerated in Ashworth Psychiatric hospital IPP indefinitely or by introducing the Chief Constable’s new ‘shoot to kill’ policy and simply taking me out and having me shot?

4. But I also had an urgent agenda after being locked up for a further nine months over the issuing of NHS fabricated medical records. Bang goes my four weeks again, I sighed, originally requested to the County Court in order to complete closing legal submissions for my euphemistically so called ‘civil remedy’ route, anything to slow down police harassment.

5. It had not gone unnoticed by their victim, incidentally, on how the prison had taken the precaution in allowing him to leave with no money or signature required except for some ‘restraining order’ recently deemed as possibly ‘meaningless’ by a Cardiff Crown Court

6. The hundred and sixty odd pounds found in my pockets, following my dubious October 2013 arrest in Barry police station, also failed to feature in ‘discharge’ papers explaining why, perhaps, they had withheld my passport last time despite court directions to the contrary.

7. A prison van was also to join my entourage with two more government officials, dedicated to me for the whole day, simply to carry some forty odd bags of leaver arch files to some far away ‘lock up’. Somehow I was expected to visit it, each day, to prepare the civil damages claims but in between the MAPPA designated one hour compulsory ‘signing in’ ritual.

8. What benefit, this time around, was it if for the South Wales Police to delay the civil proceedings if not identical to the Caswell Clinic 2009 fabricated police psychiatric reports needing police officers to paint a WW1 Lewis machine gun just to fool yet another jury?

9. My court designated Mackenzie friend, in order to bar him as an eye witness in this week’s Crown Court’s proceedings, had stood patiently throughout with alternative transportation.

10. This will continue as long as no one is found accountable and the money does not run out!

p3 of my licence I have taken down as there may be valid argument it is security sensitive......it was put up because the last judge rebuked me , while halving my prison sentance on appeal (MAPPA told prison to hold my valuables), saying if I had signed for my passport, in the first place, at the prison exit last September we need not have had all these court cases!

I live, when I have to attend court, in South Wales, a classic area of thoroughly deceitful quacks.

In February 2010, as soon as I was released from Cardiff prison, following their latest conspiracy by Cardiff's cabal that had me earlier struck off as a practicing veterinary surgeon, I went to my family doctor. Nine Cardiff judges had allowed the credibility of a doctor stand, he stating I have ‘significant brain damage'.

This doctor asked the Cardiff judge, in his same breath, I be sent to Ashworth High Security psychiatric prison for life...... his psychiatric report and South Wales Police MAPPA minutes revealing, ‘for fear of media attention' and ‘threat from his friends' who all, incidentally, have had similar horrific experiences from such doctors.

The doctor, apparently, didn’t like their letters and telephone calls to his experimental unit, while i, unconvicted in custody and on a trumped up charge just to hinder my civil litigation against him, was going through a terrifying experience

Cowbridge Health Centre, Cowbridge, Vale of Glamorgan for eighteen years as a registered patient, visited less than a dozen times, touched twice in so called ‘examinations' of their patient, only to be banned when I raised the subject, ‘do I have a brain tumour, do I have significant brain damage"?

So on to a Barry practice, Ravenscourt surgery, Tynewydd Road, opposite my old veterinary hospital, I went, to be reregistered as I wanted a brain scan. Someone had to ‘clarify or correct' the police's continuing use of this frightening evidence, they using it keep locking me up.

And the same result? I was soon struck off their patient list, as well, this time because I didn't visit enough! Did I get that brain scan? No, of course I didn't and as much as I tried I was denied re registration just to prove the point. And you general public are sitting around watching them even contemplate a strike for yet more filthy lucre?

Ah, of course, the common denominator, this Barry practice had, with Cowbridge, also submitted bogus medical evidence to a Cardiff court. All to be revealed at Bristol Crown court, shortly, where they will be asked to do something on oath, another oath they are destined to ridicule.

So why, as if it was not so obvious? These highly over paid doctors on 9 to 5 and no week-ends, all on tax payer's money, are far too frightened to de rail their ‘gravy train' and contradict a colleague, himself promised immunity to prosecution.

Just how many more teenage suicides does it take for the GMC to demand a thorough investigation or is this all a warning to us of the New World Order, with this modern day Joseph Mengele in charge?

This government blocked private video, at the Royal; Courts of Justice, is one of my Criminal Court of Appeal proceedings taken without my knowledge or I would have, at least, combed my hair!

This somewhat desperate conduct to some, by litigants, must remain unlawful, in order to safeguard the privacy within the well of the court amongst the parties but our patience is rapidly running out.

When we witness blatent nefarious conduct so often, by so many,by those entrusted to be employed on the tax payer's gravy train then there comes a time to take unilateral action.

Its content, however, is a classic example of the screaming need for radical reform in our adversarial system that, at one time, served our country so well

After 14 years things are no different

The evil little buggars, this year, knew they would have to withdraw the 'complainant Dr' as a prosecution witness, if they were going to be able to stop the trial being ordered to be stopped, as the usual farce unfolded before the jury. That is why His Honour Judge Hughes QC had been 'wheeled in' to offer me bail, just before the trial, by officially removing the Dr from the case altogether!

So if that was the only reason to lock me up all winter, as the CPS admitted to HHJ Hughes QC, should not this High Court judge, Mr Justice Wyn Williams, have done something about it? There will be a perfectly plausable legal argument in rebuttal by His Lordship, I am sure, but we never heard it and no order was made over the Crown Court's nefarious conduct because it was 'history'.

Let's invite Aung San Suu Kyi to South Wales to help us give this Cardiff Cabal world publicity.

The original 1st Dec 11 conviction of 'Harassment', under section 2 of the 1997 Act, would also collapse.

So what do they do? They compound their inexcusable conduct and bury my JRs, filed last year by not allowing them to be processed, having pocketed my court fees.

The ‘threat to shoot the Lord Mayor of Cardiff' allegation was dealt with as expected, had we known, in advance, what the JR was for. My transfer application to an English prison, in April, just before the trial, had clearly achieved the extra exposure of the ‘Cardiff Cabal' as intended.

The significant outcome of this hearing was that His Lordship would not entertain any ‘comprehensive argument' as to whether or not I was ‘fit to stand trial' on anything at all since August 2009 when first registered by the doctor as lacking in 'capacity'. All due to 'significant brain damage' and a 'paranoid dillusional disorder', apparantly, in believing that the police were persecuting me.....perish the thought.

His Lordship was very helpful, throughout, indicating it should be re listed as another JR, my 62nd, as a 'Case Stated' Refusal by His honour Judge Hughes.

Now diagnsed, by the same doctor, with the extra complication of a possible brain tumour, with an outstanding recommendation by the South Wales Police I be sectioned under the Act and incarcerated, for life, in Ashworth High Security Psychiatric Prison, I may stilll be a MAPPA victim meaning I must get on with it pdq!

So what is this, my twelfth Cardiff judge now, a High Court judge, having to clear up after an apparent spurious medical report? At least he appears helpful while NHS (Wales) continues covering up their policy of playing the 'Gulag Card' for the police, a practice so likely now to infect England.

Would he entertain my adjournment application and yet again order Dolmans, solicitors for the South Wales Police and Crown Prosecution Service, to comply to the previous Court Orders by both Their Honours, Judge Seys Llewellyn QC and John Cullan? NO. Would he order the police and CPS to disclose their jointly arranged June 2009 police complaint statement, that launched the police helicopter and armed response team, just to snatch me and my daughter who was ten years old at the time? No, of course he couldn't.

Would he order CPS Barrister, David Garreth Evans, to hand over, to the Criminal Court of Appeal, the ‘actual' document, shown to me in the Magistrates' cells last December? Was it a ‘Restraining Order' as the jury had been so fooled in to believing it was? Of course it wasn't and of course he couldn't, Admin Court protocol did not allow it. Those ultimately responsible wriggle out of it again and stay lurking in the shadows.

The partly hand written draft, by District Judge John Charles, no less, of a proposed ‘Restraining Order' Evans had admitted, in Crown court, in the absence of the May jury, was still in the CPS Merthyr Tydfil office! Curran had orders, of course, not to immediately stop the trial or their whole evil ‘pack of cards' would have fallen down.

Remember, it was Dolmans, acting for MAPPA, Barbara Wilding's defence team, in my twenty year civil damages claim and the Crown Prosecution Service (Wales), to prosecute my ‘trading in machine guns and live ammunition'.

So four of the K Team, who had seen Charles write the draft in the Magistrates' court, went straight round to Cardiff Central Police station where I had already been, this week, trying to lay complaint of this ‘conspiracy to pervert the course of justice' only for ‘no police officer being available'!. Sure enough, as on previous occasions, to make witness statements of complaint over 'shoot to kill policy', last August, no one was available.

This is yet another warning, to you local readers, whilst the ‘Cardiff cabal' mingle amongst the Whitehall mandarins for an independent judiciary.

I have personal detailed evidence, much proven in previous court hearings in which I attended, of the apparent continuing unchecked conduct by a string of Haringey Council lawyers clearly all driven by avarice. Tottenham police had me sectioned last September, on two year old psychiatric reports, for conspiracy to abduct chilodren and fly them home to Nigeria in my WW2 Piper Cub!

I was also jailed for alleged 'tape recording in court', on the word of these very same family Haringey Council lawyers, only to leave the Met police profusely apologising on finding no recorder, it havingt been just a ploy to get me out of the hearing before Her Honour Judge Atkins.

Family courts and their secrecy must be revisited by those responsible for the Rule of Law in so called democratic society.

Musa Trial continues, at Wood Green Crown Court, London.....YOU have duty to get someone there if only to realise what is clearly going on in a family court near you. Trial will drag on for weeks.

The medical evidence I needed to hear today but Cardiff prison jailed me again, yesterday, without trial, while my arguing for the release of my twenty odd leaver arch files, for this pending Appeal, that should have been given to me from my Bristol prison during my release last week.

DO I have an axe to grind?

OH Yes. South Wales Police launched a helicopter and mustered many armed men just to jail me as a MAPPA level 3 victim with MAPPA minutes confirming I was likely to be shot. While this was going on, dependant purely on one forensic psychiatric opinion, they then attempted to snatch my then, ten year old daughter, under 'Operation Orchid'. Oh, we Kirks know, only too well, just what lengths 'authority ' will go to just to preserve their state pension. '

I am just out of prison because of this only to face yet another trial, in Bristol Crown Court, tomorrow , Fri 25th May at 10 am, again based on this abusive use of Section 36 of the Youth and Justice Criminal evidence Act 1999 and that psychiatric report. Anything to block the truth coming out of what really is going on in our courts.

MUSA TRIAL UPDATE

(LONDON) - Thanks to all those who turned up at Wood Green Crown Court on Day 1 of the Musas' criminal Trial. We were in Court 2 under Judge Patrick and Court 2 only had seating for some 10 persons in the Public Gallery and we were way more than 10 and had to sit 2-3 to a seat and some were dismissed from the courtroom altogether.

In the lunch-hour we petitioned the Judge to get us moved to a bigger courtroom, with the result that we'll be in Court 5 from tomorrow morning which is slightly roomier but not much, if memory serves.

Judge Patrick made 2 things very plain to all those assembled before him today:

1) he wants to keep strict time in these proceedings in order that the case will not have to run into 5, 6 or even 7 weeks over the original 4 allocated. Every day will start at 10 am sharp and run to 4.30 pm (might occasionally overrun to 4.45 if a key witness is still not quite finished) ;

b) in deference to Sir Nicholas Wall, President of the RCJ Family Division, he is imposing a ‘Blanket Ban' as he put it on all public reporting of these proceedings, including on the internet. He was informed that reporting was still going on on the Gloria Musa word press site and immediately went on line to check that, then mumbled something about ‘contempt of court' and ‘imprisonment'. By the same token he absolutely would not allow anyone in the public gallery to take notes unless they could show professional reasons for doing so. A few requests then went up to his bench from members of the press including a Daily Mail reporter.

I of course didn't qualify for a dispensation so couldn't take notes, therefore it will not be possible to go into much detail in my daily reports, simply to give an idea of the way things are unfolding and what has been chiefly at issue day by day. This may work out better as I have a reasonable grasp of the case by now having helped the Musas as a McKenzie friend in the family proceedings, so will hopefully be able to follow reasonably easily and pick out the important points.

LB Haringey is being represented by a Ms Smith (whom I haven't yet been able to identify out of dozens of legal Smiths but will ask her first name tomorrow) with DC Sewart and a female colleague sitting immediately behind her, while the Musa's legal team is headed by David Owusu and Raana Sheikh assisted by Don Marcus of AB Mackenzie Solicitors.

Chiwar and Gloria sat quietly in the dock, having been told firmly by the judge they can't intervene (Chiwar put his hand up a couple of times). Most of the day was allocated to selecting the jury out of some 15 (?) volunteers and 10 (?) ‘conscripted' potential jurors and making sure those shortlisted for jury-panelling down to the final 12 are not connected in any way with Haringey Social Services, Child Protection service or Contact service. Counsel for the Defence objected to one lady being from LB Barnet Social Services, the Musas having resided in Barnet prior to coming to live in Haringey. The judge tetchily asked him to substantiate why this posed a problem? and didn't uphold the objection.

With a kind of wry grin, as if attempting to be humorous, Judge Patrick then told the jurors that they too are not allowed to go online to research the case and were reminded that 3 jurors have recently been sent to jail for doing just that.

The jury were then sent off home till tomorrow and the rest of the day's proceedings were given over to discussing the programme for the week and the judge finding out if both sides were ready to go, with bundles complete and expert witnesses lined up? Mr Owusu asked to be supplied with missing pages 1-3 of the key medical bundle relating to the 6th child Q's hospitalisation on 28th June. Since the events of this day had led to her being removed from her parents and the parents being arrested and charged, it was crucial to have all the pages of this particular bundle. Ms Smith said that all the relevant pages were there but had been "re-calibrated" . This was laid on one side for the moment but further questions will undoubtedly be asked.

It appears that the focus of this week will be on the events of 28th June 2011 as this concerns the most deeply ‘criminal' of the multiple charges against the parents, that not only have they abused and neglected their older children, they have apparently attempted to murder their baby. In the latest family proceedings which I attended as a McKenzie friend, Hon Justice Charles reiterated firmly that he was proceeding with the case according to how the facts before him by that time stood, Chiwar or Gloria or both having been ‘found' by Sir Nicholas Wall, the top Family judge, to have committed acts of cruelty on their 5 older children and to have attempted to poison their 6th child, Baby Q. For this reason Charles J had seen no option but to uphold Haringey's and the Guardian's urgent insistence that the 7th child, Baby N born in prison on 9th March 2012 should be removed from his mother immediately at birth and denied ***-milk since it is now established ‘fact' that this mother is a danger to her babies as well as to her older children.

Hence the issue of Baby Q having been wilfully drugged or poisoned by her parents raises the present proceedings to the level of a murder or attempted murder inquiry, therefore this will be dealt with first in line before the other issues of child cruelty & neglect which although serious, are not deemed to have been life-threatening.

The judge adjourned around 3 pm, enabling the Defence team to spend useful time down in the cells with their clients and also to consult a supporter who is a Biomedical specialist, who although she insisted she was not an expert, thanks to her scientific & medical knowledge was able to interpret the medical notes and shed a lot of very useful and timely light on what had gone on in St Thomas' hospital re. Baby Q on 28th June 2011. Defence's own expert witness/Toxicologist had already disappointed them in concluding from her clearly less than adequate perusal of the medical log for 28th June that the parents had indeed administered toxic substances to the baby very early that morning, in fact at 5 am. Searching questions will now be put to this Toxicologist who may have to revise what she has been intending to present to the court this week and be forced to actually study the medical notes a good deal more carefully than she has so far done.
