1. His Honour Neil Bidder QC hears case management despite neither Crown Prosecution Service nor victim previously aware and both requiring an adjournment.
2. The Judge refuses to deal with victim's requested bail application following Magistrates refusing bail following his failure to attend 8th October 2013 hearing Re "common assault" allegation following HM prison had locked him in vehicle access area without consent and had deliberately withheld his passport.
3. Area manager HM court service Luigi Strinati had refused victim access to the public counter on 7th October 2013 to establish date of hearing and why the delay in processing three other related cases.
4. His Honour, instead, proceeded with CPS opposing bail for a separate incident, Threat to burn down police psychiatrist's home allegation and Breach of restraining order allegation despite new evidence to the contrary partially admitted by CPS disclosing 14th Oct, 2013 Doctor's witness statement.
5. His Honour ignores another case, listed the day before, but victim denied right to attend, previously being heard by the Recorder of Cardiff where it had been adjourned to obtain a fresh psychiatric examination and possible brain scan outside of Wales. Consider transferring cases to Bristol to obtain some form of justice and avoid HM prison victimisation.
6. CPS disclose 14th Oct. 2013 Doctor's statement that contains evidence that NHS Wales or England had sacked him.
7. He was appearing to have difficulty in obtaining a new job abroad owing to his 2009 psychiatric reports displayed on his victim's website, Kirkflyingvet.com, causing him to write: "I was placed in the position of having to prove myself innocent of his false allegations." "also the fact that I appeared to have misrepresented myself in my application for my new job was questioned."
8. His Honour adjudicated an earlier secret Cardiff Crown court hearing on 2nd Dec. 2009 when, unbeknown to his victim, he was registered MAPPA level 3 whilst facing charges that amounted to "Trading in machine guns". As with the Recorder of Cardiff's, listed the day before, their victim was denied access to court, despite not being legally represented.
9. The Doctor gave evidence, reliant on 7th Aug 2009 report (having never examined his victim) 30th Sept 2009 and 16th Oct. 2009 Caswell Clinic obtained, recommending his "patient" be incarcerated in Ashworth high security psychiatric prison indefinitely while the CPS indicated he may have cancer with the described "significant brain damage" making him unable to either plead or cross examine witnesses.
10. Yesterday, despite this new evidence, their victim was refused an adjournment to seek legal representation and produce a copy of the relevant law, 1998 Harassment act, appearing to have allowed him to be exempt of harassment convictions.
11. This is Machine Gun conspiracy all over again.
