Out of Pays des Galles and I am immediately 10 years younger ......seen doctor , blood tests and physical triage etc.....still need the medicine but bound for Pontivy hospital again, I suspect.......last time in Jan 2013 with Gendarmes after Welsh police tried to get them to section me just be3fore the civil trial. I arrived to be recognised by nurse who was there for my hip replacement ....’beaucoup des blagues’ et sujets de rire! The men in blue were very annoyed for failing to get me sectioned for Cardiff and Barry police.

I rang the Criminal Cases Review Commission just to bring me back into the real world. How I contained my temper I will never know

Having gathered, over 6 years, the documentary proof (court transcripts, court file, affidavits etc) of wide spread corruption in Cardiff’s courts on machine gun/police fabricated psychiatric fraud alone.

CCRC answered and after much shuffling on phones put onto a Ms Jenny Thomas.

To cut it short .....oh yes, the CCRC had Michael Williams' court contemporaneous notes alright.

All record of that chaotic Sept/Dec 2011 Cardiff magistrates ‘harassment trial’ scandal followed with my re arrest re MUSA Nigerian case.

But Jenny said I was not going to get the public records because they were ‘not helpful’....The jury asked for the clerk’s notes

the Cardiff Crown Court told me nothiung about. I was not in court but was it Judge Paul Thomas (Jenny’s Uncle?) the one who knew the police had changed the machine gun colur to fool the jury?

Jury notes not available 'not available” the May12 trial judge told them so how come the Crown Prosecution Service admits, in three different court proceedings, in having them?

How come Lord Leveson et al, on 14^th March 2013, said there was 'no evidence' the jury had ever asked to see the clerk’s notes clearly accentuated by my gaoler’s cross examination that the service of the restraining order was ‘served’ but promised to be clealy recorded in Michael Williams' notes in the clandestine meet in the 1st Dec 11 magistrates' court cells?

There is a complaint also of the jury requested sight of the original custody notes and court log relating to the proceedings in the magistrates court but that the judge refused this request. However, so far as we can see from the transcript of the proceedings there is no trace of anything of that nature having been requested by the jury.

His Honour Judge Seys Llewellyn QC’s e-mail sparked a court clerk reply that there are 'no hand written drafts' of the now notorious 'restraining order’ in the court file. But my arresting the Crown prosecutor, David Gareth Evans, caused evidence to contradict his own CPS!

The Bristol CPS even went out of there way and visited Cardiff court and extracted from the file that CCRC had acquired the 'court file' in Feb 13, before the latest jury trial conviction but all had kept 'mum'. Only after it was re –written, now proved, following my 'illegal court access', CCRC consider, under disguise a year earlier.

Jenny Thomas was quick to highlight that incident but reluctant to admit that not just the court log has been now proved as forged but now numerous versions of District Judge John Charles' hand written other notes and drafts in the public court file!

Evilness personified and a bunch of liars only concerned with 'jobs worth', the worrying trend to be reflected in forth coming elections. If they get away with it someone near you will be their next victim.

So which version of the 'hymn sheet' did their Lordships, Leveson, Smelling and Males sing from now, this very week, the CCRC confirm His Honour Judge Seys Llewellyn QC, Bristol CPS, Cardiff CPS and myself all appear to have different forgeries?

‘Highly Dangerous’ Prisoner moved out for Rolf Harris.

1. HM Probation Service officers joined us at the gates of the prison for a specially assembled HM prison van escort to somewhere out west. This unusual clearance was granted by Sir Peter Vaughan, The Chief Constable for South Wales Police, having personally chaired, most likely, the hurriedly needed MAPPA meeting at Barry police station for a quick disposal of one of their country’s registered top 5% most dangerous victims of the regime.

2. On a previous but equally bizarre 2009 occasion I was left ‘at large’ for three weeks quite unaware of the Barry police station’s MAPPA decision. Then armed police with helicopter swooped on the family while we enjoyed a quiet Sunday’s afternoon tea in the garden.

3. That 8^th June 2009 MAPPA decision included The Vale of Glamorgan Probation Service and NHS Caswell Clinic, Bridgend, psychiatric staff sitting around discussing my fate. Were I to be incarcerated in Ashworth Psychiatric hospital IPP indefinitely or by introducing the Chief Constable’s new ‘shoot to kill’ policy and simply taking me out and having me shot?

4. But I also had an urgent agenda after being locked up for a further nine months over the issuing of NHS fabricated medical records. Bang goes my four weeks again, I sighed, originally requested to the County Court in order to complete closing legal submissions for my euphemistically so called ‘civil remedy’ route, anything to slow down police harassment.

5. It had not gone unnoticed by their victim, incidentally, on how the prison had taken the precaution in allowing him to leave with no money or signature required except for some ‘restraining order’ recently deemed as possibly ‘meaningless’ by a Cardiff Crown Court

6. The hundred and sixty odd pounds found in my pockets, following my dubious October 2013 arrest in Barry police station, also failed to feature in ‘discharge’ papers explaining why, perhaps, they had withheld my passport last time despite court directions to the contrary.

7. A prison van was also to join my entourage with two more government officials, dedicated to me for the whole day, simply to carry some forty odd bags of leaver arch files to some far away ‘lock up’. Somehow I was expected to visit it, each day, to prepare the civil damages claims but in between the MAPPA designated one hour compulsory ‘signing in’ ritual.

8. What benefit, this time around, was it if for the South Wales Police to delay the civil proceedings if not identical to the Caswell Clinic 2009 fabricated police psychiatric reports needing police officers to paint a WW1 Lewis machine gun just to fool yet another jury?

9. My court designated Mackenzie friend, in order to bar him as an eye witness in this week’s Crown Court’s proceedings, had stood patiently throughout with alternative transportation.

10. This will continue as long as no one is found accountable and the money does not run out!

Evidence has just been received that Caswell Clinic, MAPPA, Police, and CPS, all had further evidence, still withheld from me but disclosed to His Honour Judge Neil Bidder QC on 2nd December 2009, that this new Swansea University and other findings caused the psychiatrist insist it be told to the court in my absence.

The police doctor recommended I be incarcerated in Ashworth High Security Psychiatric, for life and thereby avoiding the embarrassing conspiracy of the 'machine gun' case oozing from cracks in the Cardiff cabal cesspit of freemasons.

07.58hrs I obtain information not to identify the 'devil worshipping brigade, in this tangled web of NHS (Wales) intrigue or their may well be rather 'unfavourable consequences.

05.20hrs Search for my USA psychiatric records

NHS (Wales) Caswell Clinic obtained them in September 2009 but refused to give me a copy or did Recorder of Cardiff, His Honour Judge Nicholas Cooke QC of Cardiff Crown Court, have them when now needed for the Bristol forensic psychiatrist?

Three payments for Freedom of Information Act disclosure failed to reveal them, during 2009 and 2010 or even more importantly, those most dubious reports of Professor Rodger Wood, during Sept-Dec 09, to others including Dr Ruth Bagshaw.

Swansea University and Professor Rodger Wood are well inside the South Wales Police conspiracy loop, to purely to use me as a guinea pig, they being responsible for my having un necessary radio isotopes intravenously shot up my arm to prepare for the Princess of Wales Hospital SPECT scan.

Dr Roger Thomas, of Caswell, was also very implicated from the start and still is. This psychiatrist was later responsible for having me arrested for 'attempted burglary' with the charges only being withdrawn by the excellent CPS lawyer, Mr Tudor Davies, much, much later. after he had insisted the police reveal the documentary proof that I had actually been invited into the clinic, on the day, simplly to collect my psychiatric reports ordered via my Barry GP's surgery staff! Deja vu?

So just how sinister will be the pressure on the court appointed psychiatric from Bristol when telling him not to dig too deep?

22.28hrs Just had a chat with John Wilson in Sydney.......human rights fighter 'extrordinaire', a quiet unassuming dentist bankrupted by devil worshiping brigade 'down under'.......(details to inner circle only)

16.00hrs I caught scabies, possibly whilst in Cardiff prison and so, after second dosing of my GP's remedy to limited affect, I visit a veterinary practice not a stone's throw from me.

I needed what my father also used, in his romantic days as a country veterinary surgeon of yesteryear, when making up our own potions, that is if the pestle and mortar was not otherwise purloined by one of his sons for the manufacture of gunpowder. BB always had100% instant effectiveness with it being both an inexpensive and easy to use topically on our patients and on a rare occasion, as a veterinary student, myself.

I am told by both GP's pharmacy BB was no longer on the market and the veterinary nurse had never even heard of it. My second suggestion that I came back in with a borrowed neighbour's dog, to get the drops on the back of its (my) neck, just to obtain the modern version, also failed as it was 'not licenced for humans'.....a whole new culture out there dominated by fanciful 'health and safety' legislation generated from the 'job's worth' mentality pushing aside reasoned and informed clinic common sense.

A Memorable Day in Bristol, England

After a far more productive day as of late, this time enjoyed in civilised Bristol, I do believe there will now be progress in both release of the Caswell Clinic evidence on my 'significant brain damage' and scent of services of a Bristol lawyer prepared to put 'his head above the parapet'!

So far withheld from me, when submitted by the police, no less, using the CPS prosecutor, no less, 2nd December 2009 Cardiff Crown Court, to have me sectioned, for life, to be incarcerated in Ashworth and subject to my continuing to draw breath, I really do believe, we have finally beaten the deceitful little bastards!

Further to our meeting today and your apparent alarm over the seemingly unsettled disclosure issues, mentioned in the ‘opinion’ section of 2^nd September 2009 Caswell Clinic psychiatric report (enclosed), specifically written for His Honour Judge Vosper QC, I reluctantly also enclose an all embracing explanatory summary of ‘HM Partnership’ that I unwittingly served on HM Court of Appeal.

I was simply opposing the HM ‘strike out’, from my civil claims, of a list of remarkably almost identical unusually extreme police incidents also used by them, back in 2002, to obtain my name being removed from the veterinary register for life.

Whereas His Honour, in 2009, was minded to oppose my release, as he I was privy to the fact I was registered a MAPPA level 3 victim and I was most definitely not, please trust me, such conduct from within the HM Court Service (Wales) continues to flourish.

Only recently, for example, judges of their own courts indicated they cannot intervene in the 2008 order from the area HM Court Service manger, Luigi Stranati, to all his staff, to refuse me access for any of my outstanding sixteen or so, civil and criminal cases, being either processed at their respective court public counters or assisted over the public telephone.

Similarly, Welsh police continue refuse to investigate HM prison, Cardiff, withholding my passport or allowing me access to my own office set up meticulously in a Cardiff flat for the duration of the war.

After leaving you I took the opportunity of taking my very helpful witness out for a delightful lunch before continuing my frustrating trawl through Bristol law firms in the vane hope of finding so called ‘independent representation’. While their HM Partnership continues to lavishly load their gravy train with hard earned tax payers’ money I may remain in some difficulties.

Tomorrow I see the shrink on judge's orders.

The last one was, me in a wheel chair with four very irate gendarmes fooled by the South Wales Police having sectioned me under the French Act. They then had taken me to Pontivy hospital, the idiots, where I was immediately identified as the hip replacement Englishman two years earlier.

I had insisted on fishing from my bed in the River Blavet and, when no one was looking, a few days after the op with blood drain bottles needing to be detached, legged it in my pyjamas to the opening day of the Pontivy Races.......a long story of meeting up at the aerodrome, after 31 years, with aging pilots who reminisced with much humour on how I flew away a very aerobatic SV4c Stampe biplane for £2000 and a £900 Emerude both very light on paperwork!....they fly faster, apparently.

Ah, there's a beach, run in 10 knots over stall speed, low run over again and check the depth of tyre tread made to assess if will or won't 'peck the deck' and around to land; 2 inches measured on a stick broken off tree on right and first tail wind since Haverford West allowed me to reach Bali landing 'downwind'.

Only 80 miles to Bali now but with very serious oil leak from push rod ends.

Note the oil leak in less than two hours while re-fuelling to disappear onto the island of Sumba for the night. To avoid the chasing authorities, may be, wishing to question me on landing at a military air base, the jungle and else during the two day experience across spectacular Java.

Sabine sends me this past Recorder of Cardiff's behaviour, caught on transcript I must have paid for, for the court of appeal, demonstrating the cover ups of the wide spread corruption in Cardiff courts. After my file of hard facts about Caswell Clinic and MAPPA was rejected by the judge, to prove Dr XXX, Chief Constable, Barbara Wilding, CPS (Wales) and HMCTS, Luigi Stranati were conspiring to pervert the course of justice, it, apparently, flew threw the air causing the judge to then send me to prison for a month.

Whilst organising the last minute arrangements to fly to Alderney I get this e-mail, a dreaded CAA 'unfit' letter based on Caswell Clinic four year old fabricated psychiatric reports for South Wales Police trying to avoid their own 'machine gun trial' as they had to change the colour to try and fool the jury.

I am at Central police station kept waiting for ages for police to attend prison and demand release of passport. In the end, following picking up a parking ticket, I drive to prison and ring 101 and just was given the run around for at least 30 minutes. After an hour of trying to get it released I ring 999 and finally get access to the prison with the same two who had arrested me on the previous occasion.

I spent much time in court, today, asking for Recorder of Cardiff to again intervene and order the HM prison to release my passport. Remember, I had been there three times already with each time prison officer Rogan finding it very funny that they did not have the passport and when I entered to search I was locked in and arrested 'for entering a prison without permission'! I explained I needed the passport to fly to the Schneider Trophy as I was competing and may go through or have to land in Normandy. I was promised written confirmation - the court would act.

The CPS were unaware, nor had Her Ladyship been informed, that David Gareth Evans, barrister for CPS were trying to get a parallel application to another judge asking that he should not be cross examined by me in the imminent common assault appeal, due next month....such was the content of the CPS letter it was clear quite unprecedented fiddles were being concocted bearing in mind the Evans had lied throughout Nov/Dec 2011 harassment hearing to obtain a conviction and again on 4th May 12 'breach of a restraining order similarly arranged by his withholding the tell tale CCTV of cells when I was supposed to have been served a restraining order, most likely, not even yet printed!

This making up of law and procedures, on the hoof, was reminiscent of Guernsey and their CPS individuals.

Evans shot himself well and truly in the foot by making application, AS THE COMPLAINANT (I had arrested the snivelling little creature for lying whilst on oath) to have the appeal for assault moved out of the district and that he must no be cross examined by me!!!! We will not be hearing the end of this as I therefore applied all my cases be moved to Bristol.

Trial is booked for 12th to 16th November with both squatter assaults to be heard before the same jury as 'intimidation of witness' allegation. I questioned just which November the CPS had in mind bearing in mind, so far, all proceeding may be deemed ulta vires with me considered unfit by the police's chief psychiatrist, CAA and let's not forget the bstd who stated all this, District Judge John Charles, wash your mouth out, Maurice as far back as August 2010 when I was doed to the eye balls on unnecessary morphine due to no GP or surgeon in South Wales could be found prepared to do my much over due total hip replacement. That police psychiatrist is currently, the court heard yesterday, still on 'sick' with income with Dr Janis Hillier in excess of £300,000 a year of tax payers' money, she being on the sick, blaming me, as well!!

CPS were most anxious I have another psychiatric assessment asap which means a brain scan.

Time, therefore, is fast running out for those responsible for the 2009 fabricated Caswell Clinic forensic psychiatric reports, contrary to the brain scan taken at the time, backed by wicked Professor Rodger Wood of Swansea University to have me sectioned to Ashworth high security psychiatric hospital tin order to avoid the machine gun case..

Eleven Cardiff judges and at least four GPs down the line and due to leave, this afternoon, from Cardiff airport to win the Schneider Trophy in Alderney, I find I now have to pay the CAA agent £57 a letter for the privilege of his making, on my behalf, the futile request in asking Caswell Clinic/Welsh courts/Welsh Health Minister or said Welsh doctor, for the evidence I have 'significant brain damage' and possible brain tumour.

It has only taken 4 years, at least 18 arrests and numerous terms of false imprisonments from malicious prosecutions, to finally break Cardiff Cabal's conspiracy to pervert this particular course of justice. There remain, of course, some fifty other police incidents, many within the past few weeks, that now require my undivided attention and perhaps, these vindictive individuals may benefit from a 'home visit', un-announced.

One last step:

the actual sight of the Caswell Clinic/Swansea University fabricated medical evidence and to be published on this web site as a warning to others as to 'what really goes on in our courts'.

My bet is the CAA will do what they have always done with both me and my late aviator brother, Michael but I would need notice from Mike to disclose any of that.

Meantime I receive my latest custody records when, last week, I was arrested for 'entering Cardiff prison without permission'!

And still the stench of Cardiff is lingering in my nostrils, this morning, despite such wonderful past few days meeting real pilots and proper doctors, all correctly doing their respective jobs in England.

I now drive to Cardiff Crown Court to witness another example of open deceit by the legal trade, answerable to no one, as they coin it in.

In the absence of requested legal representation, via Legal Aid or by self funding, deliberately failed disclosure by both the Crown Prosecution Service (Wales) and South Wales Police with no psychiatric assessment carried out, pursuant to Cardiff Crown Court Order, the accused feels obliged to inform the Honourable Court of the following:

1. Both HMP Cardiff & South Wales Police continue to refuse to return his passport

2. South Wales Police continues to refuse to disclose the Defendant’s interview DVDs

3. South Wales Police (twelve at the scene) conspired with the complainant(s), in this case, by threatening a Bristol court appointed HM Bailiff with his arrest thereby preventing him carrying out a lawful eviction (see Bailiff’s report to IPCC (Wales)

4. The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) have, today, temporarily suspended the Defendant’s recently issued pilots’ licences pending another psychiatric assessment despite the Defendant’s 16^th June 2010 favourable one, following the Defendant’s acquittal for ‘trading in machine guns’ when no defence evidence was even required

5. CAA psychiatrists concluded, on that occasion, that its suspension of the Defendant’s flying licences, pending protracted incarceration and psychiatric MAPPA proceedings, was ‘not a medical matter’ (see enclosed CAA 16^th June 2010 letter)

6. CAA psychiatrists, today, have requested of the Defendant he give written consent to allow the CAA access to the evidence from NHS Caswell Clinic, Welsh Assembly’ Health Minister, 2009 MAPPA minutes and police psychiatrist, (on oath if need be), who’s 2009 reports, alone, were before Her Ladyship or should have been before Her Ladyship, in November 2009, when the Defendant was again refused bail.

7. The Defendant applies for the above evidence in order he may fly away, well away.

The sophisticated 'all weather' flying instrument panel is fitted for flight to South Africa later rtthis winter

Perhaps Aeros UK at Cardiff airport, if I skip some one £20, can run up a flight plan, routing and radio frequencies for Friday because after the Cardiff Crown court's morning hearing, despite promised legal representation, at last, I will not have much day light left on a 10 gallon tank (no time to connect long range tanks for Cape town).

FLOATS FOR SCHNEIDER TROPHY RACE

Sure no problem getting those 1320 EDO floats to you via airmail in time for the race (Southampton Airport would be good I trust?) . Shucks they are very light weight .......how much can it cost???? Probably not more than $10 or $15K. That's A drop in The Solent (bucket) in the scheme of things really. I'll put myself in the crate with the floats and install them on the airplane for you when we arrive in the next couple days. Those good old 1320 floats will make an ideal personal floatation device strapped to my back in the cargo compartment of that 747 anyway. "In case of emergency" I wont have an cords to pull or anything.

This accelerated schedule gives you time for some test flying before the big race.......maybe 10 minutes in the pattern is all you will need no doubt. I'm sure dropping Liberty Girl (XI or XII?) into Fareham Lake for a quick spin wont raise any eyebrows. Since you are "in tight" with the local law we could just ask for forgiveness (as opposed to permission) with no real risk I'm sure. I promise I wont let President Bush get any wind of this plan.

Maybe you wouldn't mind then if I stowed away in the "fish hatch" compartment of the left float during the race?? Of course I would nearly double the weight of the floats but, again, it seems like a minor detail in the scope of things. I'll strap a camera on my ball cap and poke my head out occasionally to collect some great never-before-seen race footage. Speaking of that; what is the 10 day forecast?.....wondering if I need some Rain-X on my glasses and the camera lens for the event. I dont want to be a distraction in the intensity of the race of course but I'm confident that the footage will be worth the minor inconvenience to both of us.

........Ok then its a plan........ thanks mate........see you in a couple days.

P.S. do you have a tool kit (Crescent wrench and hammer should do it) I can borrow for the float installation?? (I'm trying to keep the shipping weight to a minimum....I'm always practical first as you know......)

Subject to CAA re issuing my pilot's licence on Friday morning I wish to pay someone to prepare Gen Dec/Flight Plan/ routing and radio frequencies for VFR cub flight Cardiff Bournemouth Alderney.

Have little memory of these things having not piloted an aircraft since ditching in the Caribbean some five years ago and I detest radios.

I have little spare time time as in Cardiff Crown Court at 10 am, Friday morning, fighting some latest nonsense

Dead line ETA for Alderney is sunset +30 allowing one hour on the ground at Hurn airport as I have a lot of friends to catch up with!

Flight is to be Special VFR with no transponder and I have no dinghy or emersion suit as police prohibit my access to my Cardiff flat

I have been rather busy, as of late, dashing around the country preparing for Schneider Trophy on Alderney, this week end and am currently back at the CAA offices, for the third time this week, only to receive a phone call from the doctor who had, at 10.44 hrs, issued me with a Class 2 medical certificate.

The CAA licenced doctor had been reading my web site stating from a 30th September 2009 NHS psychiatric report that I had been diagnosed with 'significant brain damage' and possibly from a brain tumour. This was confirmed by the 2nd Dec 09 utterances of the then Crown Prosecution Service barrister, Richard Thomolow, now a Cardiff Judge.

Re: ABM Complaints Dept meltdown – will not tell me whether I have

‘Significant irreversible brain damage’ or not? Could you please ask?

I note the discussion in the media and that the Health Minister says the Complaints Department is busy helping police investigate the three members of staff who have been arrested for making up medical records in the Bridgend NHS.

You may wish to be aware of my dilemma in that no one at ABM complaints Dept will answer that it may appear as if staff at the ABM Complaints Dept collude with the doctor to completely make up that I have ‘significant irreversible brain damage’ with cancer.

The simple way to address this is, may be, if you were willing to get a ‘yes’ or ‘no’ answer from the ABM Complaints Dept. So, may be, you can help?

Please could you answer as to do I have ‘significant irreversible brain damage’ or not? Do you think I should be told so I can manage both my health and my family affairs?

You may also wish to ask as to why, at a time when NHS money is to be saved and spent wisely, why the ABM NHS, since June 2012, doctors have been indefinitely suspended from NHS duties at a cost which seems to be substantial to NHS and tax payer.

Is this behaviour of being paid huge salaries, to do no real work but “make things up’, the NHS you wish?

1. My enclosed 3^rd August 12 letter to both Admin and Criminal Appeal Courts 12 08 03 Criminal Court of Appeal ref (1).pdf , for this JR application, appears not to have reached you despite my being told all my JR and Court of Appeal (Civil Division) applications, to the RCJ, are always re directed back to this Principality in line for future autonomy. Your 14^th Aug 12 letter confirms.

2. Why then, please, has this application, alone, remained in London for adjudication when the others, recently, were not despite my numerous pleadings for impartiality?

3. My enclosed letter indicates there are serious failed disclosure issues yet to be addressed by both the Cardiff Crown Court and Cardiff Magistrates before progress.

4. I only now discover there were clandestine orders from a Cardiff High Court judge, influencing the 2011 Magistrates hearing still refused me. I enclose the proof.

5. Both The CPS and Cardiff Magistrates have now, this month, reversed their previous, by statements in both courts, of having various draft ‘restraining Orders’, only shown to me, leading up to the typed and signed 1^st Dec11 official document NEVER served.

No ‘Restraining Order’ was ever handed to me in the Cardiff magistrates’ cells, on 1^st Dec 2011 or posted to my address because the planned prison sentence was altered, at short notice by District Judge Charles, as the case was ‘falling apart’, CPS switching exhibits etc, before numerous human rights workers gathered from all over Europe.

8. I should not have been released; it was not the original MAPPA agenda. I was supposed to have returned to prison where the ‘Restraining Order’ would then have been served, after the maximum sentence and my only released on licence, signed for.

9. My serious Bristol injuries to my head and neck, time in hospital and need for a brain scan, is further reason why I request this JR matter be relisted for my solicitor and Swansea barrister, previously instructed for that purpose, due to my incapacity.

10. The result of this scandalously overdue brain scan with expert reports indicate, yet again, the 2009 rogue South Wales Police psychiatrist, ‘victim’ of my 'harassment’ when not, my actions were to prevent further acts of crime (see 1997 Prevention of Harassment Act), was neither qualified to diagnose 'significant brain damage’ and a brain cancer and was a liar on oath before numerous MAPPA and Crown Courts, eg:

I visited Oxford Crown Court, yesterday, on behalf of many pilots and aircraft owners who have had dealings, these past 17 years, with Ebbs alias Alexander.

Once inside the building I was approached by him but I refused to stop to speak other than to say I had been advised not to go near him. His barrister then also approached me, apparently looking for him, so he was directed in Ebb's direction.

Inside Court 4 the usher asked why I was there and was I part of the proceedings? I was assured it was listed for trial. By that I remarked I was no longer able to practice veterinary surgery and in a jocular fashion, a comment, tape recorded and ordered by me for aviation web sites and Pprune blog later, that caused, I now find out, for me to be later asked to leave the court building which I did.

Other aviators and interested parties continued to fill the gallery while I patiently waited for its conclusion at the building's entrance.

A police officer eventually came out and indicated enquiries were being made about me and not to go away. A further 20 minutes or so past before I was asked to go to the police station, opposite, on my own, which I did sensing a change of mood which could only mean, to me, South Wales Police were now involved.

Sure enough, after waiting another 20 minutes or so outside the station, I was invited in and promptly arrested for 'threats to kill'......who, exactly, I never was able to establish.

To say more, at this stage, could prejudice a fair trial for either Ebbs alias Alexander and or myself.

In February 2010, as soon as I was released from Cardiff prison, following their latest conspiracy by Cardiff's cabal that had me earlier struck off as a practicing veterinary surgeon, I went to my family doctor. Nine Cardiff judges had allowed the credibility of a doctor stand, he stating I have ‘significant brain damage'.

This doctor asked the Cardiff judge, in his same breath, I be sent to Ashworth High Security psychiatric prison for life...... his psychiatric report and South Wales Police MAPPA minutes revealing, ‘for fear of media attention' and ‘threat from his friends' who all, incidentally, have had similar horrific experiences from such doctors.

The doctor, apparently, didn’t like their letters and telephone calls to his experimental unit, while i, unconvicted in custody and on a trumped up charge just to hinder my civil litigation against him, was going through a terrifying experience

Cowbridge Health Centre, Cowbridge, Vale of Glamorgan for eighteen years as a registered patient, visited less than a dozen times, touched twice in so called ‘examinations' of their patient, only to be banned when I raised the subject, ‘do I have a brain tumour, do I have significant brain damage"?

So on to a Barry practice, Ravenscourt surgery, Tynewydd Road, opposite my old veterinary hospital, I went, to be reregistered as I wanted a brain scan. Someone had to ‘clarify or correct' the police's continuing use of this frightening evidence, they using it keep locking me up.

And the same result? I was soon struck off their patient list, as well, this time because I didn't visit enough! Did I get that brain scan? No, of course I didn't and as much as I tried I was denied re registration just to prove the point. And you general public are sitting around watching them even contemplate a strike for yet more filthy lucre?

Ah, of course, the common denominator, this Barry practice had, with Cowbridge, also submitted bogus medical evidence to a Cardiff court. All to be revealed at Bristol Crown court, shortly, where they will be asked to do something on oath, another oath they are destined to ridicule.

So why, as if it was not so obvious? These highly over paid doctors on 9 to 5 and no week-ends, all on tax payer's money, are far too frightened to de rail their ‘gravy train' and contradict a colleague, himself promised immunity to prosecution.

Just how many more teenage suicides does it take for the GMC to demand a thorough investigation or is this all a warning to us of the New World Order, with this modern day Joseph Mengele in charge?
